Grande hotel, la stanza è molto pulita, ci sono piscina e ristoranti che sono prezzi sconvolti, e parcheggio, ma il costo del parcheggio è costoso!La posizione è anche molto eccellente per raggiungere la spiaggia di Santa Monica lungo la strada, il paesaggio è bello!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel a Los Angeles per tre notti. Sono disponibili camere da quattro persone per le ragazze e camere miste da sei persone. La camera da quattro persone è più adatta alle ragazze che viaggiano da sole. C'è più spazio e non è troppo affollato. La reception dell'hotel è stata molto accogliente e hanno potuto depositare i bagagli, ma l'hotel non aveva il servizio in camera. Quando sono arrivato il primo giorno, le lenzuola non erano state cambiate. Quando ho chiesto informazioni, mi hanno detto che non c'era personale addetto alle pulizie al lavoro, quindi ho dovuto cambiare stanza.
Ottima posizione, comoda per lo shopping e gli spostamenti
Vicino allo Staples Center
Gli svantaggi sono la presenza di molti vagabondi e la qualità dell'aria non è molto buona.

L'hotel è relativamente nuovo e nel complesso abbastanza nuovo. Le camere sono pulite e ordinate, con tutti i comfort. Situato nel centro città, è facile spostarsi a piedi. Il Mercato Centrale è a 5 minuti a piedi e offre un'ampia varietà di opzioni per la ristorazione. L'acqua calda è disponibile al bar al primo piano. Ci sono senzatetto al piano di sotto, ma finché li eviterete, non avrete problemi. I trasporti sono facili da raggiungere in taxi, oppure i più avventurosi possono prendere le linee B ed E della metropolitana, che raggiungono la maggior parte delle attrazioni. La linea E è stata ristrutturata ed è molto sicura, senza senzatetto in giro. L'unico inconveniente sono le stanze piccole. L'ultima foto mostra i migliori hamburger del Mercato Centrale, ma sono aperti solo fino alle 14:00.

Very good location. Fisherman wharf is 2 steps away with all its places.
Very expensive parking - $75 per day for valet (only one option), in-n-out. The car is delivered quite fast, but both time I asked for it it was not within promised 10 minutes.
Resort fee (there is a resort fee, pay attention while booking) includes $15 per day restaurant credit, coffee on the morning and free marshmallows in the evening (they have nice fireplaces in the courtyard, but pretty busy). Water refill station also present.
Room (junior suit) was quite spacious. It was clean, only bathroom had small ”issues”.
Safe and fridge in the room were very handy.
Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a guard in the evening in front of the main door - nice option for San Francisco.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (10-12 Nov) during our business trip, booking two king-bed rooms.
The hotel’s location was around 1.5 miles from the downtown.
The front office staff, as well as the room service team, were very friendly and attentive. They were always willing to listen to our queries and resolve them with a smile.
The only issue we encountered was the lack of an in-room bottled water, dental kit and slippers, which are typically provided in hotels outside of the USA but 2 bottles of water everywhere except DoubleTree By Hilton! While we understand that this may be due to the country’s policies, it can be somewhat inconvenient for travelers who are accustomed to these amenities.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and great service.

Servizio: Ho aspettato la navetta nel vento freddo, ho chiamato la reception, ma era in ritardo di mezz'ora rispetto all'orario previsto, ed è arrivata proprio nell'ultima ora! Perché la navetta di questo hotel è condivisa da tre hotel, ma la frequenza è troppo bassa. La reception è relativamente cortese.
Servizi: Abbastanza soddisfacente, a differenza del Crowne Plaza in Cina, ma comunque pulito e ordinato, anche se la fragranza utilizzata dall'hotel è piuttosto buona.

Questo è il mio secondo soggiorno all'Hilton Santa Monica. Il servizio è buono e la posizione è vicino alla casa di mio figlio, il che penso sia buono. Le strutture sono le stesse di prima. Ci tornerò la prossima volta se necessario.

Frigorifero, microonde, asciugacapelli, caffè e sapone da caffè a mano lozione shampoo e condizionatore. La camera da letto dei re ha tutto come regina, ma viene con tavolo da tavolo da letto e sedia da tavolo. Mi piace stare nella camera dei re. Oh e anche le camere non fumatori e non fumatori e animali domestici sono benvenuti.

