This is my 4th or 5th stays when coming to Medan. We stayed for 3 or more nights normally on every trip. The services and everythings are perfect and no fault. Breakfast are always meet our expectations. Bed is good and so comfort. I ll come back again in May 2026.

Great atmosphere, clean room, great breakfast and hospitality. Our room was upgraded and we had a great 3d 2n stay. Friendly and very helpful staffs. Shout out to Deya and Ade for being so nice and friendly. Highly recommended to stay here for a good and relaxing time. .

The jacuzzi, steam room and pool are a little worn down but the gym is huge and the spa is nice. The room itself was really comfortable and well-kept. Also, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from DeliPark Mall Medan, which is a huge mall. All in all, I would stay here again if I visit Medan again in the future.

I stayed here with my family during our holiday in Medan. Although the hotel is a bit old, it has its own charm. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Traveling with a young child, we especially appreciated the nice swimming pool, which made our stay very enjoyable.

L'hotel aeroportuale è molto conveniente per un volo precoce o per un arrivo tardivo.A 3 minuti a piedi dai scrivani di check-in. La colazione è stata fantastica con una vasta scelta di cibo asiatico. Il migliore che abbiamo mai visto e ci ha chiesto perché questo è solo un hotel 3 stelle. Basato solo sul colazione, gli darei 5 stelle.

Good: - Firm and big mattress - Friendly staff - No sound of a mosque to keep you awake at night - Very nice shower Could be better: - Sound insulation in general; I would have liked it if during the night the hotel would turn off the music that is played in the hallway all day. I'm a very light sleeper so I require my earbuds every night. It's easy to hear the sounds coming from the neighboring rooms as well.

The booking was easy, the price offered was more competitive compared to other platforms, and the confirmation was instant. During check-in, there were no issues at all. Hotel Aryaduta Medan is conveniently located in the city center, very close to shopping malls and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of both local and international options. The swimming pool and other facilities were also great for families. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience using Trip.com and my stay at Hotel Aryaduta Medan. I would definitely use Trip.com again for future bookings.

The hotel is conveniently located along one of the main roads in Medan city, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. The reception staff were very professional and efficient during check-in and throughout our stay. The concierge service was truly top-notch—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent coffee served in the lobby. They use ”Ophir coffee”, and it was honestly some of the best coffee we have ever tasted. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medan.
