Vengo a fare Umrah e a mattina ha scelto questo hotel. Buona posizione alla moschea haram. 3 minuti a piedi alla porta 326. Buona attrezzatura intorno all'hotel. Personale amichevole. Molto bello e pulito hotel. Volevo tornare.

The hotel provided a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were complete and thoughtfully prepared. Staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to assist with a smile, which made the experience even better. Le camere erano un po' piccole ma pulite. Il personale era ospite, gentile e ben mantenuto. Non troppo lontano ma lontano per coloro con bambini piccoli e che non piace camminare molto 😄 o nel sole caldo.
Il colazione era in un edificio adiacente e era ragionevole.Lo stesso menu per i due giorni che abbiamo soggiornato.

Free bus shuttle to Haram was the turning point, Highly recommended, breakfast was normal but sufficient.
Recommended to stay, Rooms were not noise friendly and if someone is talkiing outside or walking you can hear them.clearly. Road noise as well you can hear but overall it was ok.
Karak tea in cafeteria was pathetic not recommended

Appena entrato, sono stato accolto da una receptionist che parlava a bassa voce, ma purtroppo non riusciva a sorridere.
Poi, un impiegato mi ha aiutato a controllare la camera.
A dire il vero, in bagno mancavano articoli da toeletta, asciugamani e spazzatura, quindi ho dovuto chiedere al personale dell'hotel 20 minuti dopo di accompagnarmi in camera.
La camera era decente, ma non c'era acqua minerale né un distributore di acqua calda.
La posizione è molto vicina alla Moschea del Profeta, Porta 365.
Nel complesso, se vogliamo essere grati, tutto è ancora entro i limiti di *************.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my friend and family for four nights, and our experience was exceptional. The hotel is modern, featuring spacious rooms, well-maintained bathrooms, and stunning views of the mountains, including the iconic Uhud Mountain, a highly visited site in Madinah.
The breakfast offered a wide selection of options, including choices for vegetarians, and was consistently fresh and enjoyable. The staff at the reception were friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming stay.
The hotel is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from the Masjid. For added convenience, they provide a shuttle service every 20 minutes, making access effortless.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Madinah and would gladly stay here again on future visits.

Hi, basically we been fine. Till we been told our dinner was cancelled because off Ramadan!! OK understand but at least do something about it. Unfortunately nothing has been done till I have to tell them can you please send you something my little one upset 😡 then the guy in coffee shop Egyptians sent as very bad pizza no one eaten. 😢 I have to go out and spend 100 riyal saudi 🇸🇦 from my on pocket. And my dinner never came.
as I haven't been,
offered refund for stolen dinner 🍽 😏. The terrible thing that same guy in coffee shop wants me to pay for drinks. I said take your pizza back and I don't want drink. Even the lady witch is the deputy director was nice to us she's Egyptians i believe.

AAllam ashIn generale, il mio soggiorno era buono. Il personale era in generale amichevole, anche se l’esperienza di check-in era un po’ sgradevole all’inizio. Grazie all’eccellente assistenza della signora Bayan, le cose si sono migliorate successivamente. L'hotel, tuttavia, si sente troppo costoso rispetto ad altre opzioni molto vicine a Al Haram a Medina. Uno dei principali svantaggi è stato i corridoi spesso erano pieni di cibo rimasto lasciato fuori dalle camere, che era sgradevole e ha dato una cattiva impressione. Il personale di sicurezza ha bisogno di una formazione più ampia per essere più amico dei clienti

Nothing to complain except our villa was very crowded with pigeons (i think because it was nearby the mountain) so our outdoor area were full with lots of pigeons' poops and also in the swimming pool :( and another thing was we asked for bikes multiple times, if im not wrong, like 5 times, staff said will check it for you and we never get feedbacks but it happened with us in other hotel as well so it's fine.
Still! Great experience great time. Definitely come back :)

- a lot of shops and restaurants nearby
- staff in general was good
-housekeeping people are amazing!
One shocking encounter is when I called the reception early in the morning as my old father had fallen from his bed and I needed someone to help me pick him up. The heartless man at the reception said there is no one to help.
Later he did send someone and then I called again to ask them to help me call an ambulance and he said ‘isn’t the guy there already’?
And i was like yes, but that guy is not a doctor! I need a doctor
That cruel guy didn’t offer any help and said i’d have to call the ambulance using my own phone. Luckily, it was not a serious emergency for my dad at the end but imagine what could have happened.
Maybe the staff needs to show more humility and be human instead of thinking about their reputation only! Absolutely traumatized by this experience.

UUtente ospiteWe had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced. We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage.
The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery). Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us. The view outside was heavenly mashAla. Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t. It such an experience and you have to do it. Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house. Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud. All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk. Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all. And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.
Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.
They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44. It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at. You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel. If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.
The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family. Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

MMichaelLocation is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops.
Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience.
Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly.
We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time.
A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.

Siamo rimasti davvero delusi quando siamo entrati nella camera. Non prenoteremo più questo hotel se visiteremo Medina, poiché ci sono altri hotel più recenti nelle vicinanze.

UUtente anonimoIl nostro soggiorno a InterContinental Madinah Dar Al Iman è stato assolutamente meraviglioso da iniziare a finire. L'hotel combina perfettamente lusso, comfort e spiritualità, offrendo tutto ciò che si desidera quando si visita la Mosca del Profeta.
La posizione è invincibile, solo passi lontano da Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, con accesso diretto alle porte di preghiera delle signore e degli uomini, rendendolo incredibilmente conveniente, soprattutto durante le ore di preghiera.
Le camere erano spaziose, bellissimi e pulite senza spazi, con letti comodi, letti morbidi e tutte le attrezzature che si aspettavano da un hotel di alto livello. La vista della Mosè del Profeta dalla nostra finestra era eccitante e faceva sentire ogni momento speciale.
Il servizio è stato impecabile per tutta la nostra permanenza. Il personale era cortese, professionale e genuino, sempre pronto ad assistere con un sorriso. Check-in e check-out erano regolari, e la custodia di casa era attenta a ogni dettaglio.
Il buffet di colazione è stato eccellente, offrendo una vasta gamma di piatti internazionali e del Medio Oriente, tutti freschi e deliziosi.
In generale, InterContinental Dar Al Iman si trova davvero per la sua posizione migliore, l'ospitalità di classe mondiale e l'atmosfera serena. E' il luogo ideale per chiunque visiti Madina, sia per Umrah, Hajj, o per la riflessione personale. Abbiamo lasciato con cuore pieno di gratitudine e pace, e rimarremo sicuramente qui per la nostra prossima visita.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Elaf Taiba Hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient for visiting the Prophet’s Mosque, which made my time in Madinah especially meaningful. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit.
I would also like to express my appreciation for the professionalism and kindness of the staff, who were always helpful and attentive. Their warm service made my stay even more enjoyable.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel che vive in Alula può dare tre punti in generale.La posizione è buona, mangiare e comprare cose attorno a noi. Le strutture della stanza sono pulite.
Ma il servizio è quasi significato. Si stima che ci siano troppi persone che vivono. La reception ha aspettato quasi mezz'ora e ha detto che la stanza ospite ha aspettato per molto tempo.La cosa più inconveniente è che pochi dipendenti diranno cinese e chiedono un software di traduzione di linea che può anche essere confrontato con un software di traduzione di righe e un po'di costo.
Se le persone fossero meno, potreste avere un servizio cinese.
