Il servizio complessivo dell'hotel è molto soddisfacente, la decorazione dell'hotel è molto attenta e l'atteggiamento del personale è molto buono, che ci fa sentire come un ospite.La posizione dell'hotel è grande come il centro della città antica, ovunque è molto conveniente. L'hotel ha organizzato il maestro, abbiamo imballato la macchina, è molto professionale, molto amichevole, molto buona atteggiamento di servizio.

Sono arrivato all'antica città di Pingyao in treno e il personale dell'hotel è venuto a prendermi alla stazione. L'hotel dista circa 20 minuti di auto dalla stazione. L'architettura dell'hotel è tradizionale, con un grazioso edificio a due piani costruito attorno a un cortile. Le camere sono spaziose e includono un soggiorno, che offre ampio spazio per sistemare i bagagli e sorseggiare un tè. Shampoo, balsamo e sapone per il corpo sono forniti per il vostro comfort. La posizione dell'hotel nel centro della città antica rende facile raggiungere a piedi diverse attrazioni turistiche. Se siete stanchi, potete tornare in hotel per riposarvi, poi uscire per un tè, un pasto o un massaggio. È anche comodo per esplorare la città quasi deserta la mattina presto. La colazione qui non è a buffet, ma a menù fisso, ma la varietà è ampia e deliziosa. Personalmente, è stato uno dei pasti migliori che abbia mai fatto durante questo viaggio (Pingyao, Dunhuang e Xi'an).

Sono la recensione italiana che cercavi 🇮🇹 Hotel consigliatissimo! Comodo per raggiungere l'interno delle mura della città di Pingyao. Super caratteristico, un posto fermo nel tempo 💕 pulizia ottima, personale parla inglese, molto gentile e preparato. Materasso durissimo ma per me incredibilmente comodo 😴 occhio alla colazione perché se non mangiate quella cinese, l'occidentale ha un supplemento di costo da pagare in loco (tipo 2€). Comunque hotel incredibile 💕

Che emozione! Appena scesa dal treno ad alta velocità, il proprietario dell'ostello mi stava già aspettando con la sua auto. Poiché le auto non possono entrare nel centro storico, il proprietario ha subito preso uno scooter elettrico e mi ha accompagnato fino all'ostello, il tutto gratuitamente. La proprietaria mi ha aiutato a portare i bagagli al secondo piano, mi sono sentita davvero in imbarazzo, ma è stata una gentilezza incredibile! Adoro lo stile di questa camera. Dopo il check-in, la proprietaria mi ha spiegato dettagliatamente la mappa e i consigli per visitare la città antica di Pingyao, comprese le cose da tenere a mente, in modo molto chiaro. Mi piace molto lo Shanxi, qui ho sentito un'attenzione premurosa in ogni dettaglio. Quando sono partita, il proprietario si è offerto di accompagnarmi di nuovo alla stazione del treno ad alta velocità, ma non volevo disturbarlo e sono andata in taxi in anticipo, avvisandolo poi tramite WeChat. Il proprietario mi ha subito chiesto se ero già salita in auto, e che altrimenti sarebbe venuto lui. Ah, che emozione! Gli ho detto che ero già in auto e che non c'era bisogno che venisse, augurando un grande successo alla sua attività! A tutti coloro che vogliono visitare la città antica di Pingyao, scegliete questo posto, è affidabile e non vi deluderà!

Wow, I loved this homestay! The lively and kind lady who runs Yishui homestay is a good English speaker and very patient, so foreigners as well as Chinese will feel at ease staying here. It is a very hospitable atmosphere! Location is in the pedestrianized part of the old city, very near the Drum Tower. Therefore, there is lots to see/do/eat while walking nearby. But the location is also not far from the driving road, so it was an easy, short walk to meet my driver when going out to the hanging temple, the grottos, and the train station. The facility is an old-style courtyard home, with a beautiful wood-beam ceiling. The interior rooms are completely renovated and modernized, with great water pressure, all necessary toiletries, an excellent quality hair dryer, slippers, and super air-con/heating! (It was -3 one night during my stay, but I was warm and comfy in that room!) Clean towels are brought daily. Breakfast was included in my stay and I was very happy with the food. It is an ample Chinese-style breakfast, and you can inform the cook if there is some food you don't/can't eat. Although the breakfast was plenty of food for me, I saw a guest ask for more baozi, and he was kindly given 2 more. Fresh fruit was also offered for free several times during my stay. Within a 5 minute radius (walking), there are many eating places for lunch, dinner, snacks, and tea/coffee. There are also numerous historical sites (dragon wall, temples, ”mansions”, the Catholic Church, etc.) in easy walking distance. In fact, there was so much to see nearby that I was not able to see everything! The homestay looks very charming, and many, many people were often seen stopping to take photos in front of the homestay, as well as on the back wall of the homestay, which is next to a Chinese Opera stage--it is especially lovely at night! It is a 10-15 minute walk to the ancient city wall, where you can climb up and enjoy the sights, or visit a (Chinese) bookstore within the city wall, under one of the arches. My Beijing friends, who stayed at a nearby hotel, were equally impressed when they came to visit me in Yishui homestay, and they got the WeChat contact so that they can return to stay at Yishui homestay on a return trip--so easy to get there by fast train from Beijing!

