Avevo un ottimo soggiorno a Madinah. Solo pochi passi da Masjid Nabawi. La posizione è perfetta. Il personale è stato molto amichevole e utile. La colazione è buona, ampio selezione. Sarebbe sicuramente tornato qui.

This is a first poor experience I've unfortunately came across. The breakfast was not up to standard at all, especially paying 140SAR for a 4 star #1 premium hotel. We literally tried it the 1st morning but went out for breakfast the rest of our stay. The pictures online are deceiving. It's not what is advertised. I asked for a refund, and they unfortunately have refused. Trip.com however was willing to compensate me for the inconvenience caused. The room was really stuffy. Hotel definitely needs a revamp, as most areas in the bathrooms are stained and patched up where needed. The bathroom towels also needs to be changed. Last negative thing, it's highly overpriced. On a positive note, the hotel staff is really responsive and the location is in walking distance to the haram.

Il mio soggiorno dal 9 all'11 febbraio 2023. Posizione eccellente, a pochi passi dalla moschea, il lato della Cupola Verde. Anche a pochi passi dal mercato alimentare. Personale cordiale e camera spaziosa e pulita, bagno e doccia in buone condizioni (nessuna orribile stuccatura), comodo coprimaterasso, set per la preparazione di tè e caffè pulito. Il corridoio che porta alla camera ha un buon odore, con una specie di nebulizzatore, e gli ascensori sono veloci, su entrambi i lati del corridoio. La receptionist mi ha gentilmente dato un upgrade rispetto alla solita camera che avevo prenotato. Tutto sommato, è stata un'esperienza piacevole e tranquilla. Mi sono comodamente cambiato per indossare il mio Ihram, pronto per il mio viaggio di proseguimento verso la Mecca in treno. Sig. Akhtar

Everything almost perfect, service effecial and professional, amazing pool, queit good breakfast... Just over sweet ... But their shuttle bus which is for airport is too simple and old ... It dosen't match with the price.

Il più costoso hotel della vita vale la pena di vivere.Due grandi e piccole camere da letto oasis, un divano in auto, due persone possono dormire e una sola persona può dormire sul divano.Ci sono bagni normali in auto, ci sono anche aria condizionata, e il rumore è più grande. La cena è in hotel, il panino e la pizza sono deliziosi, 200 rmb per persona.

One of the best hotels near Masjid Al Nabawi! The staff are incredible! From the moment I arrived, Hassan from concierge assisted me with my bags and the staff at the reception were very friendly and they not only allowed me to check-in early but also upgraded my room with a partial Haram View! All the staff spoke English perfectly. The rooms are nice and spacious with modern furniture and the amenities provided in the room are perfect from bathrobes to multiple kits! The room was relatively clean however I’ve notice multiple finger prints on the refrigerator door as well as the bathroom door which shows those 2 areas weren’t wiped after the previous guests had left. The shower was perfect with nice hot water and the bathroom was spacious enough. The hotel has 2 towers and we didn’t know which tower to go to so we ended up going to tower 1 were the receptionist informed us that our booking is in tower 2. I had an elderly guest with me and moving towers like this was very inconvenient. The hotel should inform the guests about the tower number and parking instructions before arriving at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the Haram with just 6-7 minutes walk to both the men’s and the women’s entrance (door 11 and 12). Upon returning to the hotel, the staff were promptly situated outside the elevator doors assisting guests with the elevators. About the breakfast. It was fantastic! The options available were great and included selections of cold appetizers, bakery items, main courses including french toast and pancakes. The breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient and they never said no, especially Riaz he served us coffee and hot chocolate. The items were being refilled quickly. The 2 ladies welcomed us for breakfast with a huge smile. Suggestions to improve breakfast: 1) there was no live cooking counter for omelette. The omlette was being cooked in the kitchen and was being stocked in the hot plate. It would be great if the hotel could consider introducing live counter for omelette as it really would help us guests to make the perfect omelette for ourselves and eating it warm and fresh. Other hotels do have a live counter. 2) Though all the breakfast items were great, the French toast wasn’t good at all! It didn’t taste like a French toast. The sambosas were undercooked and very chewy so wasn’t able to eat them. Improvements on this will make the breakfast experience perfect! One more thing to add is that the staff not once said “No”. They always accommodated our requests whatsoever. I asked the reception for a plastic chair for my elderly mother to sit and take a shower, thought they didn’t have it, they offered us to switch to an accessible room with no additional costs! The hotel is not very busy and crowded as I didn’t see any groups here. I hope the hotel can maintain this very same standard or else it’ll be very easy to be like the other hotels who don’t care about guests. All in all, I’ll definitely choose Al Manakha Rotana again on my next trip to Madinah and wishing this hotel success!

The hotel staff is great, I lost my key (card room) in Masjid Nabawi and they didnt even charge me with anything. We can also put the luggage after check out in the safe place. The building is older, but functional. We dont have to wait for the lift because there are 6 lifts for the building alone. I’m shocked that the shampoo and soap is from Brooklyn, which I’ve visited New York in May but no time to visit Apotheke 😩 Near gate of Masjid Nabawi from the hotel is 365. You can choose this hotel instead of Pullman Zamzam if you have strict budget like us. Because the location is not that far from gate 365. This gate is near Rawdah. Ps: I take this photo right before check out. Sorry for the mess

Everything is good especially the view of haram. Near to gate 320. Easy access to Masjid Nabawi. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Really recommended to stay at this hotel. Probably with stay in future.

My room was very clean. But my 2nd day my room not tidy up at all even no drink to top up.other than that its ok

Kebersihan bagus, tempat bagus dengan harga segitu. Cuma tempat nya rada masuk2, bawa taxi jadi bingung tempat nya di mana. Tapi jeseluruhan ok, jika ingin umroh backpacker

Il 25 gennaio 2024 abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel fino al 2 febbraio 2024. Inizialmente ero un po' scettico su questo hotel perché questa era la prima volta che eravamo nella zona dell'hotel di fronte alla Mosca del Profeta. precedentemente, tre volte prima, quando visitava la Mosca del Profeta, eravamo nella zona dell'hotel dietro la Mosca. *************, la migliore esperienza con l'hotel, che per me è una posizione strategica vicino all'ingresso al fronte della moschea. Inoltre, ci sono molti luoghi interessanti vicino come i posti da mangiare a Shariq Qurban Qurban con molti deliziosi Ristoranti . La posizione è anche vicino alla moschea di Quba. Puoi prendere un Buggy o Uber per arrivare lì. Per me, una nuova esperienza con l'hotel, che è l'ufficiale dell'hotel durante il processo di check-in, è stata molto gentile e ci ha salutati bene e molto fluente in inglese. La stanza era anche molto pulita. Il processo di pulizia della stanza è stato molto soddisfacente. Molto raccomandato per le famiglie per l'Hotel Ellaf At-Taqwa.

Am so glad I choose Cloud 7 Residence. I am a solo traveler to AlUla and I don't drive. Prior to my trip, i notice that quite a number of hotels/B&Bs do not offer meals and there are no restaurants nearby. Cloud & Residence has its own restaurant and therefore, it saves the trouble of looking for food. All staff there are very friendly and super helpful. Wifi works well. Hope I can visit again.

I was a bit worried about staying at the hotel with no electricity, taking into account dark rooms and lack of heater, but my experience went above and beyond any expectations. It is perfectly located in one part of the old town, right in the middle of everything. The rooms were comfortable, picture perfect and warm (I arranged for a heater). Staff was kind, attentive and very helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious. I couldn't have wished for a better accommodation.
