Indonesia: hotel con internet nella provincia di La Regione Speciale della Capitale di Giacarta

Parcheggio comodo, tranquillo in una zona trafficata, poche camere su ogni piano, molto silenzioso. La camera non è piccola e, nonostante l'arredamento generale sia un po' datato, l'alta qualità del servizio e la pulizia impeccabile della camera compensano ampiamente le carenze. Ascott è sempre affidabile! Non importa dove ti trovi, ti senti come a casa. Devo dire un'altra cosa. Quando vai a Giacarta, sia che tu ti lavi i denti o ti sciacqui la bocca, devi usare acqua in bottiglia. Ha causato diarrea e ferite! Ahahah

Per la famiglia con bambini più anziani e giovani, la posizione non è ideale, ma non è così male se è solo per gli adulti. Anche se è una stanza non fumatori, quando ci siamo reclutati, l'odore del fumo è piuttosto forte. La questione è con gli ospiti prima, non l'hotel. In generale, un buon soggiorno e rimarrà lì.La piscina è fantastica.

Staying in a deluxe room was much much better than an executive suite, hotel fulfilled our request to decorate our room for the anniversary. We started to enjoy our stay after our first day staying in executive suite ended up with disappointment, breakfast area very crowded but it's fine and restaurant staffs doing excellent job. When we check out Joshua very nice and professional, and we would be happy to stay again with Pullman in the future.

I recently booked a stay at Mercure Jakarta Pantai Indah Kapuk for my boss during his business trip to Jakarta. The hotel's location is excellent, offering convenient access to key business areas and local amenities. The customer service was truly impressive—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any needs. Guest services are nice and polite. Gotta give credits to the lady at the front desk, I didn’t get her name. But she has a long hair and wore specs. Always serving the guest with a smile! :) The room were clean and have all the necessary things that is needed. But wish that they have 2 pillows on the bed instead of 1, and the room slippers only 1 in each room but we had 4 people in the room. Another downside is the location, there’s always flood when it’s raining. So a little hard to travel back with grab because they will have to go another way and unable to order food cause no riders would want to take :’) Other than that, everything is good. Would stay there again in the future.

Overall had a very disappointing experience celebrating our anniversary here. We stayed over one night. we had.Had a lovely surprise in the room with anniversary wishes and a lovely cake.The room itself was large and beautiful with wonderful views of the city. The hotel itself is stunning with lovely artwork and decor. Swimming pool was beautiful and loved the jacuzzi. A little cold in the pool most of the time as the buildings cover the sun. Fantastic gym! We went for drinks to their bar at 2pm and they didn't offer us the alcohol menu. When we specifically asked for it and then asked for signature drinks from it, we were told it wasn't available as the mixologist wasn't there and would be in at 4pm. We went again for pre dinner drinks, listened to lovely live music and again the signature drink I wanted wasn't available! Asked for a simple margherita and they charged us a price that was more than their signature drink prices! Many of the drinks like the beers on the menu was not available. Bar food was bland and mediocre. Was disappointing. Went out for an early dinner and came back to the hotel. Both of us felt very hungry at about 11.30pm and ordered the only meat pizza they had on their in room dining 24/7 menu and they tell me 15mins later that the pizza is not available! When we checked out, we weren't even asked how our stay was ..guess they didn't want any feedback or cared enough to know if we enjoyed our stay or not. We have been to Raffles in other countries and by far this was the most disappointing experience. Overall felt more like a business hotel

My family and I had a very wonderful stay. The hotel was able to answer all of my enquiries before my trip. I emailed the hotel regarding my airport pick up and I reveived a reply and transport booked withon the same day. During my stay there, the reception, Ms Erika and other colleagues were very approachable and friendly. My nieces were very happy with them. They were given a soft toy as a welcome gift. The hotel do have indoor and outdoor play area for kids. Suitable for family with kids. We ordered grab/ gojek food there (using the app). The hotel concierge sent out food deliveries up to the room. Overall, service superb! 👍👍 I will definitely stay in Ascott Kuningan again when I visit Jakarta. Thank you 😄

Non c'è frigorifero e asciugacapelli. Anche se è un hotel 4 stelle. Altri sono a posto. Camera spaziale. Più economica essere un membro dell'hotel, perché le camere scontate e i ristoranti cibo non sono cattivi. Il riso fritto è delizioso. Oiya se prendi una macchina, dovresti andare all'hotel prima delle 10:00. Sembra che la strada di accesso all'hotel sia chiusa se è tardi. (Può essere sicuro di nuovo all'hotel)

Had a great stay at Novotel Mangga Dua Square. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent for shopping, with many malls nearby. It’s also convenient, about 30 minutes from the airport. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, a pleasant experience—would definitely stay again!

Check in was good. Room AC were hot. 1 room had noisy AC, although the technician tried to fix it but didn’t make much difference. I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room only had 2 large towels (no hand/face towels) so I asked for extra towels for the kids but housekeeping said there were charges for extra towels. Exchanging wet towels was the other option. It was a huge minus for me. Please note that families with KIDS wash hands dozens of times a day… Breakfast menu was very standard in taste and variety. Slide was scary in my opinion. Either the slide surface or too little water, even small kids had trouble sliding down Thankfully they had face painting and balloon shaping on Sunday. That was the memorable part for the kids
