酒店位置很好，周邊吃喝玩樂一應俱全，自助餐廳裏有魚塘，裝修很有設計感，還可以餵魚。房間很寬敞，非常乾淨整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，佈局合理，床品舒適柔軟。小別很熱情，服務很用心，前台還準備了愛心驛站，裏面有很多實用的生活用品。停車也方便，有免費的停車場，酒店設施齊全，健身房和洗衣房都有，入住很滿意。但是週末早餐9:30結束，着實有點早的，住過很多酒店，這是唯一一家週末早餐這麼早結束的，孩子都起不來，如果週末早餐能延後就完美了

Essendo un frequente viaggiatore d'affari, era la prima volta che soggiornavo in un hotel a cinque stelle e ho potuto dormire finché non mi sono svegliato naturalmente. Il servizio fornito dal bel ragazzo Evan alla reception è stato fantastico e molto gentile! Anche la zia Ruby Zang del reparto pulizie è molto gentile, lavora con attenzione e coscienziosità. Inoltre, la colazione a buffet dell'hotel è molto ricca e deliziosa, soprattutto la ciotola di piccoli wonton! Il punto chiave è che anche il bagno nella hall è molto pulito! Anche il concierge è molto gentile! Anche la vista della palestra fornita dall'hotel è molto buona e anche la qualità dell'acqua della piscina è molto buona! Questa è un'esperienza molto bella! 史上性價比最高的酒店，沒有之一！之前對龍口的印象一直不是很好，很大一部分是因為住的不舒服且不乾淨。這次來龍口真的驚艷，酒店在保利旁邊，吃喝逛都很方便。房間寬敞，乾淨，且都是全屋智能控制，非常不錯👍特別要提一點就是衞生，也是我最關注的問題，客用品，衞生間，地面都很乾凈，還貼心的準備了消毒櫃……早餐也很豐富，涼菜，熱菜，還有明檔的麪和餛飩，還有下午茶和宵夜，不過我們都沒有體驗，期待下次。房費還包含了免費洗衣，地下車庫的自助洗車，還有泡腳套餐，最重要的是，房費才300多，性價比之王當之無愧！總體來説硬件和軟件都非常的驚艷，國內國外走了不少地方，各種大品牌的酒店也沒少住，沒想到在龍口這個小城市竟然有這麼滿意的酒店！

RRara MomijiLocation is great because our intention was to be in the Laoshan District. Might not be easy if most of your plans are in the touristy areas such as the Tsingtao Brewery Museum. Anyway, there is Metro (underground subway) which helped us address that in case we wanted to have a look at downtown. The hotel is a 10 min walk from either Haiyou or Haichuan stations in Line 2. We’re not so much of a fan of Chinese food for breakfast, so the free breakfast was not fascinating for us. They did have eggs and bread. There is an elevator to help us carry or luggage all the way to our floors. And the room was neat and clean, and they clean it every time we’re out.

UUtente ospiteDefinitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com. The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered. In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room. Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room. Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests. Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning. The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired. On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

CCarolZHI have stayed at this hotel twice before because it’s quite close to the train station but this time, I got a room so small that I had to roll on the bed to get to the other side of the room. The space between the foot of the bed and TV stand was too narrow to comfortably walk through. The hotel is also in an obscure area so the Didi can’t drop /pick you at the door. The staff is very friendly though. Breakfast options are enjoyable but also limited.
