Canada: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Columbia Britannica

Questo hotel è così pulito e il servizio è così gentile che mi sono sentito riluttante a fare il check-out. Questa volta la mia camera è un po' più piccola dell'ultimo soggiorno ma il servizio è comunque ottimo! Quando ho fatto il check-out, entrambi i membri del personale erano impegnati con altri ospiti per il check-in, ma il manager (immagino di sì) in abito giallo è venuto subito a occuparsi del check-out quando mi ha visto in piedi dietro gli altri ospiti dell'hotel. Mi ha anche dato una bottiglia d'acqua mentre aspettavo l'elaborazione del checkout. Non ho mai visto un servizio così carino diverso da quello che farebbe il Mandarin Oriental. Ritornerò di sicuro. Anche il pranzo in camera era eccezionale. La cucina ha preparato un ottimo pasto. Quando il pasto è stato consegnato, il personale è stato molto premuroso nel mettere il pasto sopra il vassoio per me. Questo è un hotel disposto a prosperare sull'eccellenza tutto il tempo. Non vedo nessun altro hotel nel centro di Vancouver così desideroso di servire con attenzione ai dettagli. Sarebbe perfetto se gli uomini della porta e il manager nella hall potessero ricordare i nomi degli ospiti dell'hotel.

My stay at Accent Inns was great! Their service and facilities were excellent - they supplied me with an umbrella when it was pouring outside, the laundry facilities were great, the room was spotless and very comfortable. Shower, TV, fridge, AC were all really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel when taking a flight to anywhere out of Vancouver. They also have a shuttle bus every half-hour to the airport. It can't be beat!

Ho soggiornato qui per il mio viaggio di lavoro. La posizione è perfetta, vicino a tutto, inclusa la stazione dello skytrain e le principali linee di autobus. Il servizio è stato molto gentile e hanno accolto la mia richiesta di check-out posticipato. La camera era pulita, ha macchina per il caffè e un piccolo frigorifero. Anche il ristorante in loco era buono. Nel complesso un'esperienza molto positiva!

The hotel was clean, but crowded, the staff is not the friendliest, but the service was OK, the pool was small, and the hot tub was filled with people.

The service at the front desk was excellent, they provided us with all the information we needed for our stay. The view from the room was excellent as we were placed on a high floor and had an amazing view of downtown Vancouver. The furniture in the room was a little outdated, and the water pressure in the shower was a little weak. The location of the hotel was great as it was in a very central area of the city. Overall, our stay was a good one.

Nel complesso ottima esperienza. Il personale dell'hotel è cordiale e disponibile. Le camere hanno storia e la lobby ha un ambiente di alta classe. I camerieri sono andati ben oltre diverse volte. Le camere, sebbene accoglienti e confortevoli, sono un po' datate. Per non dire che le cose sembrano vecchie e decrepite, piuttosto puoi dire che la stanza non è stata aggiornata da un po 'di tempo. Il servizio in camera per la colazione era eccellente. La posizione è centrale e facile da raggiungere dagli hotspot locali. Gli articoli da toeletta in camera erano di alta qualità. Letto molto comodo. Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno.

Super polite and helpful staff. No issues with cleanliness or anything broken or in need of repair. Good place to stay on a budget, nicely places out of the main hustle and bustle, but with amenities close by if needed. Bagged breakfast brought to your door

This is such a fun hotel! It’s near some busy roads, a mall, and a bunch of restaurants and such, which I guess is nice, but it’s pretty noisy and you’re not going to get a great view from your room or anything. BUT! Where to start? The rooms are clean. My kids and I loved the comic book, stickers, yo-yo, and rotary phone in our room. The hot tub is a little small, but guess what? You can soak in it and keep an eye on your kiddos as they enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool and water slide! Inside the lobby, you can find myriad board games, ping pong, “bowling,” Wii, and even old school typewriters in which you can pluck out that novel you’ve been keeping in the back of your head. The lobby Coffee is better than any in-room coffee another hotel might offer. And speaking of the lobby, the staff here is 110%! I got what I thought was an automated text asking how my state was so far. I said “meh” because we had just checked in and I wasn’t impressed with the area. I got a response from a real person right away!She provided answers to my questions and concerns and even delivered earplugs and silverware and cups to my room later when I needed them! When I was teaching my kiddo how to use a typewriter, the front desk staff didn’t hover over us or anything, just let us do our thing. Last, the little restaurant (open for breakfast and lunch) has a killer breakfast menu and such friendly staff!