YYuchenIl personale allo sportello, dai capelli bianchi, era molto cordiale, parlava inglese e cinese e si è anche preso l'iniziativa di aiutare con informazioni sui treni, dare consigli sui mezzi di trasporto e chiacchierare. Il resto del personale è ordinario.
È disponibile il deposito bagagli, la camera è piccola ma pulita e ordinata.
La stanza è scarsamente insonorizzata e si sente cosa succede nella stanza accanto.
La TV in camera era pessima e lenta, e lo schermo era bloccato per 3/4 e inutilizzabile. La cassaforte era rotta.
La colazione era molto buona.
Un po' lontano dai negozi del centro città, ma raggiungibile a piedi

EERIDI had booked a single deluxe room; it was very spacious and I loved how there was hanging space and plenty of drawers. I was there for a week and so it was nice to be able to properly unpack and have my things organised. The room would be comfortable even for two people. The room did not have air conditioning but had a ceiling fan which I actually prefer to aircon; it was July yet the room never became too hot. The window was able to open and there was a screen mesh to prevent bugs entering. I asked for and got a kettle for the room to heat my own water. Stable free Wifi.
There was a shared bathroom thus is was appreciated that was a sink in the bedroom (had toiletries, flannels and towels provided). The shared toilet and shower facilities were always clean and even though I was there a week there was never a time that I had to wait/they were occupied when I wanted to use them. The shower room had a curtain separating the wet and dry areas and there was plenty of hooks to hand items. Everywhere was always clean. It was very quiet except for sometimes being some noise from outside.
There is a small basic kitchen area if you want to prepare some simple dishes ( I never used it), and a laundry where a wash and dry is very reasonably priced.
The hotel is in a very good location and I found it ideal for exploring San Francisco. Powell street BRT is a direct line to the train station, there is a streetcar (F) which goes directly to the piers, and a bus (7) which goes along Fell Street to Golden Gate park and if you went to the end of the line it goes to the other end of Golden Gate Park/coast/beach. I walked to other areas. It is ideal if you plan to go to any concerts, and the International Art Museum of America (free entry) is only a couple of mins walk. There are many eating places in the surrounding streets including a food court with reasonably priced food – included an Ikea restaurant where hotdogs are one dollar.
The hotel felt safe and secure. The front door is always locked and there is a key card to enter the hotel and the rooms. I appreciated that not once did the key card become desensitised. The hotel is in the Mission District and thus the area does have some homeless people around; you would not notice much during the day, though many more during the evening. I am a female travelling solo and I never had any problems with any people in the area and never felt unsafe. Evening during the evening the streets are so busy that you don’t feel vulnerable as there are so many people around. I could see from my bedroom window that through the night large crowds would congregate at the corner opposite the hotel, sometimes could be noisy, and they made lots of rubbish, however, everything was cleaned up and by the next morning there was no trace of it…that is a sign that the area is taken care of.
Staff always friendly and helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would have no hesitation in staying again. There was no false advertising , and the facilities were what I expected based on the description, in fact, when considering the reviews, the hotel was better than I was expecting. If people want comfortable, clean basic accommodation you can’t go wrong with this.

LOCATION: Convenient! Right next to DOCO and the Golden 1 Center. Old Sac is a few minutes walk away. Public transport nearby.
HOTEL: The decor was a lovely, sophisticated, modern take on various historical periods. Music is a theme, nodding to the historic past of the building.
Balcony bar - Art Deco. Clean, eye-catching, charming. Emerald velvet chairs and gold-toned metal accents, whimsical 1920’s & ‘30’s music playing overhead, and servers dressed in simple roaring ‘20’s attire. Menu: Small bites. Phyllo baked brie, oysters, ahi poke, short ribs, Asian lettuce wraps, and more.
1st floor restaurant - “7th Street Standard”, is the name. Bright & elegant with simplicity. This restaurant can be a standalone; it’s better than a “hotel restaurant” in food quality, artistry, and presentation. Didn’t eat here this time, but have before. I recall everything being good! Great drinks last time!! Had happy hour drinks this time ($10), still great! Handcrafted, fresh, subtle sweetness for balance, nothing syrupy or fake-colored (reg price $15). Happy hour food and drinks available 3-6pm. Full menu includes trout, salmon, pork belly, and other goodies.
ROOM: I like the decor. The lamps were cool: gold dipped bulbs, bronze-colored cones, retro meets are deco feel. There’s a handy motion-censored light under the bathroom vanity when you don’t want to turn on a bright light at night, light-framed mirror for easy getting ready, spacious bathroom. Views from my particular room were not worth seeing. Good blackout curtains in-room, lots of natural light when open. Bathroom basics included: shampoo, conditioner, lotion soap. Not included: q-tips, cotton balls, etc. The mini fridge could fit some small leftover food boxes. Plenty of outlets near the bed. I don’t recall any food snacks offered for sale. $5 Fiji. Open rack closet, and drawers available. I believe my room was 320 sqft, with enough space to roll out a mat and do a room workout, if that’s your thing (or gym on 4th floor).
AREA OFFERINGS: There’s a Starbucks Reserve steps from the hotel and many places to eat, drink & entertain within easy walking distance (steakhouse, bowling alley, movies, rooftop pool bar, beer vault, and SO much more!). While it’s a nice area (million-dollar condos and attractions next door), another block over in one direction becomes a not-so-nice area (homelessness and refuse), so just be mindful of what direction you’re heading, if that bothers you.
PARKING: There are unattended daily parking lots right next to the hotel ($13-$16ish/10hrs), hourly metered parking, attended hourly/daily lots, valet ($40 seems to get you 2-day parking with in & out privileges; I valeted early evening, pickup needed before 2:45-ish a.m. on the third day). Valet had a very easy texting system. They texted me my valet ticket with a clickable link to call my car when desired. The link let me know the progress of my incoming car (“requested”, “on the way”, “ready”), so I knew exactly when I needed to head out and could enjoy my time until then. You can tip through the link, too.

