Indonesia: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Sumatra Occidentale

The location is about 40mins from the airport. Service was prompt and friendly. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was way better than expected with a wide spread and excellent local cuisine. Food quality was much better than most other hotel breakfasts I’ve tried.

It is the best hotel nearest to every POI in bukittinggi. The hotel's Saka Cafe level 4 provides great ambience and view overlooking scenic town view and panoramic view of the mountain and valley. The superior family room we were staying in is spacious and comfortable most suitable for 3 people. The breakfast was decent serving traditional delicacy. Toast and cereal for kids are available. The seating is limited but there was no queue problem. The exception is the only lift operational is slow serving 6 levels. However, we got around this by using stairs which are quite steep and hard on my poor knees. So, if you are visiting together with elderly with walking difficulty perhaps it would be best to stay in the rooms nearest to the ramp nearby the reception.

Location good, bed comfortable. The room is pretty much run down, mold and moisture on the wall in the room, and in the bathroom. AC very loud. The furniture and seats are stained and filthy. Rooms are not soundproof so you hear everything from the corridor including the hotel music running almost 24 hours.

I was very disappointed. I booked a room for my parents and grandchildren. I booked a room which is written 24m2 with balcony. I had stayed there before, that's why I know it's supposed to be spacious room. But they only get small room 17m2 not as mention in the details just because of the name not ”grand deluxe” but I paid more than ”deluxe price”. The same price with the published rate for ”grand deluxe” directly in the hotel. And there is no ”grand deluxe” In the room choices in Trip. They can't ask for extrabed because there's no space. And also when 1 adult with 2 kids having breakfast they still ask for extra fee. I know this rule but i just felt not fair to pay after overpriced for the disappointing room

Big hotel. Wifi unstable. Breakfast is good. Location a bit away from the main town.

La struttura è molto attraente, ma non è molto attraente. La stanza che ho soggiornato (#552) condivide lo stesso balcone con la prossima stanza e sorprendentemente la porta balcone non può essere chiusa. Molto musica alta dal bar al tetto è anche molto annoiante. Il colazione non è stato impressionante e il personale non è stato sufficientemente attento a riempire il bicchiere per i succhi di frutta.

Had a pleasant stay at Mercure Padang. The hotel is conveniently located near the town area, making it easy to find food, shops, and nearby attractions. The location is very strategic and accessible. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. All the basic amenities we needed were provided, which made our stay smooth and hassle-free. The facilities were good, and the overall environment felt cozy and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a nice hotel and a great choice when visiting Padang. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Tutto bene tranne per il ricevitore/personale. Non amichevole, devi chiamare molte volte per chiedere ferro. Conseguente di ottenere ma ferro non funziona bene 😅1st giorno check-in, richiedere un letto/tovaglio extra ma niente lasciato al massimo, devi aspettare il giorno successivo. Santika Padang molto meglio di BktTinggi.

What a perfect hotel for my stay in Padang. Super comfortable room, the most caring and wonderful staff, amazing amenities. If I come back to Padang I would only stay here!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 1 notte a Balcone Hotel & Suites. La posizione era bella, aria fresca, brio e la vista sulla montagna era stupenda, mentre ho prenotato la mia camera con vista sulla montagna Merapi & Singalang. La nostra camera era spaziosa e pulita e tranquilla. La colazione può essere migliorata. La vasca della mano ha avuto un po'di problema, perché l'acqua non fluisce molto bene, ma possiamo aprire la trappola per lasciare l'acqua fuori. Risolvere il problema. Fine felice in generale. Molto consigliare questo hotel.
