Giappone: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Prefettura di Gifu

A lovely location to enjoy an onsen and cute little town. 2-3 nights is the perfect amount of time for this hotel. The town is very small and you can walk through the temple just Infront of the hotel to reach it. Although the hill is very steep, the stairs make it manageable but it's alot of stairs. On arrival the shuttle bus is waiting for you and they take your luggage to the room. A staff member guides you to your room and explains when the shuttle leaves, where to go to explore the hotel, breakfast and public bath times. The public bath is open between 3pm and 1am, closes for cleaning than opens again from 5am to 10am and closes for cleaning again. During each cleaning they switch the male and female public bathing zones so everyone has a chance to experience each bath. I chose a room with a private bath and a mountain view. The private bath is small but big enough for 2 people if you're both sitting, it also has a window that opens up. The view is stunning. Breakfast starts around 7am and last service is at 8:30am. If you stay 2 nights they will give 2 different breakfasts. Green tea, coffee, juice and milk are the only drinks at breakfast. Soft drink is available at reception during the afternoon. The Hilda beef steak meal provided by the hotel racks up the price with it being $70 AUD per person and for comparison, in town, a similar meal was around $40 AUD per person. If you really want a dinner at the hotel than try out the paid dinner but there's a few good spots to eat in town. There's this one restaurant called Senda that is a good price and just left of the big hotel direction sign at the bottom of the mountain. If you are unsure of where to go than pick up the local food map at the town info office. Anyway, good hotel for a city getaway as well as an opportunity to take the Shinkansen and local train from Tokyo (4 hours from Tokyo but great views and easy transfer)

The hotel room is pretty big by Japan standards, and the feeling of the hotel is really grand! Lots of locals were staying there, but the rooms are a little bit dated. The toilet lights were quite dim and the bathrooms could use an update. However, everything worked perfectly and the stay was still extremely enjoyable! The hotel is situated right next to a bus stop so that makes things super convenient! There’s also a family mart behind the hotel (shortcut! go out of the main door, turn right, walk down the ramp, immediately turn right and right again into the small path, go up the stairs past the hotel park, then turn left and cross the small roads, and you’ll find the konbini) The hotel also rents out bicycles to hotel guests FOC, so you can take the bike literally anywhere! We rode to the supermarket (~10 mins away) and also down by the river (10/10 recommended!) and just explored lots around! Gifu is a lovely quiet town and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to experience a side of Japan that isn’t just Tokyo or Osaka.

Entra nell'edificio più alto a circa 200 metri di distanza c'è un caffè self-service☕️ al primo piano dell'hotel, così come l'acqua calda e fredda. Hanno tutto, e ci sono anche cose come spazzolini da denti e borse da bagno che puoi ritirare da solo molto pulito e ordinato. Il punto forte è il bagno termale al nono piano, separato per uomini e donne. L'acqua termale viene prelevata da meno di 1000 metri, quindi puoi sperimentarla.

Ho scelto questo hotel per la sua posizione e il prezzo di una notte davvero buono per un ryokan, che superava le mie aspettative. Mi ha sorpreso anche di quanto fosse grande l'hotel. In generale, ho avuto un'esperienza eccezionale di rimanere qui. È meno di un 6-minute passeggiata dalla stazione di Gero. L'hotel sembra aspettare l'arrivo di ogni treno per raccogliere gli ospiti, che è stato un bel gesto. Abbiamo arrivo molto presto diverse ore prima del check-in ma sono stati in grado di immagazzinare il nostro bagaglio. Il processo di check-in era semplice, e il personale che ci ha partecipato ha fatto un ottimo lavoro spiegando le strutture, i servizi e le strutture dell'hotel. La stanza che abbiamo prenotato era molto spaziosa, con molte stanze per andare in giro e organizzare i nostri beni. Tutto era ben mantenuto, pulito e tempestivo. I letti erano comodi, ho dormito molto bene. Il colazione era meraviglioso. La sala da pranzo è grande e ben organizzata; nonostante la folla che si trova durante il colazione, non si sentiva inconfezionata. La selezione di cibo era notevole, con una vasta gamma di piatti da provare. Il bagno è stato incredibile. Ho preso molteplici bagni mentre ho provato i diversi onsen 3 all'hotel, ciascuno offrendo una vibrazione unica. Le strutture e le strutture sono state esattamente come annunciato nella sezione Servizi e strutture. Dalle mie ultime due settimane di viaggio, questo alloggio sarà il più memorabile, non solo perché ho goduto di tutto il mio soggiorno, ma anche perché ho vinto i 5 numeri di Monkey D. Lovely hotel, had old money vibes. Seems to be a popular hotel for weddings. The breakfast and dinner were nice, but there is not much variety, seeing as the food served for breakfast was pretty much the same for the 2 mornings I was there. The room was nice and spacious, was clean and bright too - always a plus for me. My biggest downside is that for the room type I booked, the rooms were located along the same corridor as the back-of-house. So we could hear dishwashing and ventilation sounds.

Si trova a poco più di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione JR di Gifu. La stazione Meitetsu di Gifu è più vicina. Tuttavia, è vicino al centro città, quindi non avrete problemi a trovare posti dove mangiare. Anche la colazione a buffet era nutrizionalmente equilibrata.

Sono rimasto li' con i miei genitori. Il futon era così buono. Grande e morbido. La stanza è anche buona. La posizione è perfetta. Lawson è vicino. La colazione è tutto. Il bagno è il migliore. ** tatuaggi non consentono l'uso di onze pubbliche ma forniscono onze private (a titolo oneroso) che hanno bisogno del libro in anticipo.

In realtà mi sono sentito un po' imbrogliato con questa prenotazione. Avevamo dei tatuaggi, quindi abbiamo pagato di più per una camera con vasca esterna. Tuttavia, a quanto pare l'acqua non proveniva dall'onsen e c'era persino un cartello che diceva che filtravano e riciclavano la stessa acqua nella vasca. Che schifo. La camera era datata e sporca, con molte macchie sul tatami. D'altra parte, il personale era generalmente disponibile e cortese, il che è stato un vantaggio. C'è un negozio di souvenir al piano terra, il che è comodo. Ci sono anche molti ristoranti nell'hotel, ma sono molto costosi. Ci siamo informati in uno di questi e ci hanno chiesto 190.000 yen a persona per la cena a menu fisso, ed era l'unica opzione che potevamo scegliere.

Hotel molto cordiale, educato e accogliente. Sia che si tratti della reception o del personale che aiuta a prendere e riaccompagnare gli ospiti, sono tutti molto cordiali e molti di loro parlano inglese, quindi la comunicazione è molto fluida. Dalle 17:00 alle 23:00 vengono servite bevande gratuite e gli ospiti hanno l'opportunità di chiacchierare e rilassarsi, il che è davvero piacevole. La colazione era deliziosa.
