I booked Hotel Aryaduta Medan through Trip.com and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. The booking was easy, the price offered was more competitive compared to other platforms, and the confirmation was instant. During check-in, there were no issues at all. Hotel Aryaduta Medan is conveniently located in the city center, very close to shopping malls and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of both local and international options. The swimming pool and other facilities were also great for families. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience using Trip.com and my stay at Hotel Aryaduta Medan. I would definitely use Trip.com again for future bookings.

Good: Polite staff, clean and spacious rooms Can be improved: Food at breakfast buffet was cold instead of warm or hot, esp the soups (both savory and sweet). No dim sum and soupy noodles (like Soto mee, bakso mee, etc).

We stayed here just for one night before catching the train the next day. The room itself was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable, which was perfect for a short stay. However, all the rooms open directly onto the main lobby, so it gets very noisy early in the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, this can definitely be disturbing. There’s also a very large dehumidifier in the corridor that makes a constant, unpleasant noise.

We stayed at Grand City Hall Medan for a business trip and was impressed by its comfort and efficiency. The location is central, the rooms are clean and quiet, and the staff is professional. Great facilities and fast Wi-Fi made my stay productive and pleasant. Highly recommended for business travelers.

If you're here on a weekend, you can catch the car-free day event at Merdeka Walk, just a 5–10 minutes walk from the hotel. After entering the lobby, you're greeted with a pleasant scent that gives the hotel a luxurious vibe. La colazione è molto buona, con la cucina indonesiana, l'unico svantaggio è che non c'è TV intelligente. Quindi se stai pianificando un soggiorno e preferisci solo stare all'hotel, potrebbe non essere ideale, perché non c'è molto da fare; nessun piscina e nessun TV intelligente.

Ho avuto una esperienza amarevole di soggiornare in questo appartamento. Per le cose buone: l'appartamento è strategicamente situato vicino al centro della città, la camera è spaziosa con tutte le attrezzature di base. Tuttavia, ci sono 2 cose sgradevoli. Prima di tutto, non c'è unità non fumatori, eccetto per i tipi di camera di alta definizione. Ho entrato in un'unità con l'odore di fumo residuo, probabilmente da un ospite precedente. La mia camera era di fronte a una giornata stradale, e ogni rumore rumore dalle auto/biciclette modificate penetrava la stanza come se non ci fosse una finestra da iniziare. Non c'era un'orecchia che l'appartamento poteva fornire, anche se non era il primo feedback che hanno ricevuto da ospiti precedenti, e non potevo dormire tutta la notte. Ho prenotato 4 notti e immediatamente lasciato dopo la prima notte. Il servizio era piuttosto decente, ma il servizio clienti cercava di usare un purificatore d’aria per assorbire l’odore del fumo e cercava di trasferirmi in altre stanze senza alcun vantaggio a causa di un simile problema di rumore.

The bathroom did not have any ventilation fan nor a window for fresh air , hence it had mouldy smell. There was only one tiny roll of toilet paper left on the toilet paper holder. NO spare toilet paper roll. We had to call housekeeping to ask for one more roll. There was very little hot water the first night. So we had to take cold showers. the second day, the hot water came back. The view from the hotel was good. The facilities were really poor. It was a shame.

The hotel is at strategic location and the room is very spacious with comfortable bed. Breakfast also served varieties of Indonesian dishes. Our only complaint is we booked non smoking room but we are told it’s full and we have to stay at smoking room with strong tobacco smell. Hotel staff tried to spray room freshener but the strong smell still lingers. Overall the hotel is a good stay if you just want comfortable and safe place to sleep after a long day, but don’t expect luxurious facilities or services.

This was my 6th nights stay with separate subsequent bookings due to unknown situation of our mum's conditions who was in nearby hospital. Everything of this hotel was good and convenient, especially the staffs. Not using the other facilities in the hotel at all apart from sleeping and breakfast.
