Mi riesce davvero difficile capire che un hotel del genere si vende solo per due o trecento. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono come Atour e simili. L'ho prenotato perché era vicino alla stazione di Tai'an con una valutazione di 4,9 Penso che abbia aperto nel 2019 e non avevo grandi aspettative. Tuttavia, le strutture delle camere sono molto nuove. Dove viene utilizzato per lavarsi e fare il bagno. Anche le pantofole usa e getta sono di altissima qualità. C'è anche una lavanderia speciale con detersivo per bucato Blue Moon l'isolamento acustico è molto buono, ieri sera stavo facendo il bucato verso le due senza alcun rumore. La sala ricevimenti dispone di sedili in legno massiccio e numerosi libri di alta qualità. I libri illustrati e le storie per bambini sono tutti di altissima qualità. A dire il vero, gestisco anche un B&B di fascia alta a Enshi, nella provincia di Hubei, e sento davvero che il capo non riesce a guadagnare molto. Inoltre, è molto comodo mangiare nelle vicinanze. Questa è la notte migliore a Tai'an. Mi sento molto guarito dopo aver scalato il Monte Tai. Rispetto al Borman Hotel dove ho soggiornato la notte prima (non sono un compagno di viaggio), è davvero molto meglio spero che tutti possano evitare questa trappola. A proposito, le tende automatiche del 2202 non rispondono. Ricordati di ripararle.

房間挺大的 靠近火車站也方便出行 距離泰華城商業街也很近公交兩站就到了
不過給了我個角落房我挺不開心的也懶得計較了，房間電話是壞的，淋浴噴頭也是壞的，馬桶坐上去也會咣咣響可能是鬆動了，挺討厭的
房間裏有桶裝水，免費的，衞生紙也有幾卷，質量不咋滴，保潔大媽每天早上十點都會來問需不需要清理房間挺貼心的

Sono arrivato al Pullman Hotel a mezzogiorno del 12. I due camerieri, Ollie e Li Shuyu, hanno fatto il check-in in hotel, hanno presentato un delicato piatto di frutta e hanno migliorato la stanza. Ogni volta che viene a Liu Xiang, scegliere di soggiornare in Austin. Ci sono molte camere dell'hotel, l'ambiente circostante è conveniente, la dieta e il viaggio sono comodi, a 15-20 minuti di viaggio, il personale della stazione ospite è entusiasta e di alta qualità ed efficiente, in particolare la sorella Zhang Pang Zhang, numero 269, è molto entusiasta, La struttura della stanza è efficiente e professionale. So che amo bere tè, e mi ha spedito un po'. Sono molto in movimento. Mi auguro che l'hotel Austin sia migliore, perché la nuova fabbrica si trasferisce a Liu, e più opportunità di vivere Austin dopo!

Such an amazing place. Staff personnel are charming and the place is cozy. As for the room with private bathroom was clean, amenities for the people staying there were enough. They provided bathing slippers and ear plugs. Overall cleanliness and privacy was amazing and free wi-fi. The place is at taidong pedestrian street and very close to beer museum. Just an amazing walking dustance to enjoy all the festivities. 25 minutes to qingdao nirth railway station. Good security for luggages and belongings. I cant wait to be here again.

Fantastic stay! The free airport pick-up and drop-off were seamless. Staff were genuinely kind and helpful from check-in to check-out. I was warmly welcomed, check-in was quick thanks to pre-prepared paperwork, and I even got a WeChat message to confirm if I needed anything else.
The hotel is new, modern, and clean, with a beautiful scent in the hallways that reminded me of Crown ****** Melbourne. Rooms are high-tech with heated toilet seats, and thoughtful touches like free drinks in the lobby and bottled water in the gym and room. They even helped me iron my shirts!
Special thanks to Yang Qianqian and Shan Yuming. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Jinan, you won’t regret it.

Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!

RRE_cyclingWe had an apartment on the 3rd floor. There was some dirt left in the bathroom, the drain was partly clogged by hairs which you dont immediately see, because it is under a cover. Inside the apartment there are stairs leading to a second level but upstairs there is nothing except for an additional bed and no windows.
Its a little unhandy that you need to go to the 9th floor of the neighbouring building to check in.
The view from the main apartment is pretty nice, one can see the sea from the bed! Location is also nice, close to the seafront.

RRara MomijiLocation is great because our intention was to be in the Laoshan District. Might not be easy if most of your plans are in the touristy areas such as the Tsingtao Brewery Museum. Anyway, there is Metro (underground subway) which helped us address that in case we wanted to have a look at downtown. The hotel is a 10 min walk from either Haiyou or Haichuan stations in Line 2.
We’re not so much of a fan of Chinese food for breakfast, so the free breakfast was not fascinating for us. They did have eggs and bread.
There is an elevator to help us carry or luggage all the way to our floors. And the room was neat and clean, and they clean it every time we’re out.

The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered.
In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room.
Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room.
Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests.
Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning.
The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired.
On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.
