Indonesia: hotel con internet nella provincia di Sumatra Settentrionale

The Hotel is super good .. Everything are amazing.. But we face a scamming that we opened our safe to arrange some documents and cash then the housekeeping team arrived to cleanup … So i let them enter the room for cleaning but I didn’t close the safe since we are in the room in that time. The safe located inside the closet the one you can walk in .. After they finished the cleaning We find 200 USD from our cash in the safe .. The cleaning team put the new laundry bag right on the top of the safe (in that time it was open) and now body noticed us that the safe is open …!!! I submitted a complaint to the front office of the hotel …!!! And i I described the cleaning staff to them exactly, and who was the person who entered the wardrobe containing the safe...!!! They said they would investigate the incident, and after two days they contacted me again saying they had questioned the cleaning staff, who denied taking anything from our safe...!!! And of course, we didn't find anything... which is obvious because no one would confess in this way without being pressured. And here's the question: why didn't the cleaning staff warn us that the safe was open when they went in to put the new laundry bag on top of it?

Good hotel location near to many good food. Rooms are a bit old and sometimes had a musky smell. Very friendly service staff

Il personale è amichevole e utile. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose. Varieta di cibo per colazione. Posizione è molto centrale - Meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal Delipark Mall e Tjong A Fie Mansion. Anche la stazione di autobus è vicino, ma usiamo a prendere la maggior parte del tempo. Pls osserva che i pavimenti in Indonesia non sono generalmente mantenuti - quindi guardate per fori, rocce metalliche, superficie ineguale, ecc. Altamente raccomandato.

Il jacuzzi, la stanza a vapore e la piscina sono un po' ingoiati, ma la palestra è enorme e il bagno è bello. La stanza stessa era davvero comoda e ben mantenuta. Inoltre, l'hotel è solo a 5-minute passeggiata dal DeliPark Mall Medan, che è un enorme centro commerciale. In generale, rimarrei qui se avessi visitato Medan di nuovo in futuro.

Avevo un soggiorno molto piacevole a Aryaduta Medan. L'hotel offre una combinazione perfetta di comfort, comodità e ospitalità calda. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e ben mantenuta, offrendo un luogo rilassante per riposare. Il personale era amichevole, attento e sempre pronto a sorridere.La posizione è eccellente, proprio nel centro della città, rendendo facile l'accesso alle aree commerciali e alle attrazioni locali. La colazione è stata piacevole con una buona varietà di piatti locali e internazionali. In generale, Aryaduta Medan offre un grande valore e un soggiorno confortevole.

I stayed here with my family during our holiday in Medan. Although the hotel is a bit old, it has its own charm. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Traveling with a young child, we especially appreciated the nice swimming pool, which made our stay very enjoyable.

Conveniently located from the train station (though we used Grab). Loved the availability of WatsApp with the hotel, they responded promptly. Despite 1 set of toiletries for 2 guest, seemed a little silly. The housekeeper are always very kind to provide more when requested. Excellent masseuse at the Spa on L2. Breakfast buffet is sumptuous though the 'top up' is slow after 9am. Centre point Centre shopping mall is just right behind the hotel.. with variety of f&b, shops & korean supermarket.

Perfect for families and wonderful getaway. Only minus point is that its located on Samosir island. Nevertheless, everything you want is catered for and wonderful lake view. Staffs are EXCELLENT! They greet you cheerfully and attend to your needs patiently. KUDOS to the team. Chinese New Year 2025 Vibes!

Clean and tidy. Very convenient airport hotel for an early flight or arriving late. A 3 minute walk to the check-in desks. Breakfast was fantastic with a massive selection choice of Asian food. The best we have ever seen and made us wonder why this is only rated a 3 star hotel. Based on the breakfast alone I would give it 5 stars.

Everything is good except two points. Firstly the shower head and water pressure can be improved. The current ones are too old and not convenient to use. Secondly, I was disappointed during check in because I was provided with a smoking room despite my booking was for non-smoking room. I was informed that the hotel is full and there is no other option. Quite surprised because it was a weekday. With no other choice, my family and I entered the room but the smell was unbearable. I called the reception again to complaint. To my ‘pleasant’ surprise, another non-smoking room was provided to me to exchange. I wished this could be offered to me at first attempt then we can reduce the unnecessary unpleasant experience.
