I am how genuinely happy my recent stay was at The Loom. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful, welcoming, and exceptionally well-run. Check-in was smooth and professional, and the front desk team immediately set the tone—warm, efficient, and genuinely hospitable. After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to be greeted by people who clearly care about guest experience.  Throughout my stay, every interaction felt consistent: friendly, attentive, and proactive without being intrusive. Whether it was a quick question, a request, or simply passing staff in the hallway, the level of professionalism and kindness was noticeable. It’s rare to see that kind of consistency across an entire team, and it made the stay feel effortless. My room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The bed and linens were excellent, and I slept better than I expected. I also appreciated the small details—well-maintained amenities, a clean bathroom, strong water pressure, and a layout that felt functional and relaxing. It’s clear that housekeeping takes pride in their work.Fully maintained and had a calm, polished feel. Common areas were clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere felt both upscale and comfortable. I also appreciated how safe and organized everything felt, especially during busy periods. The breakfast/restaurant experience was excellent—fresh, well-presented, and a great start to the day. The service was just as strong as the rest of the property.The location was also a major plus—convenient and easy to navigate, with everything I needed close by. It made the entire trip smoother. Overall, this was one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for delivering a stay that felt genuinely high-quality from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be returning the next time I’m in Providence

Anche se non tanto in questi giorni, ho viaggiato molto per lavoro e è bello avere un posto per chiamare a casa quando sei sulla strada. Non sono una persona squisita e non ho davvero specifiche per quello che cerco quando si tratta di un hotel, ma l'unica cosa che voglio è un senso di casa e di sicurezza. La posizione era perfetta e ero nella zona che conoscevo, ma anche se non ero abbastanza familiare, mi sentivo ancora al sicuro. Il personale era molto amichevole e facile navigare l’edificio. Adorava sinceramente la mia stanza, aveva tutto quello che avevo bisogno e mi aiutava a diventare il mio appartamento temporaneo, il letto era incredibile, perfetto per qualcuno che andava e viaggiava da le 4:00 di mattina. La sedia da letto nella mia stanza era anche la più confortevole che abbia mai avuto, e ho finito di usarla al mio ufficio. Ti hanno dato una sedia molto bello, ma sono una persona molto grande e ho paura di romperla, quindi è stata una piacevole sorpresa avere questa alternativa. Il signore del dipartimento frontale mi ha dato molte informazioni e suggerimenti per il cibo basato su ristoranti della zona, mi hanno anche dato un buono di sconto per una catena di ristoranti che io amo! Era davvero una esperienza molto piacevole e vorrei solo poter stare più a lungo, certamente ritornerò in quel luogo in futuro quando lavoro in questo settore. Perfetto per me e consiglierei sinceramente agli altri di rimanere lì se stai cercando un posto per la notte o un soggiorno esteso!

Entravamo e ci saremmo stati accolti con favore, non ci si accostava al punto per un controllo rapido, la stanza era bella e spaziosa, l'acqua calda per la doccia era apprezzata. Sembrava che il bagno fosse in uno stato continuo di flusso, ma forse il nodo era un po' fuori, perché non era sempre così quando si sconvolgeva. La macchina da vendere ha bisogno di più tempo per ridurre le cose, ma dopotutto è una macchina da vendere.Non siamo arrivati nella zona della piscina, ma abbiamo fatto colazione. Eravamo un po' in ritardo, ma uno dei funzionari ci ha dato il salsaccio e le uova che ci sono state molto apprezzate, e credo che questo sia il fattore di sbaglio per noi, perché non ci aspettavamo davvero nulla per il nostro errore. Il giorno dopo la colazione era anche molto bello e ci sono stati i risolle a tempo. Abbiamo avuto un po' di problemi con le nostre carte a un ritorno, ma il desktop frontale ci ha aiutato rapidamente a uscire e spiegato come mantenerle più sicure di disattivare mantenendole lontane dai telefoni e dagli magneti. Ci sono diversi ristoranti e un dunkNdonuts vicino, così come una stazione di gas, che è stato conveniente. Ci sono anche parcheggio extra vicino a La Quinta. In tutto abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno e forse pensando di restare qui ancora una volta se svoltiamo per l'isola di Rhode. Mi consiglio di esplorare Warwick come un bel punto di centro per andare intorno all'isola di Rhode, e ci interessavamo soprattutto alle case storiche a sud-est tra le isole più piccole, che erano circa un'ora o meno lontane.

