Indonesia: hotel con internet nella provincia di Sumatra Settentrionale

"È il nostro terzo soggiorno nel 2026 😀😀. Tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel sono eccellenti. Questa volta abbiamo scelto di rimanere a Rm 1615, purtroppo era troppo caldo il giorno e l'aria condizionata non poteva farlo al livello necessario, quindi abbiamo chiesto di sostituire un altro posto per le prossime 2 notti, poi tutti erano molto buoni come al solito. La colazione era ancora molto buona e con una varietà di scelta. Naturalmente, ho solo mangiato quello che ho scelto. Non prendendo più molte immagini, tutte le immagini erano già nella mia precedente recensione 😀😀"

"Ideal placement for the airport, but other than that I probably wouldn’t recommend due to multiple issues. WiFi didn’t work at all (in my room anyways, 602), Aircondition took forever to properly cool the room, no hand soap in the bathroom, pillows were very uncomfortable (might just be me, but they were definitely a lot tougher than average), the restaurant didn’t have 80% of the menu so I had to go out to eat dinner, airport shuttle only drives a few fixed times a day so I couldn’t make use of that either, most water dispensers were empty, the TV was a piece of furniture rather than an actually functioning TV and in general the sorroundings were scruffy. The service team were very nice and helpful, but when basic things like WiFi and Aircon have issues, you start to notice the small things."

"Grand City Hall Medan is a genuinely impressive hotel and one of the better luxury stays in Medan. From the moment you arrive, you can immediately tell that this is a true five-star property. The lobby is constantly busy and lively, yet everything feels organised and well controlled. Despite the number of guests coming and going, the hotel maintains a polished and professional atmosphere. The room was excellent and easily one of the highlights of the stay. It was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Having access to the indoor pool added an extra touch of luxury and made the experience feel even more premium. The amenities provided were of good quality and reflected the hotel’s upscale positioning. The facilities are another strong point. The swimming pool is spacious and inviting, while the gym is large, well-equipped, and has everything needed for a proper workout. The hotel’s location is also fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and places of interest within walking distance, making it convenient for both leisure and business travellers. Breakfast offers a very large selection of dishes, with plenty of local and international options available. While the variety is impressive, the taste of most items was simply decent rather than exceptional. There is certainly something for everyone, but the food itself doesn’t quite reach the same high standard as the rest of the hotel experience. Unfortunately, we experienced an accident during breakfast service. To the hotel’s credit, the staff handled the immediate situation quite well. We were promptly moved to another table and complimentary coffees were provided, which was appreciated. However, it felt like the incident should have been escalated further to management, where a more meaningful service recovery could have been considered. That said, the incident did not significantly affect our overall impression of the hotel. The quality of the rooms, facilities, and overall experience still stood out. Grand City Hall Medan delivers the comfort, amenities, and level of service expected from a five-star property, and it remains a hotel that I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Medan."

"Il tempo dell'isola era un raffreddore di 20 gradi, ma l'acqua nella piscina è calda, quindi potresti goderti anche la sera. Oh, non menzionare la vista. Le attrezzature all'aperto come biciclette, scooter e auto elettriche sono molto ben mantenute, quindi potete noleggiarle con la pace."

"Non giudicare l'hotel sulla base di come sembra dall'esterno, perché potrebbe sembrare un edificio corsa in basso! La stanza è buona, si ottiene quello che paga.Colazione è buona, colazione locale indonesiana. La parte migliore di questo hotel è il personale. Non possono essere un hotel 5 stelle (penso) ma l'ospitalità è 5 stelle! (Dal personale nella zona d'ingresso, al conteggio di ricezione, ristoranti al personale di pulizia!) Kudos all'intera squadra! La posizione fuori dall'hotel potrebbe essere un po' incredibile dopo le 10:00 per andare in giro perché è buio. Ma non preoccupatevi c'è sempre almeno 2 persone alla porta e se si sta prendendo servizio di e-hailing sarà bene, non andare solo fuori."

"La sua posizione è bella, la camera di conforto, abbiamo prenotato una camera di connessione e è una grande stanza! L'unica suggerimento per l'hotel, di fornire un asciugamano da piscina e una camera di cambio, perché se due viaggiano con i bambini, cercano una piscina, e non è bello usare il asciugamano da camera. Spero che si occuperanno di questo. Il colazione è buono, e delizioso, anche la velocità di riempimento molto lenta. In generale, molto buona esperienza e raccomandato per un viaggiatore che sta cercando di confortare il soggiorno. Inoltre, per i viaggiatori che cercano una luce luminosa nella stanza non è raccomandato, perché forniscono solo una luce limitata nella stanza, più piuttosto n un po 'oscura nella stanza anche lo spazio di parcheggio è limitato."

"Initial room was at level 9 but since its weekend all of the room types are fully book. Smelled of smoking remnants makes me dizzy and ask for air freshner. Next morning ask to change room and got the level 7 which decent, but both room does not include with a smart TV for me to a conference for business meeting. Anyways my advixe is prior booking should have add a notes for non smoking request"

"The front agent is really helping. The room is compact and has everything you need, plus the have free refills for water. The highlight is that they have airport transfer for free, that's really helpful. Would really recommend if you need a place to stay during your trip to or from the airport."