However, one aspect of my stay that truly stood out was the breakfast. The hotel's breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide range of options to suit every taste. But what really caught my attention was the omelette station.
The omelette chef was incredibly skilled and attentive, creating custom omelettes to order with a wide selection of fillings. Each omelette was cooked to perfection, with a fluffy texture and flavorful fillings that made every bite a treat. I had the pleasure of trying several different combinations, and each one was better than the last.
The quality of the ingredients was also noteworthy. Fresh eggs, a variety of cheeses, and an assortment of vegetables and meats were all on offer, ensuring that every omelette was a delicious and nutritious start to the day.
Overall, my stay at Fremont Marriott was fantastic, and the breakfast omelette was a standout feature that made my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Fremont Marriott to anyone looking for a comfortable and delicious stay in the area.

L'appartamento è un po'vecchio, c'è un piccolo balcone che può vedere il panorama del mare.Il bagno è in generale pulito, ma il bagno ha trovato un giovenco.

First of all, when we booked the hotel, neither Trip.com nor The Aster, Los Angeles, mentioned anything about the rooftop being closed on the dates we booked. On May 13 and May 14, we stayed in room 3 0 6. The hotel pictures showed and bragged about having a rooftop and plenty of pics of people there, and nowhere was revealed anywhere on their website or Trip.com that would not be available on those dates. When we reached out to Trip.com, they pretty much said that the rooftop amenities weren't listed as part of our package. Really Trip.com? You have to list the rooftop as the amenity... Got it. That was so lame a response. Everyone knows people book due to the pictures, and this was a seriously lame response from the Trip.com customer support personnel. We decided to save our opinion for this review.
The Aster had nice people, but it's hard to believe the availability missing on their website is a detail they would miss. Their hotel has impeccable detail and design. One can only surmise they conveniently left out the information because people would obviously not book there and go somewhere else. I told the front receptionist this as we were checking in. She mentioned, well, it said it on *******. But we didn't book through *******, we booked through Trip.com. And those specific details were not evident. After July 1st the Government is getting stricter on transparency with hotels having to mention things so we missed this window, but we're happy to hold hotels like The Aster accountable:-)
Also, on Wednesday, we checked out, and they had a fire alarm drill test that lasted about 10 minutes. They forgot to mention another minor ”inconvenience” when we booked on their website. It was at 10 am. It wasn't so bad, but to state the obvious, they left out the ability for customers to decide by not making that information transparent during the booking process. It's not like the fire department or tech people didn't schedule that in advance.
1. If you book through Trip.com, please make sure you specify, call their customer support, and get it in writing. The clickbait and pictures seem shady and sketchy and reflect a lack of credibility in the process.
2. Trip.com asked which room we wanted to be in. When we picked the room, we picked the city-view balcony. But we got put in the poolside view instead. It wasn't bad, but that was missing in the booking details that Trip.com sent to The Aster. My fiance ended up being okay with the poolside view, but it should have been in the booking details via Trip.com. So please, please make sure you watch this if you book through them and call the hotel in advance.
Lastly, the decor, valet, and, in general, the service people were very nice and thoughtful. We would give them 5 stars.
