I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. In generale, ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno, e mi sono particolarmente apprezzato l'eccellente cibo e la calda ospitità della vostra squadra.
Vorrei tuttavia suggerire alcuni settori per il miglioramento:
• L'uso di forte stronzate nelle aree e nelle camere comuni potrebbe essere moderato, poiché può essere in alcuni casi eccezionale.
• La pulizia della stanza potrebbe essere più approfondita per garantire un livello costantemente elevato.
• Durante la mia visita al ginnastica, ho notato che alcuni di questi apparecchi non funzionavano correttamente, il che limitava l'esperienza di allenamento.

In trip.com I had requested for airport pickup, but Hotel did not turn up and when I called them they said they were not aware. I had to schedule my own after landing. In-room dining they kept calling me to ask if I’ve eaten so that they can send someone to clear the plate. That’s very annoying.

VVijayakumar G AFirstly, I was given a room in an extension block that seemed to have been built recently. It was modern but lacked the charm and character of a true heritage property. The main building, with its fireplace and historic ambience, was nowhere to be found. This was especially disappointing considering the premium price I paid, comparable to what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel.
The lack of attention to detail continued throughout my stay. When I checked in on a rainy day, I had to walk to the extension block without an umbrella despite the muddy road. The staff seemed unbothered by this inconvenience. Additionally, the room didn't have slippers, and the floor was cold, with no heating available (although they did provide a basic room heater when requested).
To make matters worse, I had to call the front desk to confirm my room for the second day, which should have been done automatically as part of their standard procedure. This lack of efficiency only added to my frustration.
The toiletries were also woefully inadequate, with only basic soap and shampoo provided. Power cuts were frequent, and I had to notify the front desk each time, which seemed like a hassle the hotel should have anticipated.
The breakfast buffet was uninspiring and lacked flavour. To make matters worse, I had dinner at their restaurant, which was rated top in Ooty, but my experience was average at best. To add insult to injury, they got our order wrong, substituting Nasi Goreng (fried rice) with Mee Goreng (fried noodles). When I brought this to their attention, they made no effort to compensate for the mistake.
In conclusion, Hotel King's Cliff fails to live up to its reputation as a heritage property or even a 2-star hotel. The overpricing and lack of attention to detail make it a poor choice for travellers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Ooty.

Non fornivano asciugamani nella stanza, dovevamo chiederli più volte prima che finalmente si presentassero. Il colazione era strano - nessuno ha mantenuto la stazione di caffè ma non ti è stato permesso di servirti (solo una macchina a pulsante), nessun tè o caffè decaffeinato. Ci sono voluti anni per ricevere il cibo della stazione d'amore, anche se la sala colazione non era nemmeno piena come siamo stati molto presto. Si sono impegnati a prenotare un taxi, ma non avevano alcun record, quindi hanno cercato di convincerci a usare il veicolo di charter dell'hotel per 4 volte il prezzo!

MMir69Staff at the reception are nice and friendly, crews and bellboys helps with your stuff. However, got harassed by one staff at the bar. We were being forced to leave where we are seated to a sofa near the bar and embarrassed my friends while we are waiting for the coffee we ordered at the bar. Tirelessly, even to the point of heated argument he never stopped until I made myself clear that I am going to report him. I had been a guest for this hotel since 2019 and unfortunately treated like this. This staff must be removed for inappropriate action.

Ho passato recentemente tre giorni inoltrabili a Berry Resort Hill Ooty, e ha vissuto davvero fino alla spirale, senza dubbio uno dei migliori resort della regione, offrendo una vista incredibile che supera qualunque altro che abbia incontrato a Ooty. Sul monte, il paesaggio è semplicemente smerigliato.
Il resort stesso è ben mantenuto e esulta un ambiente tranquillo. Le camere sono confortevoli e ben attrezzate, offrendo un perfetto ritorno dopo un giorno di esplorazione.
Uno dei miei spettacoli era il delizioso cibo, ogni pasto era un piacere culinario, mostrando una meravigliosa miscela di sapori locali.
Il personale, in particolare il signor Predeep, al ricevimento, era incredibilmente amichevole e utile, e la loro calda ospitezza mi fece sentire molto benvenuto.

AAndy_CNUKI chose Ra***a Towers primarily because of the location and its website. The location was excellent for me, just a few minutes walk from the entrance of Sri Ra***a Ashram which was literally at the end of the street. (I discovered a nearby cafe/restaurant called 'The Dreaming Tree' which is one of the main places for meeting Westerners and which is also just a few minutes walk away plus Ganga Ma's place is also close by for Satsangs). The staff were always friendly, approachable and helpful (and arranged a taxi for me in advance from Chennai airport direct to Ra***a Towers). The attached restaurant served traditional local food which was fine although I preferred to buy my own cereals and fruit for breakfast which I prepared in the kitchen area of my room. My room was fine and everything worked, including the hot water. At night, monkeys would sleep against my bathroom window and on my balcony! Another feature of this hotel I liked was the rooftop terrace which had great views of *********a. The website was a little misleading about the meditation halls though, when I was there the meditation halls appeared to be being used as dormitories. And the library was out of use while I was there too due to building work. Overall though, I was happy with my stay here: the place was clean and secure, and seemed relatively high-end compared to ***y other places in Tiruvannamalai.

UUtente ospiteThe booking was done for Kings Bed and Breakfast for two. I was given a Queens Bed room and denied breakfast until I showed the booking confirmation from Trip. The room was an interconnected one that there was no study table and even a whisper could be heard. Someone was snoring away to glory on 17th night that we couldnt sleep properly, which prompted me for a change of room. They gave me 314 room no. which again was a queens bed. upon enquiry the hotel staff Benison told me that all their rooms are only Queens bed. I feel that Trip.com cheated me with false information. I plan to file a complaint with the consumer court seeking remedy. This is not done.
