XXiaokunbao.Questa volta, a causa di un viaggio d'affari all'hotel di Hong Kong, l'hotel che ho trovato involontariamente era destinato a vivere per una notte. L'esperienza complessiva era al di là delle aspettative. L'hotel è situato nel punto di intersezione tra Mogan Mountain Road e Wen Io Road. Nella porta c'è una stazione di autobus. UUtente ospiteSuperb clean hotel in excellent location, very close to West Lake and a short walk to the night market, Kerry Mall and plenty of bars and restaurants. Pool was a little shallow and a bit tired, but all other facilities were excellent. Good choice of Asian and Western options at breakfast.

RRomeryEra la nostra seconda volta al Kingdom Hotel e abbiamo intenzione di tornarci sempre. Il personale è davvero eccezionale. Ci hanno aiutato a modificare la nostra prenotazione anche dopo il periodo di cancellazione, a causa del ritardo del volo. Kelly, che parla inglese, è stata incredibilmente gentile e ha chiesto a un autista di ritirare in aeroporto il nostro power bank Apple, senza marchio CCC, altrimenti sarebbe stato trattenuto dalle autorità. Quando siamo tornati in hotel due giorni dopo, era già in deposito alla reception e lo abbiamo ritirato. Abbiamo dovuto solo pagare l'autista. Non abbiamo parole per questo gesto gentile. Incredibile! Il personale si preoccupa davvero delle esigenze dei clienti e si mette nei loro panni. Torneremo sicuramente al Kingdom Hotel.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto la nostra stanza alle 8:00 quando siamo usciti, perché la stanza non era pronta quando ero lì prima dell'iscrizione. Si è reso conto che l'aria condizionata/caldatore non funziona ... ci hanno scusato e ci hanno dato un piccolo riscaldatore portatile da tavola e ci hanno promesso che avranno il loro elettricista a guardarlo il giorno dopo. Abbiamo fatto uscire tutto il giorno e tornato nella stanza alle 9:00 e l'aria condizionata/calore non funziona ancora ... e poi hanno offerto di cambiare la nostra stanza dopo averla testata. Abbiamo abbandonato il cambiamento, siamo così stanchi, i nostri oggetti sono intorno alla stanza e ci andremo a controllare il giorno dopo. Per queste due notti, abbiamo tollerato il suono della strada (come dobbiamo aprire la finestra per permettere un po' di aria fresca/movibile) e una sola fonte di riscaldamento sul tavolo laterale accanto al letto.

SStanley The Travel ManThis are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach.

UUtente ospiteOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024.  We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting.  We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in.  I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops.  Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us.  Not a soul was in sight.  Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed.  From there on, however, things only got better and better.  So, yes, this was a quiet property.  There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about.  But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected.  And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient.  During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out.  The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand.  Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance.  The layout was a bit of a labyrinth.  There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display.  Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake.  The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space.  Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards.  Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?).  They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night.  There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater.  Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds.  Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace.  Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel.  Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular.  We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip).  We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality.  Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable.  In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area.  In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort.  We were very comfortable during our short stay.  We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff.  We would love to return.  It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions.  Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

UUtente ospiteImpianti: il design del piatto di pink dell'hotel è buono, il bambino è molto felice, non vuole che il piatto sia dentro. Le strutture suggeriscono che la TV possa essere schermata e la stanza apre più finestre e ventilazione. Igiene: probabilmente nessuno si ferma dopo il periodo di pranzo, la stanza è pesante, ma il gusto del canale di scarico non può sopportare...E'per questo che ho cambiato la stanza. Ambiente: il parco di giochi di Songsong è molto carino per i bambini, ma non c'è molto che la pioggia possa giocare. Servizio: il servizio è il migliore, anche perché il servizio ha sopportato problemi sanitari. Il direttore dell'aviazione è in ricevimento. Il processo è caldo e consiglio. Il cambio di stanza è anche tornato a casa e mi piace se arrivo in sicurezza.

UUtente ospiteLa lobby dell'hotel è al primo piano. Quando si entra nella lobby, è possibile sentire l'odore della fragranza che è unica per tutte le stagioni. Nella lobby è presente un'area relax. L'atteggiamento del personale è molto buono buono. È relativamente vicino alla zona panoramica del Lago Occidentale. Ci vogliono 7,8 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la stazione della metropolitana, il che è molto comodo.

WWulongaihecha11 e la famiglia sono andati a Xiangxi, soggiornare nella stanza 19 ”Lago”, 60 piattaforma di spazio trasparente e 3 persone sono anche molto adatto per soggiornare. Lo stile di decorazione è ricreativo cinese, l'ambiente paesaggio del giardino è bellissimo, l'esperienza di vita complessiva è molto positiva 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 🏠 Ambiente interno: suddiviso in corridoio, bagno da bagno, zona di incontro, bagno e piazza esclusiva esterna. È molto piacevole vedere direttamente il panorama del lago dal letto; la sera è molto comoda e il paesaggio fuori finestra è buono. 💁 servizio: il responsabile e tutti i dipendenti del servizio sono molto educati e entusiasti.Ci sono auto speciali per la consegna dalla porta nord di Liu Xiangdi; il responsabile del soggiorno presenterà attentamente il design e l'ambiente del giardino complessivo dell'hotel; portare la stanza all'interno della camera degli ospiti; Il servizio di benvenuto e la sera è stato fornito. Non ci sono parole profumate in tutta la stanza; ci sono anche istruzioni da insegnanti nella classe manuale e l'esperienza è buona. 🍃 Ambiente esterno: il percorso è intaglio, tutte le aree di camera possono andare attraverso un anello chiuso di una strada, non perdere e possono sperimentare diversi paesaggi lungo la strada. NnikinikitaL'esperienza è stata eccellente. Dopo un viaggio di lavoro, volevo rilassarmi un'altra notte, quindi ho scelto il tranquillo e silenzioso Shusheng Hotel. Per fortuna, mi hanno fatto un upgrade! La camera era molto confortevole, la biancheria da letto e gli asciugamani erano di ottima qualità e il servizio di maggiordomo era attento. La colazione, con vista sul giardino del tè, aveva sapori locali ed era molto piacevole! È molto vicino al Tempio di Lingyin, al Giardino Botanico e al Museo d'Arte Han Meilin, tutti facilmente raggiungibili in bicicletta. L'autobus 103 passa proprio fuori, passando per Meijiawu e Yunqi Bamboo Path fino al terminal di Jiuxi Yanshu, risolvendo perfettamente il problema di trovare servizi di ride-hailing nei fine settimana. Alla vigilia del primo e del quindicesimo giorno del mese lunare, il Tempio di Lingyin ha aperto per i tour notturni, il che è stata una piacevole sorpresa! Il tempo era troppo breve; tornerò sicuramente!
