The lobby is magnificently decorated with exquisite embellishment to the extent almost every detail has been ornamented exclusively . sort of like stepping into a royal palace in a three dimensional world ! The Security guy at entrance by the main door impressed me by his kindness and heartwarming service.But one of the lady from front desk is awful and extremely terrible with her shitty attitude and service. But Big thumbs to the guy who willingly made a small cup of hot americano for me 👏🏻❤️

Il servizio presso il Pullman è secondario a nessuno, con la cura attenta della squadra di pulizia della stanza, la gente della porta e gli ospiti del lobby che aiutano con il bagaglio.
Le strutture sono abbondanti, con un giardino adatto con barbecue, la macchina da smith, una serie di macchine specifiche muscolari, insieme a una bella piscina.

Great stay, a special thanks to employee Eli. He welcomed us very nice when coming from the Terminal and assisted us great when we wanted to change our room. And he is very good in speaking English which helped us a lot as we as foreigners do not speak Chinese. Good guy!

更驚喜的是酒店的餐飲。免費早餐種類豐富，從中式的熱粥、包子，到西式的麪包、火腿，還有各種新鮮水果和飲品，完全能滿足不同人的口味。下午茶提供的點心精緻又美味，一口下去超滿足。

Essendo un frequente viaggiatore d'affari, era la prima volta che soggiornavo in un hotel a cinque stelle e ho potuto dormire finché non mi sono svegliato naturalmente. Il servizio fornito dal bel ragazzo Evan alla reception è stato fantastico e molto gentile! Anche la zia Ruby Zang del reparto pulizie è molto gentile, lavora con attenzione e coscienziosità. Inoltre, la colazione a buffet dell'hotel è molto ricca e deliziosa, soprattutto la ciotola di piccoli wonton! Il punto chiave è che anche il bagno nella hall è molto pulito! Anche il concierge è molto gentile! Anche la vista della palestra fornita dall'hotel è molto buona e anche la qualità dell'acqua della piscina è molto buona! Questa è un'esperienza molto bella! Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered.
In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room.
Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room.
Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests.
Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning.
The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired.
On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

CCarolZHHo soggiornato in questo hotel due volte prima perché è abbastanza vicino alla stazione ferroviaria ma questa volta ho avuto una stanza così piccola che dovevo andare a letto per arrivare all'altra parte della stanza. Lo spazio tra il piede del letto e la stanza TV era troppo stretto per camminare confortevolmente.
L'hotel è anche in una zona oscura, così il Didi non può cadere /pick tu alla porta.
Il personale è tuttavia molto amichevole.
Le opzioni per la colazione sono piacevoli ma anche limitate.

RRichterThe place to stay in Zibo! We had a wonderful stay at Ramada Zibo. Room was just right with a classic setup, good hardware and solid walls to ensure great sleep. Location is excellent. The gorgeous People's Park is just a short walk away. A wonderful place to spend time. Also the famous Ba Da Ju 八大局 food street for a great time in the evening is also close by. Do not miss out on the great Zibo BBQ, many options for eating are nearby. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful when we had questions or needed help. Breakfast buffets are a big deal in China and I have to say that the one at this hotel was one of the best I've seen. A great selection of items including some rarer things like lamb soup. Very well done by all the Master Chefs. We enjoyed breakfast everyday of our stay. Zibo is a great city to visit, friendly people, tasty food and a peaceful happy vibe. We hope to return again.
