Cina: hotel con internet nella provincia di Zhejiang

La camera è complessivamente molto pulita e ordinata, soprattutto il bagno, a cui mia moglie tiene di più. Mi piace anche la colazione inclusa, con tre o quattro menù fissi tra cui scegliere. Ho provato alcuni ristoranti mentre passeggiavo per il centro, ma l'ultimo pranzo presso la famiglia ospitante mi ha fatto sentire come a casa, il che rispecchia di più i miei gusti. Nel complesso, consiglio vivamente questo centro storico e in particolare questa camera.

Positivi: la camera che mi è stata assegnata al secondo piano è spaziosa, con un letto matrimoniale che potrebbe essere un po' duro, ma è normale per i letti in Cina. C'è un'enorme vasca da bagno e un WC che sembra un WC giapponese, ma il bidet non funziona e lo scarico funziona. Sono presenti i soliti servizi come asciugamani monouso in plastica e pantofole. C'è un balcone con vista sul fiume, con un tavolo e 4 sedie per far sedere gli ospiti. È un'ottima posizione, di fronte alla famosa strada con i tetti di tegole e molti ristoranti nei dintorni. Ho verificato che i prezzi siano ragionevoli rispetto agli stessi articoli venduti a Shanghai. Aspetti da migliorare. La posizione della locanda è piuttosto difficile da trovare, perché non c'è una mappa che indichi dove si trovi e non c'è segnaletica in inglese per indicare la direzione. Ho dovuto chiedere in giro e sono riuscito a capire il nome della strada in inglese. Vorrei che fosse indicato un punto di sbarco per i tassisti. I proprietari non parlano affatto inglese e mi affido a Google Translate per conversare con loro.

La mia esperienza complessiva all'Haoyi Hotel, filiale di Southern Song Imperial Street, è stata davvero positiva questa volta. La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, proprio su Southern Song Imperial Street, rendendolo estremamente comodo per gli spostamenti. Si trova a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana di Ding'an Road e a circa 10 minuti di taxi dal Lago dell'Ovest, il che è molto conveniente per i turisti. La pulizia della camera era soddisfacente. La biancheria da letto era pulita e ordinata, e il bagno era stato igienizzato a fondo, senza angoli sporchi o trascurati. Ogni giorno il personale addetto alle pulizie veniva a riordinare, i rifiuti venivano rimossi prontamente e gli asciugamani e altri articoli venivano sostituiti regolarmente, il che ha reso il soggiorno molto confortevole e senza preoccupazioni. I dintorni offrono molte caratteristiche particolari: · A soli 2 minuti a piedi da Hefang Street, con numerosi stand gastronomici e negozi di specialità locali. · A meno di 10 minuti a piedi si possono raggiungere attrazioni come la Torre del Tamburo (Gulou) e l'antica residenza di Hu Xueyan. · L'hotel si trova direttamente su Southern Song Imperial Street, rendendo le passeggiate serali molto suggestive. · Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti minimarket e ristoranti, il che rende la vita quotidiana estremamente agevole. Le dotazioni dell'hotel sono funzionali: l'acqua calda è abbondante e il segnale WiFi è stabile. Anche se l'arredamento non è lussuoso, la pulizia e il comfort sono garantiti, offrendo un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Per i turisti che visitano Hangzhou, questa posizione è ideale perché permette di raggiungere facilmente le varie attrazioni e di vivere l'atmosfera della vecchia Hangzhou; è un'opzione decisamente da prendere in considerazione. La prossima volta che verrò ad Hangzhou, prenderò in considerazione di soggiornare nuovamente qui.

Le strutture dell'hotel sono molto complete e all'avanguardia, dotate di un assistente vocale tipo ”Xiaodu Xiaodu” che permette di gestire ogni cosa. La posizione è eccellente: si trova vicinissimo al Lago dell'Ovest, raggiungibile a piedi in soli sette-otto minuti. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è anche un ristorante Haidilao, il che è molto comodo per mangiare. Per raggiungere il centro commerciale Intime (Yintai) bastano sei-sette minuti a piedi, quindi anche fare shopping è estremamente semplice. In generale, la posizione è ottima e i collegamenti con i trasporti pubblici sono eccellenti. Anche il personale alla reception e le addette alle pulizie sono state estremamente gentili e premurose.

Lovely stay in Lishui that I kept on extending. Fruit shop and markets just around the corner, just as dumpling shops and coffee stores. Close to railway and like a 15min walk to the next park and river. Would come again!

Ottimo HOTEL in centro a WZ. Staff eccezionale e sempre disponibile e sorridente. Sempre a disposizione. gratis stuzzichini e bibite. Very good hotel, food and drinks always available. All included in the price. 谢谢

This are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach. 

Location was really near to XiHu and the price was truly awesome. Note for traveler: for men, do book the men bed instead, initially we got the double bed, but it turns out the bed is too small for us. Hence, we had to make an upgrade to two bedders.

Assolutamente eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista.L hotel non è una di quelle grandi strutture con centinaia di camere che sono fredde anonime e impersonali. Per fortuna direi La camera è abbastanza grande con arredamento moderno centralizzazione delle luci regolazione del riscaldamento ottima ....lavabo e specchiera fuori dal bagno doccia e vaso separati in modo da non restare col pavimento sempre bagnato . Grande letto matrimoniale con materasso di ultima generazione ossia che sostiene bene la schiena. Scrittoio con prese elettriche varie....ce ne sarebbe persino una europea ma l' inserimento della spina e difficile. Televisore di grande formato ma sarebbe meglio avere un minimo di foglietto informativo in inglese in modo da capire come funziona. Disponibile bollitore acqua calda con bustine di thè. Accesso tramite card. Al piano B1 dispone di lavatrice e asciugatrice a uso gratuito dei clienti. Il Wifi in camera avrebbe qualche limitazione per noi Europei .C è un simpatico robottino che va in giro per le camere con musica a consegnare o ritirare qualcosa. La posizione è ottima a 30 minuti a piedi per il centro ed a 5 per Piazza Wuhan dove c e la linea 7 della metropolitana. Nella Lobby ci sono distributori di bevande e snack. Il personale dell hotel per quanto non conosca la inglese è super gentile e collaborativo. Di risolve con i traduttori dei telefoni cellulari. Mi hanno aiutato nel trovare indirizzi e dandomi informazioni sempre col sorriso tra le labbra. Il ragazzo che è alla Reception dovrebbe invece sorridere di più

Che cosa era destinato a essere un soggiorno di una notte si è trasformato in due, grazie all'incredibile ospitalità che abbiamo sperimentato! Dall’iscrizione con un meraviglioso miglioramento a un benvenuto con frutta e consigli locali, il personale (Olivia e Lucy) ci ha fatto sentire così bene curati che non potevamo semplicemente lasciare il giorno dopo. La piscina all'aperto è bella (anche se si chiude alle 6 pm, l'apertura all'interno si apre successivamente), e la nostra camera era spaziosa, pulita e molto comoda. Il buffet era un altro evidenziante cibo marino delizioso, biscotti, BBQ e bevande, facilmente il miglior buffet che abbia mai avuto in un lungo periodo. Aggiungi a questo design unico e alla luce stupenda del lago di sera, e è chiaro perché abbiamo deciso di rimanere più a lungo. Una vera destinazione deve tornare!