We stayed at thos lovely hotel. Lovingly restored by the current owner Mr Wang. He is the 6th generation owner of the property. Until 10 years ago it was a derelict and dilapidated building. He poured money, time, blood, sweat and tears to restore it And it does feel and look like a traditional house. You feel you are going back in time. Firstly the customer service is way beyond the call of duty. Its so good, i would recommend staying with mr Wang at whatever hotel he runs. He picked us at the Lower East Gate, and brought us to the hotel, then took nearly half an hour to explain in great detail where we need to visit, whether the sights be in the city or outside the city. Some of his suggestions, not on the tour books were very good . For example he suggested 3 restaurants, and we avoided them thinking he was getting a kickback.on our 4th and last day we tried restaurant no 2 of his. And it was good , the food and service were good. The prices were average with other restaurants and we got a 10% discount being the hotel's guests. And remember we had eaten 10 meals by the time we came to his suggestions. Another suggestion of Mr Wang was Ma family home - also a very good tip from him. Everytime we had a request or question he always responded with enthusiasm. On our last day we checked out at 4am and he still took us to the pick up point at that ungodly hour. Yep Mr and Mrs Wang's customer service is just first class. The room was large, queen deluxe double, and the furnishings were traditional chinese furniture made of Rosewood. Very Expensive furniture for a hotel room. Shower worked well and was hot. However be aware its chinese style wet floor system ie there is no shower curtain between the shower and a small part of the bathroom does get wet if youare not careful. MR Wang said it will be one his improvement on his priority list. Hopefully by the time you booked the problem will have been resolved The hotel is very close to the main streets. About 5 min walk. The city of pingyao is worth visiting, it is one of the very walled cities left in China, with its old buildings intact and people still living it. All the city walls are also intact. Magnificent at night.

Questa guesthouse è stata quella che ho scelto con cura. Doveva essere pulita, comoda per visitare il centro storico, tranquilla e, soprattutto, conveniente. Onestamente, ho avuto un'esperienza fantastica in questi ultimi tre giorni. La pulizia, che era la mia preoccupazione principale, era impeccabile. Era molto comoda per muoversi; ho camminato ovunque in città per tutti e tre i giorni, ed era molto tranquilla di notte. È paragonabile alle guesthouse dai prezzi esorbitanti durante le vacanze!

La camera è antica e affascinante, parte di un cortile tradizionale a tre ingressi. La posizione è eccellente, molto vicina al vivace centro commerciale. Il servizio è ottimo, con la possibilità di essere accompagnati e prelevati, il che è davvero comodo. Il giorno della partenza per l'alta velocità, alle 6:10 del mattino, la struttura aveva già prenotato un taxi per noi. Inoltre, è possibile fare servizi fotografici direttamente in loco.

Questo alloggio si trova nella zona degli affittacamere vicino alla Porta Nord della città vecchia, che è piuttosto tranquilla rispetto alla zona della Porta Sud. Non ha un parcheggio privato, ma c'è un parcheggio gratuito di fronte ai negozi dall'altra parte della strada. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera 'Muyun' al secondo piano. L'ambiente, le strutture e la pulizia dell'alloggio sono buoni, sembra che sia stato aperto di recente, e la camera aveva un leggero odore di nuovo. La ragazza alla reception con gli occhiali era molto gentile, si è offerta di aiutarci con i bagagli e ci ha dato consigli su dove mangiare e cosa fare nella città vecchia. La colazione era inclusa, ma l'abbiamo mangiata solo una volta, gli altri giorni abbiamo preferito fare colazione in città vecchia perché la colazione dell'alloggio era un po' monotona. L'unica cosa che ci ha lasciato insoddisfatti è stata l'assenza di personale al momento del check-out; ci è stato detto di lasciare semplicemente la chiave e andarcene, senza un saluto e senza il piccolo omaggio di benvenuto menzionato sulla pagina di prenotazione. Spero che l'alloggio migliori sempre di più.

Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e davvero squisito! Abbiamo detto loro che eravamo in luna di miele e abbiamo trovato un biglietto scritto a mano con frutta e snack ad aspettarci sul tavolo. Non erano obbligati, ma l'hanno fatto lo stesso ☺️ Quando siamo partiti, eravamo di fretta per prendere il treno e non abbiamo avuto tempo di fare colazione. La personale, preoccupata che avessimo saltato la colazione, ci ha subito preparato qualcosa da portare via e ci è persino corsa dietro per passarci le posate perché si era dimenticata di metterne in valigia. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel, voto 10/10!
