Generally the experience was still not bad. The front desk staff was trying her best to be as much help possible during the stay.
I had wifi issue they even end up decided to give me an individual dialed-up router. What a wonderful service. 10/10 for that
But however there are a lot of things seems unorganize... few of the tea break staff and lunch time staff seems clueless on what to do...
No one is willing to serve and they had no idea what to do when a guest wanted to order something. Its just a complimentary tea - breakkkkk....
Room wise and facility it was quite ok. Room is decent clean... gym room is well equipped too.
They are now still going through renovation, hopefully it only gets better from here.
Breakfast choices was decent and with good quality of dosa. Would give the Chef 9/10 rating.
Overall still a rather pleasant stay. will consider coming again when i am around

Ha avuto un piacevole soggiorno. L'esperienza generale è stata buona, con comodi alloggi e un servizio eccellente. Il cibo è stato delizioso e ben preparato, aggiungendo all'esperienza positiva. Tuttavia, l'inserimento di piatti internazionali nel menu migliorerebbe le opzioni di mangiare per gli ospiti che cercano una diversa esperienza culinaria. Guardando in attesa di visitare di nuovo, se avrò qualche possibilità in futuro!

La ragione principale e, di conseguenza, la virtù principale di questo hotel era la sua posizione. Non molto a lungo da andare dall'aeroporto, e già in viaggio verso la prossima città dove era necessario guidare (più di 5 ore).
Una strada rumorosa è stata triste sotto la finestra, dove fino a tardi le automobili e le moto erano costantemente chiamate.

Excellent service and very helpful staff couldn't do enough for you at anytime. I stayed 2 nights. You get a phone call to remind you that breakfast will be closing at a certain time. Choice of breakfast. Staff are there if you need help. They bring the beverages & water to the table. On next visit to Jamnagar I would like to come to the Sayaji's. Thank you.

The reception staff were unhelpful - in many respects they did not know the full process - unprofessional and not customer friendly. The managers behind the front desk were equally not responsive nor helpful. The staff do not smile (similar to the airport security staff!!). The hotel is really nice and clean. I would stay again at the hotel because it is a nice hotel, but it would be great hotel if the staff were more guest friendly and approachable.

PPANCHALQuesto affascinante hotel si trova molto vicino all'aeroporto. Il personale è molto caldo e amichevole e prende cura del loro ospite. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose e mi ricordano 5 proprietà stellari dal retro negli anni '90. Un buon posto per ospitare i matrimoni, perché hanno spazio per organizzare tutte le varie funzioni, ecc.
L'unico e più grande inconveniente è la struttura dell'hotel. Raccomando veramente ai proprietari/***abitazione di ospitare un altro ascensore e lobby di scala, poiché il design dell'hotel è tale che le camere sono molto lontane dal lobby principale di ascensore e diventa un problema per viaggiare da un'altra estremità all'altra.

The Courtyard by Marriott is truly a class apart. From the moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted with a sense of luxury and sophistication. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.
The service at the hotel is exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is also a highlight. It offers a wide variety of dishes, including both Western and local options. I would have liked to see a few more local specialties, but overall I was very satisfied with the spread.
Overall, I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott. It's a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

UUtente ospiteAmazing, amazing stay — and the food was simply outstanding. You’ve built something truly special here.
But there are two serious issues that need immediate attention:
1. Overdone greetings: Every staff member saying “Namaste” each time they see a guest is too much. It feels forced and intrusive, especially for business travelers who value space and focus. The first welcome is great — after that, hospitality should be felt through efficiency, not repetition.
2. Unsafe heavy gates: From the restaurant to my room, I had to push through three extremely heavy gates. This is a serious safety hazard just waiting for an accident. Try bringing an elderly guest and let them attempt it — even one of those gates is difficult to manage. It’s a clear design flaw that needs fixing before someone gets hurt.
You have a fantastic property and incredible food, but these two issues take away from what could easily be a five-star experience. Please address them seriously — the difference will be huge.

UUtente anonimoThis is a relatively new, beautiful resort style hotel with ensuite rooms at a very attractive price. The rooms are very big and tastefully furnished. Housekeeping is very good and maintains high standards. The staff at the reception are very courteous and respond quickly to requests. The restaurant on the property serves fully vegetarian cuisines of all types. We stayed here for 3 nights and had buffet breakfast on all three days and 1 ala carte lunch & 1 buffet dinner. Buffet spread is extensive and taste is authentic. The staff at the restaurant are very attentive and served us with care and love. Overall we had a very good experience at this hotel. The only downside is the location. Its about 6 km from dwarka temple and autos/ taxies are not easy to get. The hotel staff helped us to book private taxis do we managed.
