During my recent stay at Hotel R9 at Yard Tsu, I had a mixed experience, resulting in an overall rating of 3 out of 5. While the hotel was generally acceptable, there were some notable drawbacks. One major issue I encountered was the cleanliness of the rooms. I was disappointed to find a significant number of insects on the walls, which was quite unpleasant and off-putting. As a result, I had to deduct points and give it a rating of 3 out of 5 for cleanliness. Additionally, compared to my previous stay at another Hotel R9 location, the price at Yard Tsu was slightly higher. However, it was still within an acceptable range considering the overall quality of the hotel. Despite the drawbacks, I must mention that the hotel's staff were courteous and attentive, providing decent service throughout my stay. In conclusion, while Hotel R9 at Yard Tsu has some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, its reasonable price and satisfactory service make it an acceptable choice for a short stay. However, I would recommend management to address the cleanliness issue to ensure a more pleasant experience for guests.

Room was spacious enough for 3 adults (the room is meant for 4 adults). Bathroom is surprisingly spacious and the toilet is separated. Water pressure is good too. It's more like a mini studio apartment, there's a mini bar, a kitchen sink and microwave as well. There's a laundry area in the hotel but we didn't check that out. Parking space is available for those that are driving. Location wise, it's quiet and about 10 mins walk from Iseshi station. There's a Lawson convenience store just 2 mins walk away. To take note: 1. The bedsheets had some stain. It's probably washed but the stain was still there. 2. The window behind the bed has no curtain and the sun rises pretty early. So it's super bright, however they do provide eye mask for you. 3. There's no luggage storage or luggage delivery services available. 4. No breakfast option and the town has limited options. All in all, was a good stay. Would recommend.

Come altri hanno detto, l'edificio stesso non è nuovo, ma la stanza della ricetta è molto pulita e molto buona. La stanza è grande e ha una stanza giapponese, quindi è uno spazio tranquillo! Ho ordinato una cena da solo, quindi sono andato a cena, ma penso che sarebbe stato bello andare al ristorante locale di destinazione. Ci sono microonde e acqua in camera, quindi penso sia una buona idea comprare e mangiare in un supermercato. È buono separare il bagno e il bagno. Questo è l'hotel che voglio andare di nuovo. Grazie a tutti.

I have two feelings about this stay. 1. The photo posted by this website was a lie - the room was very different to the reality. For a start there was no in room onsen and that had been a major factor in me making this booking. I was really disappointed on arrival. 2. However it has to be said the staff are fabulous, the food excellent and everything about the place shows a tremendous attention to detail. After a lovely long soak in the Onsen available to guests and a fabulous dinner my mood was quite recovered. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for someone looking for a luxurious retreat and plan to return myself.

L'hotel è in una posizione molto buona, vicino alla fermata degli autobus, e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Sono disponibili autobus gratuito dall'hotel alla stazione Toba alle 9.00 e alle 10 a.m. Il personale si trova a casa e alcuni parlano un po' di inglese. La zona è molto bella e tranquilla, ma molto locale.Se stai pianificando un viaggio qui, assicurati di stoccare snacks dai negozi convenienti perché non ci sono 7-11, Lawson, o qualsiasi Family Mart a piedi. Se vuoi avere colazione e cena in un hotel, informi loro quando prenoti o qualche giorno in anticipo.

Amazing staff - always kind and helpful. Food was wonderful and the best we had in Japan. The menu had around ten courses, each course with multiple small bowls and dips, beautifully arranged and served with love. The fish was very fresh and tasted amazing. We enjoyed using the onsen every day. Always clean, hot and soothing, they also offer a wide range of shampoo, conditioner and conditioner. No need to bring your own. The hotel itself (and the town) is a bit old unfortunately and although it is very clean, beds and rugs are older and might smell a bit. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Per il prezzo, EN Hotel è un soggiorno decente. La stanza è pulita, offrono gratis caffè, tè e prodotti di cura personale al lobby. Posizione saggia, è bello. Ci è un negozio di comodità vicino e l'esterno Ise Jingu è una corta auto. (Il palazzo principale è di circa 20 minuti per auto). La stanza è economicamente grande. I locali pubblici sentono un po' come il tabacco. Il WiFi non è molto buono (non usarlo se si sta cercando di fare qualcosa di importante). Mi dispiace, non c'è nessuna cosa sulla proprietà.

Booked this as a side trip from Osaka to escape the city and have some quiet time. Set in a tiny village in the middle of a mountainous & forested area alongside a beautiful river with tons of waterfalls, very picturesque and perfect for walking around. The hotel itself is immaculate with great amenities including large bathing areas. Food was incredible and service was top-notch with staff that were always friendly, helpful and eager to please. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an authentic Japanese-style onsen hotel in a tranquil setting.

the hotel is very new and clean with big room compared with other japan biz hotel. You can view the sunrise from the room However, there is no dining and onsen facilities. For dining, you can drive 10 min to Kumano which has a good variety of restaurants. Overall the hotel is great and the staff is very helpful
