Indonesia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Isole Riau

Questa è la prima volta che mi fermo qui, la posizione perfetta perché per la famiglia può andare al centro commerciale Batam e opp c'è un supermercato di loto.  Pool e ginnastica vicino, conveniente per i genitori per allenarsi mentre i bambini hanno un buon tempo nella piscina. L'altro giorno dopo colazione abbiamo passato tempo giocando a piscina proprio fuori dalla zona del colazione. I bambini l'hanno goduto.  Il personale è utile e gentile.  In generale siamo

Saw some negative review from Google or Trip.com, but I still decided to choose for this resort because of the locations. Also, that after spoke with the driver and I know that the view of the beach of this resort is actually the best one in bintan. It’s quite expensive to eat inside the resort, especially the Indian food at night. I went to the Chinese restaurant, but we didn’t order the seafood. The waiter is very helpful and very nice and polite. We order for the medium person, but he advised us not to choose that because the portion is really big.

The overall guest service is excellent with smile and willing to help upon request. One of the room got stains on bedsheets and office change for us in short time. Breakfast is ok for the price paid, don't expect too high.Swimming pool under maintenance, can't use. Overall satisfactory for a budget stay.

Recentemente sono rimasto all'Hotel Harris Batam e sono stato profondamente impressionato dalla mia esperienza. La posizione dell'hotel è semplicemente eccellente, situato vicino al Batam Center Ferry Terminal, è incredibilmente conveniente per i viaggiatori, soprattutto quelli che arrivano da Singapore. Apprezzo quanto sia stato facile controllare e capire direttamente nella mia stanza senza alcun problema. Uno dei punti di vista della mia stanza era l'eccellente vista sul mare dalla mia stanza. Svegliarsi fino alla vista dell'acqua era rinfrescante e fissare un bel tono per ogni giorno. Inoltre, essere direttamente al contrario della Mega Mall era un buon bonus. Con una folla di opzioni di cena e shopping a pochi passi da qui, ho avuto molte cose da esplorare, dalle cibo locali alle catene alimentari internazionali. La colazione internazionale diffusa all'hotel è stata impressionante, con una vasta gamma di piatti, tra cui delle deliziose opzioni locali indonesiane e delle famose scelte occidentali. Che fosse il naso che irrigava la bocca o la varietà di frutti freschi disponibili, mi piaceva iniziare il mio giorno con un pasto così caldo. Desidero anche ringraziare il personale dell'hotel per la sua amicizia e attenzione. Ho chiesto una stanza tranquilla, non fumatori al check-in, e si sono allontanati dal modo in cui mi hanno soddisfatto le esigenze, assicurandomi che il mio soggiorno fosse il più confortevole possibile. Il loro servizio caldo ha certamente migliorato l'esperienza. Mentre la mia camera era un po’ date, era in generale pulita e il comodo letto fatto per notti tranquilli. L’età leggera dei mobili non si detrae dalla mia soddisfazione generale per il soggiorno. In sintesi, l'Hotel Harris Batam trova un equilibrio perfetto tra comodità, comfort e ospitezza.La posizione strategica, le viste sceniche, un ottimo colazione e un personale responsabile fanno una scelta solida per chiunque visita Batam. Non esitarei a raccomandarlo e a guardare con ansia di ritornare in futuro!

Il soggiorno all'I Hotel Baloi Batam è stata una piacevole e confortevole esperienza. Il processo di check-in è stato tranquillo, e il personale è stato amichevole e utile per tutta la mia permanenza. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e ben attrezzata, rendendo facile rilassarsi dopo un giorno di uscita. La posizione centrale dell'hotel, vicino ai negozi e ai piatti, è molto conveniente.Con buone strutture e un'atmosfera accogliente, l'Hotel Baloi Batam è una scelta ideale per i viaggiatori di attività e di svago.

I would like to personally thanked to the amazing team of swiss bell-in baloi batam, for their top notch services during my stay from 24th - 27th Dec. The room is spacious, with a lot of plug point. We booked 2 superior double plus room. Everything is brand new, got a lot of space for us to put our luggage. Breakfast spread is usual but their services is what i love the most, despite the rush hours they manage it so well. They are very attentive on food replenishment. As for the room service, they are quick with the request as there's no iron in the room. But they are happy to send in iron+iron board to our room. Location wise is just 10-15 minutes rides from batam harbour bay. 5 minutes walk to grand batam mall. And just a normal 10 minutes grab ride to nagoya or BSC mall. Totally recommend for the 1st time traveler to batam. Definitely looking forward to come back here again ＜3

La posizione dell'hotel era comoda per raggiungere i luoghi che volevamo visitare, come centri massaggi, negozi, ecc. Abbiamo alloggiato all'ottavo piano dell'ala più nuova: la camera era grande e pulita. L'aria condizionata era abbastanza fredda per i nostri gusti. Il letto era comodo. Il personale era cordiale e disponibile. La colazione era buona per il prezzo della camera che stavamo pagando. La connessione Wi-Fi era pessima: continuava a cadere quasi subito dopo la connessione o non si connetteva affatto; abbiamo finito per usare il nostro piano dati. L'ascensore dell'hotel impiega un po' di tempo: a volte abbiamo aspettato a lungo perché si muoveva molto lentamente. Nel complesso, prenoterò sicuramente questo hotel se tornerò a Batam.

Excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Bintan. Free shuttle from the ferry terminal and check in was smooth and fuss free. Late checkout provided to match departure ferry timing. Resort still looks relatively new. The mangrove house for kids was a plus point in the hotel. Room was spacious and clean - would be great if there were in room slippers for toddlers too. Buffet Breakfast had a delectable spread and there was ample sitting. Fish feeding pond was a nice touch to keep the kids occupied. Free hourly shuttle to Plaza Lagoi was welcomed - would be even better if it runs more frequently. Short stroll to the private beach that is shared with Hotel Indigo. Swimming pools were spacious but could get crowded during peak periods. Room service were very generous in terms of portion size and worth the wait. Overall an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Resort for a family weekend getaway.

Clean and spacious room, looks like partially renovated. Food was delicious. Near to De Sands (Santorini of Batam) and pink sands at Blue Fire Beach Club. About 20-min drive from the city. A little hassle on the 'paper work' - filling in the breakfast menu form to select dining options the night before, and signing off acknowledgement form for the massage service. Take note if thinking to enjoy spa service in the hotel. The massage service starts from 10am to 7pm. Not so ideal to have it before checking out by 12pm, can be quite rush especially if wish to bathe in the room (instead of at the spa villa). Check-out time quite stringent, limited extension time given. Also can't have our massage after dinner for relaxation before sleep since the service ends at 7pm. No massage places nearby. Would have to book a cab to the city area.
