The hotel is in need of a makeover, some of the fittings a little outdated. The pool is little more than a plunge pool though the setting is superb. The breakfast is average, so much so that whilst my wife went for breakfast most days I stayed in the room and just had yoghurts. The minibar doesn’t work and nothing is cold in it. There’s no room service menu though they allow outside deliveries for guests. That’s all the bad points. Now for the good points. The rooftop bar is relaxed and atmospheric, the sunsets there are sensational and the cocktails are superb. The service from the staff was incredible. Always helpful and informative and willing to go the extra mile to make you welcome and that makes up for the shortcomings of the actual building itself. Also the location close to Perrybere beach and a short taxi ride to Grand Baie is pretty good too, though it’s a long taxi ride from the airport.

Questo alloggio è molto conveniente, di base ma molto buona posizione, parcheggio è molto conveniente. Se hai bisogno di nuovi asciugamani, devi farli sapere. Cucina saggia, di base, ma fa il lavoro. Camera molto grande, con balcone. Personale molto amichevole. A causa di altri commenti, ho portato qualcosa da casa.L'appartamento era pulito. Se stai cercando qualcosa di conveniente, questa è una opzione

Albergo simile ai lussuosi di Dubai o Singapore ottima location ottima struttura ben supportata dal personale ancora un pochino da rodare Abbiamo cenato in terrazza all’ultimo piano in mezzo a palme vere piscina a sfioro e relax assoluto Il giorno successivo siamo stati nel loro ristorante Japanese e devo dire stupendo meraviglioso e cucina magistrale Grazie a monsier Ashock che si è prestato essendosi ricordato che ero cliente del Royal Palm dove lui ha lavorato Bravi !!!!!!

Throughout our stay, every member of their staff went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcomed and cared for. More so I want to extend a special thanks to Yash and Matt for arranging special activities, recommending exquisite dining options and simply attending to our needs with a smile, you both consistently demonstrated a level of professionalism and attentiveness that left a lasting impression on us. We definitely recommend guests to book at their place and we look forward to returning to your beautiful resort in the future and creating more cherished memories.

Hotel complesso tipicamente Mauritius molto ben organizzato e affascinante che offre molte attività e ben situato per radiare nel nord di Mauritius. Tutto è disponibile per assicurare che il soggiorno si svolga perfettamente (assistenza, attività, visite, taxi, ecc.) Diversi ristoranti offerti sul posto (ristorante buffet e ristoranti che mettono in evidenza la gastronomia locale) compreso nel prezzo in mezza pensione e all in. Il buffet è molto vario e raffigura anche la cucina locale. Il personale è ascoltato e molto utile. Per informazioni, prega di prenotare i ristoranti per poter gustare le varie cucine locali (india, mauriziana e cinese).

On arrival at the Grande Baie and throughout our stay the staff, hotel, food & spa have been superb. Elodie from the bar, Ajay Coco Yovin is a credit to the hotel. People from the reception were so kind and helpful, outgoings people. Camille, Christabelle and Melissa. 5* experience for our honeymoon. We will come again.

Albergo molto accogliente e raffinato, scelto per un soggiorno con la famiglia con la formula ”all inclusive”. Stanza Junior Suite enorme, con doccia, vasca e frigobar molto fornito. Oltre alla spiaggia di fronte all'albergo con una bella piscina, c'è una zona dedicata alla sola clientela adulta, con altra spiaggia separata ed altra piscina. Diversi ristoranti tra i quali scegliere, tutti ottimi. Personale in divisa talmente cortese e servizievole da metterti quasi in imbarazzo. Centro attività aquatiche molto fornito e personale super disponibile. Ogni sera un diverso intrattenimento. Insomma, una gran bella esperienza, certamente da ripetere se e quando possibile.

First of all, a huge thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so special! A special shout-out to Leckraj, who went above and beyond to make this weekend perfect—thank you for the beautiful room decorations, the birthday cake, and all the little thoughtful touches! A big thank you to Nishta, who was always there whenever we needed assistance, and to Patrick, who made sure we never missed anything at the dining table. Also, a special mention to the barman, such a friendly and welcoming person! A heartfelt thank you to Anaselle and Geeta for the amazing couple’s massage—it was incredibly relaxing and truly enhanced our experience. The food was simply excellent, and our room was outstanding—spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The hotel itself is immaculate, peaceful, and truly relaxing. We initially planned to stay for just one night… but we loved it so much that we ended up booking an extra night! Highly recommended—can’t wait to come back!
