JJoJoWe arrived at about 1am, their check-in counter was open 24hr, a malay girl receptionist assisted me with check-in and instructed me how to get to the car park, she was friendly and professional.
The room was tidy and the view was nice. There was a problem with microwave heating, it wasn't hot at all, and the bathroom sink was a little stuck except for these, overall good.
I was lucky enough to upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite, I was impressed with the management of this hotel.
My 1st choice hotel👍👍

UUtente anonimoIo e mio marito ci siamo riposati all'inizio di marzo, un ottimo hotel, tutto di prima qualità, abbiamo alloggiato nella casa 218 sulla riva, dotata di tutto il necessario: TV, aria condizionata, ventilatore, frigorifero, asciugacapelli, pantofole, accappatoi, una bottiglia d'acqua a persona, rifornita al bisogno, set per il tè, bollitore. La camera è perfettamente pulita, i mobili e tutto il resto sono in buone condizioni, l'unica pecca è che non ci sono prese per i nostri elettrodomestici. La colazione è inclusa nel soggiorno, è eccellente, abbiamo mangiato a sufficienza fino a sera. Un gruppo di scimmie selvatiche (banditi 😂) vagano vicino alla casa, rubano tutto ciò che non è sistemato correttamente, quindi non lasciate nulla incustodito, soprattutto il cibo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, vi aiuterà sicuramente con tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno. L'hotel vale sicuramente il prezzo, se ci sarà l'occasione, torneremo sicuramente di nuovo qui.

AAlly YongFrom start to finish, my stay at Resort World Genting- Crockfords was nothing short of outstanding. This is one of those rare hotels where every detail is thoughtfully curated to deliver a world-class experience.
Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in. The lobby itself was stunning — elegant, modern, and inviting. The service throughout my stay was impeccable — the staff were professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of my needs without being intrusive.
My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the in-room amenities top-tier — from the high-end toiletries to the smart lighting and entertainment system. I also had a breathtaking view that made every morning and evening extra special.
Resort World Genting- Crockfords speaks of thoughtful planning and genuine care. The round-the-clock service ensured I was comfortable no matter the time of day. It’s a hotel that not only meets expectations but exceeds them — especially when it comes to looking after guests late into the night.
The only slight issue was the car park validation as we were checking out. The mgt took more than 40 minutes to validate the free parking. As we waited, I thought the staff could offer some drinks but they did not. Overall, still a very good experience staying at Crockfords.

1. ** Check-in: ** Sarebbe utile avere istruzioni di firma o di passo per passo disponibili per i clienti. L'attesa era frustrante, soprattutto perché non tutti i contatori erano aperti nonostante molti fossero disponibili.
2. **Colazione: ** La colazione era situata nel Grand Hotel, e dovevamo camminare a distanza per trovarla senza segnali o direzioni adeguate. Il bar è in una caffetteria, quindi non è chiaro perché la posizione del colazione doveva essere così lontano dall'hotel. Infine, abbiamo rinunciato al colazione entrambi i giorni.
3. **Valore per il denaro:** Assolutamente no. Il prezzo era piuttosto alto per i alloggi molto di base. Mi sembrava di pagare per una stanza di 50 sterline a Londra, che era estremamente di base.
4. **Camera:** La camera era piccola e di base per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato. Ho soggiornato al livello 24 (che aveva un costo aggiuntivo), e mentre avevo una finestra, ha affrontato un'altra stanza. La stanza era etichettata “Non fumatori”, ma sia la stanza che il cappello odorevano di fumo di sigarette.
5. **Copertura di linea:** Wi-Fi era disponibile solo nel lobby e la copertura mobile era molto limitata sul mio pavimento.
6. **Servizi: **Servizi di base: la TV era piccola con canali limitati, le tole erano molto sottili e non c'era ferro disponibile.
In generale, mentre la posizione era buona, l'esperienza non valeva il prezzo.

TTayThe check-in area is very confusing... Why can't they place the lobby on the ground floor of the main building together with the car park? The signage is not very clear, and customers were made to criss-cross among different buildings. The staff is not very well trained.
I have the same negative feedback from other guests when we talk in the hotel area.
Won't be staying there again. Getting to Genting Sky Arena is a big hassle and they charge you for the shuttle bus.

CCheng SiewBeautiful hotel & top notch service and location. However, some cons:
1)Need to climb up 3 flights of stairs (fm outdoor parking) - pretty impossible for handicapped guests
2) I think breakfast need to be upscaled as this is after all a luxury hotel. The food although delicious, is too ordinary & cheap. The buffet spread of just bread/pastries/cereal could be expanded. The fruits at the buffet table were also terrible - only apples & oranges and were of poor quality & grade.

AArman FaizStayed in the duplex room for a family vacation (20–21 June) and it was spacious and comfortable, with a king bed, sofa bed, two bathrooms, and two wardrobes across both levels. Check-in was smooth, and the smart TV in the living room was a nice touch.
The staff were friendly and helpful in explaining the facilities. While the breakfast could use more variety, the overall value is great. Note that there’s only an iron room, not individual irons in each room.
The room’s decor gives a nostalgic vibe, and the location is great—just across from a public park and close to a popular steamboat restaurant. This was my second stay here, and I’d consider coming back again.

EEeneoI travel for business meetings and stay for 3 nights. The hotel location is just opposite the shopping mall name East Coast mall by crossing the road. It is convenient to get food, coffee and dessert over there. And for the basement parking need to find hotel lobby signage for easy access to lobby. Breakfast got variety of food but normal, nothing wow. Check in and check out process kind of slow due lack of staff. Pls look into this matter as we are traveler for business and every minute is matter to us. We are in hurry.