La posizione dell'hotel era grande. Era proprio sulla spiaggia. Tuttavia, una volta che ci siamo seduti nella stanza abbiamo notato diversi bug che dovevamo uccidere. Il bagno non era pulito così bene, perché c'erano i capelli nel bagno, nel bagno e nel bagno. Quando mi sono accolta, non ero a conoscenza di una ”tassa di destinazione” che era un'ulteriore tassa di $80. Questo non era elencato da nessuna parte sul messaggio di conferma del viaggio e sul mio ricevimento digitale dall'hotel. Eravamo un po' delusi di questi fattori, Ma in generale abbiamo avuto un buon viaggio, abbiamo passato più di quanto ci si aspettava e volevamo più pulite.

The hotel is in a super great location, just a 5-minute walk from Providence train station. The hotel receptionist was very nice to help our check-in process very fast. The washing machine and dryer facilities are located on the 7th floor. 30mins use cost $2 (need to change quarter coins at reception. Detergent is also available at reception costing $2). The room is large and cozzy, comfortable and extremely big king size bed. The sofa bed is not that comfortable but the blanket is very comfortable. Japanese supermarket Maruichi is just a 7-minute walk distance, where sells frozen, fresh food, grocery, and ready to eat sushi and rice. The hotel staff suggested to go to Trader Joe's, which is 1 mile away, to have more fruits and vegetable choices. The 7-Eleven runs 24hrs just right at the corner, so shopping is very convenient. The breakfast has a wide range of variety: cereal, bagel, toast, pancake, juice, coffee, fruit, yogurt, sausage, fried or boiled eggs. It only takes 10 minutes to walk from hotel to Brown University and RISD. There are many steep slopes along the way, but the view of the city from the commanding heights is very beautiful. I highly recommend staying at Homewood Suite

Pros: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee were a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious, and interestingly, it worked like a regular restaurant where you get a bill and hand over the voucher you received at check-in. The location was great. Cons: They said construction noise would only continue until 5 PM, but I heard several loud, machine-like noises well past 8 PM. I almost asked to change rooms, but the noise eventually died down so I let it go. Also, there were two bottles of water in the room, but unless you’re a Hilton Silver member or above, they charge $3 each. If I had other options, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Great trip, close to ” mansions” and Newport music festival...Staff was very helpful, kind. Room was clean. Plenty of parking. There were certain fees for amenities Etc; I wish they would give US the option as to whether WE WANTED THE ” amenities” and accordingly adjust the bill :) Our access to Internet was non existent for one day...as, apparently, bad weather plays havoc on Internet/ wifi. Also wish they had more options for breakfast....I may have overlooked, but do they have a brochure re local restaurants/ activities. We were there for brothers birthday and concert so additional activities were not a requisite. We' d stay there again but further discuss the ” upcharge” for ” stuff” we were either not going to use .

The inn is very clean and has no bad smell at all! The inn is once a farm house, according to the receptionist. We have stayed in the one king bed room on the second floor. Bed is more to the soft side but ok. Didn't give me any back pain. The pillows are soft which I like a lot. Room is very clean that the tissue came out clean when I wipe the floor. Water is hot and no blockage in the bathtub. Air condition is a new model kind which worked well. The breakfast area has 3 tables but normally no many people there. They have frozen muffins (with ham/egg etc), energy bars, yogurts and instant Oatmeals and bottle juices. 24 hours you have hot water and coffee and fruits in the breakfast area. Not fancy but you won't be hungry :) I don't have any complaints. Will recommend my friends to this inn. They charged $50 for deposit on check in day. They said they will refund it. I am waiting for that.

A very well appointed hotel conveniently located in the historic downtown adjacent to RISD and an easy, if uphill walk, to Brown, with a number of decent restaurants nearby. The furnishings, bathroom, and linens were all of high quality. Despite other reviews I found the staff to be rather limited in their engagement versus the friendliness praised elsewhere, but nothing off-putting. The restaurant Bellini tries to punch a bit above its weight though for Providence it’s decent. Overall by far the best hotel in Providence but still a stretch from true five star luxury or a genuine upscale business hotel like Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental.
