Indonesia: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Sumatra Occidentale

We like the strategic location. Also, the friendly staffs render their services to the guests. Especially, a surprise cake given to us for our anniversary. We returned to stay as we liked the spread of menu both international and local food availability. The foods were regularly ready to replenish by the staffs.

Bel posto, piccola città, ma può camminare lungo il mare.

This hotel bedroom was nice & clean but the bathroom was a bit tired and grubby. The rest of the hotel was very good in terms of breakfast choice & quality and the staff service was very good.

Hotel confortevole e bello. Il letto è così confortevole e la camera è abbastanza grande per ospitare 2 pax!

My checked in and checked out was handled by Ms Putri and it was smooth. Kudos to the housekeeping staff who made up my room. It was always perfectly refreshed when I am back to the room. Food served during breakfast was delicious and staffs were attentive and giving great service. Overall an enjoyable stay and definite thumbs up.Recommeded place to stay while in Padang.

Everything ok except for the receptionist/staff. Not friendly, need to call many times to request for iron. Managed to get but iron functioning not good😅1st day check-in, request extra bed/towel but nothing left at all, need to wait for the next day. Santika Padang much better as compared to BktTinggi.

Il servizio e le strutture sono buoni, ma forse l'igiene è migliorata perché il tempo che ieri sono rimasto, le cuscinetti sembravano sporche, ma tutto era buono, tra cui la vista sopra la piscina 😊

Hai This Hotel generally found to be satisfactory. Clean and good service. But breakfast is limited its not buffet as mentioned. This hotel is last minute booking as the Hotel we booked earlier found to be Horrible

E' davvero freddo, la cena è deliziosa, le camere sono tempeste, il personale è davvero eccellente, io darò una valutazione di 5 per il personale, Vorrei solo che il parco motore fosse coperto in modo che non fosse più caldo.

È stata una grande esperienza con BASKO. Se non conosci il cibo indonesiano, consiglio fortemente di goreng nasi in ristorante (per il buffet del colazione). E voglio anche portare a casa il succo arancione di questo hotel. Era il miglior succo che abbia mai avuto. Servizio in camera disponibile 24 ore su 24. La stanza è mantenere la loro pulizia, ma uno dei punti disappunto è la fogna, non può drenare bene 😭
