اسعدني جدا الحجز في فندق الشهباء والمعاملة الراقية في الاستقبال ..الموظفة انهار كانت لطيفة جدا في التعامل واخبرتنا عن المطاعم حول الفندق والبقالة الموقع ممتاز وعلى بعد ٢٠دقيفة من المطار كما احضرت لنا بطانية اضافية عنددالطلب السريررجميل والمرتبة والوسائد ممتازة فقط هناك رائحة تصدر من المغسلة واطن ان الفندق مرمم لكن المواسير ليست جيدة ..اخذناها ليلة فقط لان طائرتنا ستغاد تسع الصباح وغرفة وصالة ب٣٥٠ ريال سعر ممتاز
The only main negative point was that the WiFi signal was very weak or nearly not working in level 9.
The location is not far from Haram.
The shuttle is sometimes crowded so I had preferred to walk which in most cases took less time than using the bus.

The room was spacious, well-maintained, and the highlight was definitely the breathtaking Kaaba view, which added a deeply spiritual and unique element to the stay. The bed linens were soft and luxurious, ensuring restful sleep. The air conditioning was perfectly calibrated, providing a refreshing escape from the intense heat outside. It made re-entering the room after a long day feel rejuvenating.
The room also came equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: coffee and tea facilities, quality toiletries, and other thoughtful amenities.

A significant advantage of Swissotel Makkah is its location in the Abraj Clock Tower. Unlike many other hotels in the same complex, the lobby is on the ground floor, which means guests can access the rooms directly without switching elevators — a huge plus in terms of convenience.
Service & Flexibility:
The staff went above and beyond by offering us a late check-out while we waited for our continued stay at Swissotel Al Maqam. This thoughtful gesture truly elevated the experience and showed their commitment to guest comfort.

I’m shocked, firstly they gave us a room on the 9 th floor which was rotted to the core (pictures will be provided). Then they gave us another room renovated said by Riyan, he was helpful. The luggage took an hour coming up. Unusual to see, one of my luggage was opened and the lock was inside the suitcase. When I complained, Mr Faisal was most helpful and said he will have the cctv cameras checked. And didn’t get back with me so after hours I spoke to the night manager he said we viewed the cameras, no one had opened the luggage. And in the morning when I asked to view the CCTV footage they said no! It seemed a dull answer! So I got in touch with the Movenpick hotel where we stayed a night too, they still said get a report from the police station and you’re welcome to see the footage! As the last picture we had of the suitcase was taken to show to the uber to show how many pieces we have in that picture it was clearly showed the lock is on! Then in Movenpick we did not open that suitcase and moved to Pullman. Now calling Pullman they kept referring calls, as I explained to the one who I spoke with if Movenpick said it’s okay to view the cctv after the police report, can I view your footage too! They kept refer the call. So I ended up reporting the incident to the Embassy. If this incident has happened to anyone go as far as the headquarters of Pullman, and report it to the Embassy. I’m quite shocked, nothing was taken seriously..! Take care of your luggage please!!!! Regardless it’s locked. The Asian staff are not to be trusted.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. It’s a value for money option… Rooms are not very big but well-planned and good for a several-day stay. It’s clean, well-maintained, and also offers a very good breakfast buffet. However, the selection of the complimentary drinks -tea and coffee bags are switched to brands that I have never heard of. Paper tea cups are also the cheapest you can find on the market. They provide only one type of soap inside separate hand, body, and shampoo dispensers. I understand that we are going through difficult times, but I think keeping the quality at certain levels is also important.

MMichaelIt’s pretty similar to the other hotels in the complex. It differs as it has a more modernist furniture style; whereas the other local hotels have gone for an older-elegant style.
The hotel provides a better service than then Four Point as irons etc are available in room. However, breakfast is more than twice as expensive as the nearby hotels, so I did not eat breakfast in Park Inn.

E bella maschide costruita in hotel. Molto consigliabile, potrebbe essere poco prezioso ma sinceramente si otterrà il 100% del vostro denaro, soprattutto per Umrah/hajj. Sono stato li' qualche giorno fa di ramadán e di eid, pensando, per quanto tempo sarà occupato in questo periodo, forse non ricevere un buon servizio o un check in tardi, eccetera, ma completamente al contrario. Ti lascia a Marwa Gate. Devi camminare per 10-15 minuti per raggiungere Haram. Ti verranno a prendere dallo stesso posto. Non ho avuto alcun problema con il servizio di bus navetta. Il servizio navetta era abbastanza buono. L'unico inconveniente è camminare verso l'haram. Avevo mio figlio con me e ogni volta faticava a camminare. Il cibo per l'hotel è peggio. NNor Huda********** abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole qui a Le Meridien Towers Makkah. Non è così pieno e la navetta a Haram è 24/7 con quasi nessun tempo di attesa quando vogliamo prendere l'autobus a e da Haram.
Il nostro hotel ci ha aggiornato piacevolmente e ci hanno anche dato un tè complimentare la prima notte. Quando siamo arrivati molto tardi la notte, sono grato di poter ottenere un po' di snack rapido per il mio bambino e che i negozi rimangano aperti.
Non abbiamo chiesto alla custodia di venire a pulire le nostre camere, ma erano attenti e in fretta nel loro servizio. Insya Allah possiamo restare qui per la nostra prossima Umrah.
