Indonesia: hotel con internet nella provincia di Sumatra Settentrionale

"Nessun acqua calda nel bagno, un po 'senza sporco/fratturato nel bagno e non dà il senso di reale lusso, ma per questo prezzo credo che sia ancora molto buono. Hai un ristorante che è aperto 24/7 con server amichevoli. La piscina è condivisa da ospiti dell'hotel con persone che pagano per l'utilizzo della piscina, sembra abbastanza pulito. Il personale ha aiutato a portare il bagaglio nella stanza. La posizione dell'hotel è buona, si sente un po' meno sviluppato intorno all'hotel, ma c'è un bel centro commerciale vicino, forse 5 minuti con la macchina."

"È il nostro terzo soggiorno nel 2026 😀😀. Tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel sono eccellenti. Questa volta abbiamo scelto di rimanere a Rm 1615, purtroppo era troppo caldo il giorno e l'aria condizionata non poteva farlo al livello necessario, quindi abbiamo chiesto di sostituire un altro posto per le prossime 2 notti, poi tutti erano molto buoni come al solito. La colazione era ancora molto buona e con una varietà di scelta. Naturalmente, ho solo mangiato quello che ho scelto. Non prendendo più molte immagini, tutte le immagini erano già nella mia precedente recensione 😀😀"

"Grand City Hall Medan is a genuinely impressive hotel and one of the better luxury stays in Medan. From the moment you arrive, you can immediately tell that this is a true five-star property. The lobby is constantly busy and lively, yet everything feels organised and well controlled. Despite the number of guests coming and going, the hotel maintains a polished and professional atmosphere. The room was excellent and easily one of the highlights of the stay. It was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Having access to the indoor pool added an extra touch of luxury and made the experience feel even more premium. The amenities provided were of good quality and reflected the hotel’s upscale positioning. The facilities are another strong point. The swimming pool is spacious and inviting, while the gym is large, well-equipped, and has everything needed for a proper workout. The hotel’s location is also fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and places of interest within walking distance, making it convenient for both leisure and business travellers. Breakfast offers a very large selection of dishes, with plenty of local and international options available. While the variety is impressive, the taste of most items was simply decent rather than exceptional. There is certainly something for everyone, but the food itself doesn’t quite reach the same high standard as the rest of the hotel experience. Unfortunately, we experienced an accident during breakfast service. To the hotel’s credit, the staff handled the immediate situation quite well. We were promptly moved to another table and complimentary coffees were provided, which was appreciated. However, it felt like the incident should have been escalated further to management, where a more meaningful service recovery could have been considered. That said, the incident did not significantly affect our overall impression of the hotel. The quality of the rooms, facilities, and overall experience still stood out. Grand City Hall Medan delivers the comfort, amenities, and level of service expected from a five-star property, and it remains a hotel that I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Medan."

"Essendo rimasto piuttosto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno del giorno precedente, ho prolungato la permanenza di un altro giorno. Con mia sorpresa, ho scoperto che la colazione cambiava ogni giorno. A differenza degli hotel in Cina, gli hotel indonesiani non incoraggiano mai gli ospiti a scrivere recensioni."

"Buon hotel familiare ma è sopra un complesso non il vostro normale hotel di pavimento. La varietà alimentare è buona. Posizione conveniente e circa 30 minuti dall'aeroporto senza traffico. Quindi pianifica il viaggio se si prenota e si ferma qui"

"I love the service!! They are really fast response! And the view also amazing!! But that would be awesome if some wild animals placed nearby where visitors or those who stay there can easily see them. And too bad some sections are still ongoing so we can't access them :(( Can't wait to explore Chinese garden too. Overall the place is totally perfect! 🔥🔥🔥"

"Abbiamo soggiornato qui solo perché prendevamo un volo al mattino presto infatti l’hotel si trova all’interno dell’aeroporto. Hotel normalissimo non troppo pulito ma dispone di tutto anche colazione a buffet."

"Ideal placement for the airport, but other than that I probably wouldn’t recommend due to multiple issues. WiFi didn’t work at all (in my room anyways, 602), Aircondition took forever to properly cool the room, no hand soap in the bathroom, pillows were very uncomfortable (might just be me, but they were definitely a lot tougher than average), the restaurant didn’t have 80% of the menu so I had to go out to eat dinner, airport shuttle only drives a few fixed times a day so I couldn’t make use of that either, most water dispensers were empty, the TV was a piece of furniture rather than an actually functioning TV and in general the sorroundings were scruffy. The service team were very nice and helpful, but when basic things like WiFi and Aircon have issues, you start to notice the small things."

"La camera iniziale era al livello 9, ma dal fine settimana tutti i tipi di camera sono completamente libri. Mi fa sentire l'odore di fumare residui, chiedendo un fresco d'aria. La mattina dopo chiedete di cambiare la stanza e ottenere il livello 7 che è decente, ma entrambe le stanze non includono con una TV intelligente per me per una conferenza per incontri di business. Comunque il mio consiglio è prenotazione dovrebbe aggiungere una nota per la richiesta di non fumare"

"We love our stay here. The room was spacious, clean and spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained. Shower gel and lotion with lightly lavender scented were our favorites. Breakfast was very delicious with western, asian, and local cuisine. We also love the service that all the staff provided. Especially the receptionist that helped us had a smooth check in. Overall we have a great stay here and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Medan."
