Excellent location! Super clean. Bed was too soft and small. (Used to a superking) felt like I was going to roll off as too soft. Nice touch to see a welcome note on TV on arrival.

酒店環境非常好，雖然離牛津的市中心還有約15分鐘車程，但是對於自駕有車的遊客來説也很方便。
大片的草坪，緊挨着湯姆河。早上起來跑步或者散步都很棒。
設施也算新，在英國鄉村酒店來説，我認為已經是很好的了。1樓的每個房間還帶一個户外的小桌子。
酒店自帶的餐廳味道也不錯，主食25磅一份，量很大，就是鹹了點。
唯一不足的是，我預訂了特大床房，但是前台給了我一個普通的標準大床房。還好能加床（15磅），不然肯定要跟他們搞一搞。
攜程也不厚道，收了特大床的高級房費（要貴近1000）沒辦好事情。英文確認函裏面寫：kingbed，對應的床應該是super kingsize。而酒店認為就是kingsize，這在英國是1.5m的，super kingsize才是1.8m的。

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Randolph Hotel by Graduate Hotels in Oxford, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, the grandeur and elegance of the hotel were immediately apparent. The staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home.
The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed, blending classic charm with modern amenities seamlessly. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Each morning, the breakfast served was nothing short of delightful, offering a wide selection of fresh and delicious options to start the day right.
What truly sets The Randolph apart is its unbeatable location. Situated in the heart of Oxford, it's a stone's throw away from the city's historic colleges, cozy cafes, and vibrant shopping areas. After a day of exploring, the hotel's spa was the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate.
I cannot recommend The Randolph Hotel enough to anyone visiting Oxford. Whether for its impeccable service, luxurious comfort, or prime location, this hotel is a gem that truly embodies the spirit of this historic city.

這次來英國12天，第一次寫評論，因為想告訴大家不要踩坑。一、酒店是新開的，位置非常便利，三一學院旁邊，商業街旁邊，吃玩都方便。
二、在這個位置酒店房間算大的，因為新開業所有設施都是新的，比較齊全。樓道有點像迷宮，到房間開了四道門。
三，吐槽一下，停車不方便，要去附近商場停車場，導航基本到不了樓下，需要自己慢慢找。
四、2024年8月1日入住，酒店新裝修，味道非常大，非常嗆人，房間窗户打不開，味道放不出去，感覺當了一夜人體過濾機。味 道 大，大到睜不開眼睛🥵
五，酒店衞生間的馬桶按鈕一定注意，按下去手很容易夾住，我就被夾住了，由於語言問題，我沒有和酒店交涉，如果在國內應該是免費住了。

It was nice stay. The location was not that great. Breakfast was not buffet but with nice view though the weather was bad that time. The kettle has leftover water and has a lot of scales. The changing room and the showers in the pool was freezing.
