Adatto a famiglie, viaggiatori singoli e anche amici. L'hotel era molto carino, a circa 1,2 km/10 minuti a piedi dall'Haram, abbastanza fattibile, il check-in è stato semplice, le camere erano pulite. Sono arrivato al settimo piano dove sono stato accolto con un grande sorriso, rispetto e un ottimo servizio dal signor Fairoos, che si è assicurato che avessi la migliore esperienza, ha chiesto degli asciugamani extra e me li ha dati velocemente, e tornavo sempre in una stanza ordinata e con un grande sorriso, lo consiglierei sicuramente e prenoterei di nuovo per il prossimo viaggio a Medina, il mio cuore è ancora in questa bellissima città santa.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Elaf Taiba Hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient for visiting the Prophet’s Mosque, which made my time in Madinah especially meaningful. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit.
I would also like to express my appreciation for the professionalism and kindness of the staff, who were always helpful and attentive. Their warm service made my stay even more enjoyable.

Le strutture sono pulite.Molto bel servizio. vicino alla Mosca del Profeta.
Ma ho dovuto viaggiare per il resto dei due giorni di prenotazione e ho chiesto un rimborso.
Hanno detto che la politica dell'hotel non è regressiva.
E ho sempre prenotato da Trip, e avrei dovuto ritrovarmi i giorni con l'approvazione dell'hotel, ma l'hotel non è stato approvato dalla prenotazione di Online.

Le camere erano un po' piccole ma pulite. Il personale era ospite, gentile e ben mantenuto. Non troppo lontano ma lontano per coloro con bambini piccoli e che non piace camminare molto 😄 o nel sole caldo.
Il colazione era in un edificio adiacente e era ragionevole.Lo stesso menu per i due giorni che abbiamo soggiornato.

E'un buon hotel a Madina. Sceglieremo Haram View. Non ci dispiacevamo. Anche noi camminiamo molto alla moschea, il suo bene. Perche' la stanza, il letto è così comodo. E il colazione. E'un bacio cuoco! Amo il loro colazione. Grazie e prenoterò di nuovo la prossima volta. Grazie 🥰

We stayed at Deyar Al Eiman from 14Feb to 17Feb 2026. We arrived at 3:40 am and they allowed us to do early check-in with a little charge. Room were cleaned and house keeping service was available everyday. All the receptionist were very helpful. The hotel is 2/3 mins walking distance from gate 327/328. W

AAllam ashIn generale, il mio soggiorno era buono. Il personale era in generale amichevole, anche se l’esperienza di check-in era un po’ sgradevole all’inizio. Grazie all’eccellente assistenza della signora Bayan, le cose si sono migliorate successivamente. L'hotel, tuttavia, si sente troppo costoso rispetto ad altre opzioni molto vicine a Al Haram a Medina. Uno dei principali svantaggi è stato i corridoi spesso erano pieni di cibo rimasto lasciato fuori dalle camere, che era sgradevole e ha dato una cattiva impressione. Il personale di sicurezza ha bisogno di una formazione più ampia per essere più amico dei clienti

Nothing to complain except our villa was very crowded with pigeons (i think because it was nearby the mountain) so our outdoor area were full with lots of pigeons' poops and also in the swimming pool :( and another thing was we asked for bikes multiple times, if im not wrong, like 5 times, staff said will check it for you and we never get feedbacks but it happened with us in other hotel as well so it's fine.
Still! Great experience great time. Definitely come back :)

From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances.
The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable.
As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram.
Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times.
Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day.
Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

One shocking encounter is when I called the reception early in the morning as my old father had fallen from his bed and I needed someone to help me pick him up. The heartless man at the reception said there is no one to help.
Later he did send someone and then I called again to ask them to help me call an ambulance and he said ‘isn’t the guy there already’?
And i was like yes, but that guy is not a doctor! I need a doctor
That cruel guy didn’t offer any help and said i’d have to call the ambulance using my own phone. Luckily, it was not a serious emergency for my dad at the end but imagine what could have happened.
Maybe the staff needs to show more humility and be human instead of thinking about their reputation only! Absolutely traumatized by this experience.

UUtente ospiteWe had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced. We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage.
The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery). Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us. The view outside was heavenly mashAla. Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t. It such an experience and you have to do it. Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house. Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud. All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk. Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all. And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.
Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.
They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44. It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at. You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel. If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.
The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family. Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience.
Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly.
We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time.
A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.

UUtente anonimoIl nostro soggiorno a InterContinental Madinah Dar Al Iman è stato assolutamente meraviglioso da iniziare a finire. L'hotel combina perfettamente lusso, comfort e spiritualità, offrendo tutto ciò che si desidera quando si visita la Mosca del Profeta.
La posizione è invincibile, solo passi lontano da Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, con accesso diretto alle porte di preghiera delle signore e degli uomini, rendendolo incredibilmente conveniente, soprattutto durante le ore di preghiera.
Le camere erano spaziose, bellissimi e pulite senza spazi, con letti comodi, letti morbidi e tutte le attrezzature che si aspettavano da un hotel di alto livello. La vista della Mosè del Profeta dalla nostra finestra era eccitante e faceva sentire ogni momento speciale.
Il servizio è stato impecabile per tutta la nostra permanenza. Il personale era cortese, professionale e genuino, sempre pronto ad assistere con un sorriso. Check-in e check-out erano regolari, e la custodia di casa era attenta a ogni dettaglio.
Il buffet di colazione è stato eccellente, offrendo una vasta gamma di piatti internazionali e del Medio Oriente, tutti freschi e deliziosi.
In generale, InterContinental Dar Al Iman si trova davvero per la sua posizione migliore, l'ospitalità di classe mondiale e l'atmosfera serena. E' il luogo ideale per chiunque visiti Madina, sia per Umrah, Hajj, o per la riflessione personale. Abbiamo lasciato con cuore pieno di gratitudine e pace, e rimarremo sicuramente qui per la nostra prossima visita.
