Arabia Saudita: hotel con internet nella provincia di Provincia di Medina

The hotel provides a comfortable and clean stay. It is conveniently located approximately a 7-minute walk from Masjid An-Nabawi, with Gate 310 of the mosque situated nearby. Additionally, the hotel is in close proximity to an affordable clothing shop, enhancing convenience for guests.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to help and even preempt their actions and go the extra mile.  The hotel itself is directly next to Masjid Al Ghamamah, and a very short walk from the gate of Masjid An Nabawi. There are convenience stores, standard shops for souvenirs and food all within a two minute walk from the hotel door.  The only issue I would say is if you have a pram (stroller) or wheelchair, the ground floor only has an escalator to the mezzanine floor, no elevator is available. If that’s a concern you may want to consider another option, otherwise this is great and I highly recommend it.

Abbiamo una stanza che volevamo, vicino all'ascensore. La stanza è bella, nessuna vista particolare, solo le mura interne dell'hotel. La stanza è molto piccola, con grande bagno. Molto buono e ci piace il nostro soggiorno.

In generale, era un soggiorno decente, ma il processo di check-in era frustrante e poco professionale. Ho prenotato due camere con due nomi diversi, ma il ricevitore ha solo controllato per un nome e si è rifiutato di verificare l'altro. Questa mancanza di servizio clienti di base ci ha costretto a contattare Trip.com il supporto clienti, e il problema ci ha voluto quasi un'ora per risolvere tutto mentre aspettavo con mio bambino e mia madre in sedia a rotelle. Questa è stata una esperienza molto deludente. La maggior parte del personale era insopportabile e non era cortese.

Questa è una posizione ideale, dato che Masjid e Nabwi è a soli 3 minuti di distanza. Ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze e quasi tutti servono del buon cibo. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose, ma l'illuminazione è troppo fioca. Inoltre, il telefono nella mia camera non funzionava, cosa che è stata poi riparata dal personale dell'hotel. Il materasso king size non era comodo, sembra che debba essere sostituito. Spero anche che sostituiscano il loro frigorifero attuale con uno nuovo, dato che non funzionava bene, o forse spostarlo dall'armadio potrebbe aiutare. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno piacevole, dato che il mio obiettivo principale era avere un facile accesso a Masjid e Nabwi.

La stanza era piccola rispetto alle altre stanze che ho prenotato attraverso un altro motore di prenotazione. Anche i bagni erano diversi. Il desk front era incompetente. I custodi e gli orologi erano buoni.

Abbiamo prenotato una sala dirigente con vista sulla moschea Nabawi e sono stati concessi in modo da accedere al Salone esecutivo sul quattordicesimo piano. Abbiamo pagato il totale, un anno in anticipo. Era la nostra seconda permanenza a Movenpick durante il Ramadan. Siamo stati in questo hotel per 18 giorni nel 2024. Quest'anno abbiamo soggiornato per 8 giorni. Il salone esecutivo ha fornito snacks leggeri per Iftar da Magrib a Isyak. Le snacks leggeri sono fornite anche dopo le preghiere terawih fino alle 2:00.. La nostra camera è spaziosa e molto comoda. Abbiamo amato il nostro soggiorno così tanto. Se si deve migliorare una zona, suggeriamo di servire alimenti migliori durante il Sahoor, e abbiamo trovato che ogni volta che si serve pesce e prato, l'odore del cibo marino è ancora evidente. Lavateli bene e lavateli bene e lavateli bene e lavateli bene e lavateli meglio, e poi, quando si servi il riso briyani o simili, lasciano solo ossa, come se il riso fosse un resto di cibo di Iftar. While the location of the hotel is excellent and convenient, there are several areas that need improvement to enhance guest experience. Firstly, allocating 4 beds in a room meant for 3 guests does not make practical sense. The beds are placed too close to each other, leaving barely any space to move around. This makes the room feel cramped and uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the room was average, especially in the washroom. Specifically, in Room 529, the toilet seat appeared very old and partially broken, which is unacceptable for a property aiming for high guest satisfaction. Another major issue is the elevator. Getting into the lift is often a challenge, particularly for guests who are not familiar with the system. Having a lift attendant or staff to assist and monitor the lift usage would make things much easier, especially for guests from different regions who may face language barriers. The hotel has great potential due to its excellent location, but addressing these concerns is essential to attract more guests and earn better ratings.

Check-in was fast and efficient. The guy over at the counter was superb, friendly and welcoming. Well done to him. Room was big and was given a bigger room. Thank you so much. Very short walking distance to Masjid Nabawi. And there’s plenty of food options and shops right below the hotel. Very strategic hotel.
