Bello hotel, pulito e personale sono così gentile e gentile, Wifi è molto lento, spesso disconnesso, il frigo non funziona sul portatile, il servizio di desktop non è come previsto, ho chiamato molte volte dalla stanza ma nessuno ha preso la mia chiamata, il colazione è halal e molte opzioni.

E'abitudine a vivere in questo hotel forestale, e gli uccelli sono profumati.

Lovely rooms. But yet again, refused to refund an earlier check out. Lost two nights of stay for two rooms even though we notified the hotel days prior. We didn’t mind paying a penalty fee for making the stay shorter but that was never an option. They rejected our application for a refund. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and my guests love staying there. Hence I still book for their stay there

La ricezione era sorprendente e mi piaceva il cibo. Tuttavia, mi sembra che l'hotel debba investire più nelle loro strutture ricreative, ad esempio l'hotel non ha un spa.La camera stessa era bella e la camera da bagno pulita ma non spaziale come mi aspettavo.La zona da pranzo è molto pulita e mi piaceva.

Le strutture per il fitness dell'hotel non sono buone, la camera è stata appena rinnovata e la colazione è stata cambiata a la carte durante l'epidemia. Il resto è molto buono

Very good hotel, located fairly centrally in lusaka about 20 minutes from the airport. It's safe, the staff are exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was great and the restaurant/bar was also fantastic. There's a pool downstairs in the bar area which is perfect for lounging around and enjoying the Zambian skies. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and very hospitable staff. Literally in the center of most activities.

The hotel is par excellence and its unfortunate didn’t spend much time there to explore other facilities due to a 9 hour delay of the flight. However from arrival into the hotel the reception was amazing as I had all my luggage carried to my room . The room exceeded my expectations, spacious and the antique furniture is good.The bathroom has both the shower and tub and very clean.The dining area is clean and I enjoyed the food.
