Arabia Saudita: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Provincia di al-Sharqiyya

Мы отлично провели время в Даммаме! Но к обслуживанию в отеле у нас есть несколько вопросов: 1. За 4 ночи к нам ни разу не пришли убираться (никто даже не предложил вынести мусор или поделиться туалетной бумагой и т.д.) 2. Все купальные принадлежности почему-то были в одном экземпляре (полотенца, шампунь, мыло и т.д.), несмотря на то, что нас заселялось двое. Не думаю, что хорошая идея — заставлять гостей выпрашивать это у отеля. Учитывая тот факт, что 4 дня не было уборки и возможности обновить полотенца тоже не было — это стало проблемой для нас. Но нам очень понравилось, что номер был чистым. Также у отеля хорошие завтраки (с возможностью заказать свежий горячий омлет).

For a first-time visitor to Dammam, Saudi Arabia and for the amount that I have paid for, staying at Boudl Al Shatea was, to me, a great decision. Everything that I needed in a hotel for a relatively short 3-night stay was present specially in terms of the room amenities and available facilities at the hotel (e.g. swimming pool). I also appreciated the Reception officer offering to guests Saudi coffee and dates while they do their check-in/check-out procedures. This apparently simple but kind gesture gave me a very nice impression about Saudi culture and hospitality. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean and smelling nice, and fully furnished. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of my room and this was true for the rest of the hotel's premises. In terms of location, the hotel is a short taxi/Uber/Careem ride away from the Dammam Main Bus Station (if you are coming from King Fahd International Airport via the Eastern Region Bus). There is also a not-so-vibrant mall next to the hotel (called Al Shatea Mall), which thankfully had a Carrefour Hypermarket giving me easy access to whatever I had in mind to eat (like breads/pastries, fruits and Saudi treats/snacks). Restaurants and fast food chains are also aplenty and are short walking distance away from the hotel. However, if you would need to explore the more known tourist areas/attractions in Dammam, walking is not an option as these are a bit far off and would require booking a taxi/Uber/Careem. But given another opportunity to visit Dammam in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at Boudl Al Shatea again.

Prima di tutto sono così grato a Sheraton per essere inclusivo. Mi hanno accettato e il mio partner. Inoltre, il servizio è sorprendente. Le strutture sono classiche e pulite. La posizione è vicino al centro commerciale Shatea e ai ristoranti. Ho davvero goduto il mio soggiorno. Se vado a Dammam, sicuramente ripresero'.Grazie mille!

Every thing in hotel is great it is very clean and the food is very delicious with good variety The room space is good and they provide stove and microwave which is very helpful for family that stay multiple days The only comment is about the mattress it is very stiff actually not very comfortable and the swimming pool is very small and i think it should be at least covered from sun heat

Non mi importa di pagare per un altro giorno se arrivo presto, ma non capisco perché mi mentivano. Sono arrivato all'hotel alle 3:30 del giorno in cui ho prenotato per l'iscrizione. Mi è stato detto di pagare in pieno e non ho ricevuto un colazione. Il tipo del dipartimento di fronte mi ha detto che dovevo tornare a controllare a mezzogiorno per un'altra stanza, perché non avevano il tipo di stanza da fumare che ho prenotato. Non mi hai permesso di passare diverse ore sul divano nel lobby ”perché siamo cinque stelle hotel! ”(anche se nei prossimi giorni ho visto persone, io e i miei colleghi, che rimaseno sul divano tutto il tempo senza pagare per il caffè o il snack), il dolore che ho avuto è che mi hanno detto di aspettare fino alle 3:00 per cambiare le stanze. Ho chiamato il desk più volte e alla fine ho chiamato la Cina per parlare con Ctrip. Il tizio che mi ha cambiato tutto il giorno per meno di 7 ore di soggiorno ha visto la mia prenotazione Ctrip nel mio cellulare. La signora del front counter mi ha detto che non sapevano che avevo un'altra prenotazione! Non capire quale sistema usavano per gestire l'hotel. Finalmente ho portato il mio bagaglio fuori a pranzo e poi ho avuto l'altra stanza alle 1:30. Per quanto riguarda il hardware, vorrei lamentarmi del banco davanti al letto, che era duro e pesante che ti avrebbe rotto le ginocchia se lo colpisci durante la notte se non vai al bagno o torna a dormire. Non capiva perché in una stanza così piccola volessero spruzzare tutto. Il lattice per la salada al colazione aveva sabbia. Forse ero sfortunato? Come ragazzo che rimane in cinque stelle tutto il tempo non sarebbe tornato in questo hotel in futuro.

Raccomando veramente questo hotel. E 'pulito. Il personale è amichevole. Il cibo è molto delizioso, e hai una varietà in esso. L'hotel è vicino a tutto, dove si può raggiungere la corniche semplicemente camminando per 5 minuti.

We are not satisfied just because one reason that, the first moment we arrived, do not give us the exactly correct room .    We booked Executive King Room With Sea view which is RMB1600 per night ,but they show us normal single room which is worth RMB800 per night !    They just do not give me correct room let us live small room, and also never tell us it could be lower price if we agree to live into small room. It is unfair !!     So we do not agree, we wait and wait asking them change us to correct room. We really need Executive King Room With Sea view. Finally they bring us to the correct room and we live that correct room “Executive King Room With Sea view” but it waist us waiting for one whole hour for just this situation.  We think they are not honest, we think surely it is very very simple they check via their computer their system they could very easy know it surely have the empty room “Executive King Room With Sea view”, but they let us wait for one h whole hour before we could enter the correct room.   In fact at that time we are so tired after more than 4 hours driving from Riyadh city to Al Khobar.    I am not satisfied for this matter.

Solo che non è soddisfatto, il cattivo WiFi dell'hotel non è buono come senza Wi-Fi, e il segnale cellulare non è buono.

very nice place，convenient location and reasonable price

New hotel and loved the ambience and everything about it. Ahmed the front desk guy is friendly and easy to talk to. The breakfast was awesome too!
