As everyone has mentioned it’s a love hotel … great price for the size of the room and for all the amenities, stayed because it was close to the art museum, good experience love hotel in Japan

Very good hotel with room that is spacious with balcony. Very beautiful view around the hotel that is near the lake. Good services. Nice onsen place. With good nice restaurants within the hotel. Provide free shuttle bus to the nearest shopping area. The only downside it does not have laundary service. The breakfast has a good spread.

Nice hotel with great views of the Lake. Great service from the reception staff who was very helpful with bringing my luggage up to the room. Aircon in room wasn’t that cool as it could get stuffy with 4 people in the room. Little dated hotel but good for staying a night or 2. Parking was free when signed up with their free membership program.

After a crowded Kyoto, I love the peaceful and tranquil environment of this beautiful onsen hotel-ryokan and charming castle town. Everything about the hotel speaks of relaxation and well-being. It's only a 7-8min walk away from Hikone Train Station but there is a hotel shuttle that leaves at 9, 10 and 11 am if you need a drop off. Pick up could probably be arranged too. The hotel offers a pretty outdoor terrace with Castle view, an on-site spa with massage, a library lounge with free drinks till 10pm, a foot reflex corner and a compact onsen with a silk bath (all with Castle view) and hot stone benches. I had the whole onsen to myself in the evening, so it was very relaxing. The staff are kind and lovely too, making an effort to explain all the services and amenities in English. The buffet breakfast was also one of the better ones I've seen in my trips to Japan. If you're visiting the Castle, the entrance road is right outside the hotel. The main castle road is about 5-10 min away but you will pass by a famous Japanese confectionery, Taneya and Club Harie. Their souvenirs are one that even the Japanese cherish. I would wish to come here again with my partner one day. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

予想以上によかったです。 朝食も予想より多く、味も美味しかったです。 駅から車で4分くらい。車がある人なら便利だと思います。シャワーの水圧が強すぎる点には驚きましたが、弱いより良いです。

信楽観光で利用しました ガレージ型で、お部屋も綺麗でした 何よりサブスクが充実していて楽しめました！ YouTubeプレミアムで広告無し、Amazonプライムで映画まで観れました（ ; ; ）

Amore l'esperienza generale, vista al sole è un bonus, il personale è molto amichevole. Tuttavia, abbiamo prenotato attraverso trip.com, il prezzo mostra online non include il bambino, anche abbiamo selezionato il bambino all'inizio, quindi abbiamo dovuto pagare ulteriori al checkout. A great place to stay near the station with friendly helpful staff and a somewhat pretty nice breakfast, considering it is complimentary. This hotel is close to Hikone Castle and the JR station. The hotel also offers a lot of parking space for free, which being close to the station is amazing! The room was clean and tidy with a typical Japanese style small bath. The only thing that upset us, was the lack of Onigiri which had been in the photos when booking. But. Again, the breakfast is complimentary and seasonal as said in the hotel, so no big issue! Would stay again!

初めて利用させて頂きました。 到着時ラブホテルみたいで予約間違えたのかとおもいましたが中に入って見ると普通にビジネスホテル対応で安心しました。 部屋は広くて静かで綺麗😍 女性には優しいグッズ満足、化粧する時の鏡も女優ミラー🪞と凄いハッキリクッキリびっくりしました。 モーニングも部屋まで届けてくれて美味しいしかったです。

Grazioso hotel in stile resort vicino a Biwako. Ottimo se si viaggia in auto per esplorare la zona, in quanto si trova in una posizione piuttosto centrale, vicino a molti luoghi di interesse. La camera in stile giapponese è spaziosa e avevamo una vista sul lago.
