UUtente ospiteIl nostro gruppo ha un fantastico soggiorno e ha goduto delle strutture, dell'atmosfera e dell'ospitalità durante il viaggio.
L'unico problema è stato il servizio di bug, dove i tempi di attesa potrebbero essere molto lunghi, soprattutto durante le ore di lavoro. Un sistema di spedizione di bug più efficiente o bugs aggiuntivi renderebbe l'esperienza degli ospiti ancora migliore.
Grazie alla squadra per un soggiorno memorabile. Abbiamo voglia di visitare di nuovo.

RRachel Liew823La posizione è discreta, non troppo lontana dai centri commerciali. Ci sono 2 ascensori, di cui uno fuori servizio, e quello funzionante ha un sensore della porta difettoso. La camera è piuttosto spaziosa ma non molto ben tenuta. La temperatura della doccia varia continuamente, e chi si siede sul water rischia di essere colpito dalla porta dall'esterno perché non ha un fermaporta. Il telecomando della camera è a malapena visibile. La porta della camera non si chiude bene e bisogna spingerla o tirarla con più forza. La camera ha anche un isolamento acustico piuttosto scarso.
Il personale è disponibile e cordiale.

We decided to go on a weekday, and honestly that was the best decision because the whole place felt so peaceful, calm, and private. The atmosphere was very relaxing with beautiful views and a quiet environment perfect for escaping from busy routines and spending quality time together.
From the moment we arrived, the service was really good. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well prepared for guests.
What we loved most was the overall vibe of the resort. It’s not just about the stay, but the feeling you get there slow mornings, relaxing walks, enjoying the lagoon view, and having peaceful moments together without rushing anything. It truly felt like a short healing trip for both of us ✨
Definitely recommended for couples who want a romantic, relaxing, and peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again someday 🤍

UUtente anonimoHo letto alcune recensioni negative su Google o Trip.com, ma ho comunque deciso di scegliere questo resort per la posizione. Inoltre, dopo aver parlato con l'autista, ho scoperto che la vista sulla spiaggia di questo resort è in realtà la migliore di Bintan. Mangiare all'interno del resort è piuttosto costoso, soprattutto la cucina indiana la sera. Sono andato al ristorante cinese, ma non abbiamo ordinato pesce. Il cameriere è molto disponibile, gentile ed educato. Abbiamo ordinato per una persona di media statura, ma ci ha sconsigliato di scegliere quella perché la porzione era davvero abbondante.

UUtente ospiteIo e il mio amico abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa struttura. L'atmosfera era tranquilla e la nostra camera era pulita e spaziosa. Il servizio è stato fantastico, con personale cordiale e attento! L'hotel si trova a circa 1 ora e 20 minuti dal terminal dei traghetti di Bintan, il che lo rende un po' isolato dalle zone più affollate. Se preferite un'atmosfera vivace, la vita da spiaggia e un lungomare pulito, questo hotel potrebbe non essere la scelta migliore. Tuttavia, se cercate tranquillità e un posto dove rilassarvi e chiacchierare con un buon amico, questo è il posto perfetto!
Un inconveniente che abbiamo riscontrato è stata la presenza di insetti volanti. Durante i pasti, soprattutto la sera, mosche e zanzare ci svolazzavano intorno. Inoltre, c'erano gatti randagi nelle vicinanze, il che potrebbe essere un problema se non amate i gatti.
Detto questo, ci siamo davvero goduti il nostro soggiorno!

DDr. ErikI loved Batam View so much! I'll be honest, I wanted to stay at Turi Resort, where I normally stay, but they were fully booked. So I tried Batam View, and I was flabbergasted. I had a room in the main building with sea view, and it was stunning. The rooms have been renovated and are clean, modern, comfortable. The hotel's beach and pool are both amazing, and I was so happy to find a really deep pool (rare in Asia), plus a very clean beach. I had an unforgettable dinner at the beach, too. The staff are universally lovely, attentive and professional! I saw the villas and definitely want to stay there next time! I spent a lovely 6 nights there and cannot wait to return!

UUtente ospiteThe hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish.
Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner.
However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top.
In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

UUtente anonimoStayed at Holiday Inn Resort Bintan with my toddler and had a mix of positive and negative experiences.
We booked a pool access room, which was extremely convenient with a young child. Service throughout our stay was excellent, and the team was always helpful. They also assisted with printing our ferry boarding passes and arranged the complimentary shuttle to the ferry terminal.
The food at Warung Pak Lagoi was decent, and the service there was especially attentive. The restaurant also offers free koi fish feeding, which my toddler enjoyed. On our last day, the fish food had run out, but a lovely staff member went the extra mile to get us a small packet so my child could still participate.
The shuttle to Plaza Lagoi runs hourly, but if you miss it, you'll have to wait for the next one, so plan accordingly.
Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The Kids Club was quite disappointing compared to the photos online, with very limited activities, missing items and play options available. There was also power trip on our first night. As our toddler was already asleep, changing rooms wasn't a practical option for us.
More concerning was that the entire resort experienced two power outages on our second night. We happened to be outdoors during one of them, and the blackout was completely pitch dark. It was quite frightening as we weren't holding our toddler's hand at that exact moment and couldn't see anything around us.
Overall, the staff and service were the highlights of our stay, but the repeated power outages and underwhelming Kids Club made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

AAshan-CathyLa camera era abbastanza spaziosa, anche se le strutture erano un po' datate. L'hotel si affaccia sul mare e l'ambiente è molto naturale. Anche la colazione era buona e quando siamo arrivati l'hotel era al completo. Il ristorante era buono, abbiamo ordinato cibo occidentale e birra indonesiana. A Bintan, bisogna spostarsi in auto per ogni attrazione, quindi è meglio prenotare un mezzo in anticipo. L'igiene dei ristoranti esterni è discutibile, raccomando il ristorante di pesce Kelong, che è molto vicino al Lago Blu. Molti altri ristoranti esterni hanno mosche, quindi suggerirei di mangiare in hotel 😅, anche se è più costoso. Le mangrovie/il Lago Blu/lo snorkeling sono così così, un giorno è sufficiente per visitarli, per il resto del tempo è meglio rilassarsi in hotel.

UUtente anonimoGrande servizio in generale. Da arrivo di ferry all'uscita. Il servizio di fronte e il ristorante erano eccellenti. La stanza era pulita con una bella vista, e la piscina era grande con un sacco di letti di giorno. Ci sono molte attività da scegliere, ma la messa in piscina è stata la nostra attività preferita.
La gestione della piscina, tuttavia, ha bisogno di un miglioramento: i letti usati non sono stati puliti, con asciugamani sporchi lasciati ovunque anche piastre/sfondi sporchi, rendendo difficile indicare chi era disponibile. Non c'era nemmeno un personale che fornisca facilmente le tovaglie, le richieste sono state troppo lunghe; se non ci sono persone, le tovaglie dovrebbero essere semplicemente preparate sui letti di giornata.
