Cina: hotel con internet nella provincia di Hainan

Beautiful resort with nice Hot pools and spacious rooms. Probably Best for locals in area. However not for foreign tourists yet. We should pay on reception, buylt courd not change a currency anyhow, in any bank - there are no such an options - you must have chinese ID and telephone number. Also it was an issue with a taxi each time - we should use local app, every time someone from hotel stuff helps us, good that they always was super fine l, helpful and friendly. First 2 rooms were nice, but cold, as located in shadow area of hotel. So we asked for Room in other sector. That one was sunny, but in smoking and loud area (works on a Garden, it was a paper with shedule in-Room). Many freebies were mentioned - we use free breakfast and cookies upon arrival. Attemps to events know more about the others were failed. Same with facilities - there are some bows & arrows on-site etc. - we did t really get how to join it. So, if you are local and speak the language - i highly recommend it, perfect for children as well. Otherwise be ready for some hassle. (its look like I am ready again!). Ps Own farm and plants are amazing!

Un'esperienza molto soddisfacente a Sanya! Sono stato a Sanya più di 10 volte, ma è la prima volta che non soggiorno in un hotel sul mare. L'esperienza è stata decisamente diversa. Nel complesso, lo consiglio vivamente. Darei un punteggio di almeno 4,5/5. 1) La cosa che ho amato di più è stata la Heaven Cliff Pool con la sua vista impareggiabile. Nuotare qui è stato un vero piacere. 2) Il servizio di navetta elettrica dell'hotel era molto reattivo e il personale molto cordiale. 3) Ho soggiornato in bassa stagione, quindi non c'erano molti ospiti, ma la colazione ha mantenuto un buon livello, senza essere arrangiata. 4) Il ristorante thailandese ha una vista incantevole. Anche se i prezzi sono un po' alti, la vista affascinante e la musica dal vivo ne valgono comunque la pena. 5) Il tour del parco della foresta pluviale tropicale offerto dall'hotel ha superato le mie aspettative. La guida era entusiasta e ci ha aiutato con le foto. 6) L'unico inconveniente è che, essendo l'hotel immerso nella foresta pluviale tropicale, insetti e gechi sono inevitabili. Ho persino visto un piccolo serpente sul balcone. È fondamentale tenere porte e finestre sempre chiuse e portare con sé un buon repellente per zanzare. 7) L'hotel è aperto da un po' e alcune camere sono in manutenzione. Nel complesso, la manutenzione è buona.

Siamo stati all'Yalong Bay Welcome Hotel per la seconda volta con i nostri bambini, a distanza di tre o quattro anni, ma devo dire che il servizio dell'hotel è addirittura migliorato! Questa volta abbiamo aggiunto in anticipo la nostra governante, Gina, su WeChat. È stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile, aiutandoci con molte richieste e problemi. Ciò che ci ha colpito di più è quanto bene sia mantenuto l'hotel dopo tutti questi anni; le strutture in camera sono ancora buone (forse l'unico neo è il materasso, un po' avvallato a causa dell'età, e un isolamento acustico leggermente scarso). La colazione è degna di nota, il vantaggio è la presenza di un ristorante sottomarino. Tuttavia, a causa dell'enorme afflusso di persone durante le vacanze estive (specialmente russi), la varietà era comunque ricca, ma l'esperienza generale ne risente con così tanta gente! L'hotel offre anche molte attività per bambini e il parco giochi è abbastanza grande; i nostri figli ci andavano tutti i giorni. La spiaggia è a pochi minuti a piedi e ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. A Yalong Bay, questo hotel è un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, nonostante il nome un po' fuorviante! Probabilmente torneremo. Un ringraziamento speciale a Gina per il suo eccellente servizio e per la torta che ci ha gentilmente offerto!

Close to the beach and close to the Atlantis water park, but otherwise, far from everything. The facility seemed old. our room's AC was making noise, especially at the night and couldn't sleep well, when we called the service to get it fixed, but later on it was still making noises. The slide in the pool was only for kids :(

Ho prenotato con Ctrip. Il giorno prima del check-in, Ctrip e la governante dell'hotel hanno chiamato per prenotare l'orario del check-in. La governante dell'hotel Li Zhihua ha aggiunto WeChat e il servizio era a posto. L'hotel è un albergo a cinque stelle e le sue strutture e servizi soddisfano pienamente gli standard a cinque stelle. La camera è molto spaziosa e confortevole, e il bagno è particolarmente comodo! Il balcone si affaccia sul mare, dove puoi bere il tè, fumare, ascoltare musica, fare un pisolino e guardare l'alba e il tramonto: è così comodo! Il tè nero è particolarmente delizioso, sono andato alla reception per chiedere qualche bustina in più e il cameriere me li ha subito consegnati in camera. La cena è stata ottima. Ricca colazione. Il ristorante cinese ha un buon sapore. Maoxuewang è davvero impressionante. È migliore di molti ristoranti locali nel Sichuan. Dongyang è davvero delizioso. Il pasto fisso con pollo al cocco e il pasto a base di pesce sono molto buoni. Gli ingredienti e il gusto sono abbastanza buoni. L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono, dopo aver mangiato puoi fare una passeggiata nell'hotel. Molto vicino al mare, dall'altra parte della strada rispetto all'hotel. Dopo essere andati in spiaggia e tornare, c'è un rubinetto per lavare la sabbia quando si entra in hotel, il che è molto comodo. La piscina e la palestra sono fantastiche. Ho fatto un pisolino e sono andato a fare una nuotata. Il mio stomaco era un po' più piccolo, il che è stato molto rinfrescante. Potevo mangiare di più la sera. Ci sono molte strutture per far giocare i bambini, sono troppo giovane per litigare con i bambini. L'hotel aveva un'auto per portarci all'aeroporto. All'orario stabilito eravamo solo in due. L'autobus avrebbe dovuto portarci, ma sembrava che non tornasse. L'hotel ha organizzato un Mercedes Benz per portarci all'aeroporto e siamo partiti puntuali, grazie! In breve, è importante uscire e giocare. Mi sento davvero molto bene! consiglio! Strutture: strutture a cinque stelle. Igiene: molto buona. Ambiente: molto buono. Servizio: molto buono.

⭐Servizio: Superiore alle aspettative, davvero eccellente, un plauso speciale alla governante Zhangzhang. Devo dire che il servizio dell'Intercontinental è eccezionale, soprattutto per quanto riguarda le richieste legate ai bambini, quasi tutte vengono soddisfatte. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati piuttosto veloci e il personale del centro immersioni è stato estremamente gentile, senza mai mostrare impazienza. Inoltre, l'hotel ci ha anche offerto un regalo di addio al momento della partenza. ⭐Igiene: Le pulizie e il rifornimento degli articoli sono stati tempestivi. ⭐Camera: Ci hanno fatto un upgrade a una suite famigliare che i bambini hanno adorato. Il balcone aveva una piscina privata e la privacy era ottima. Peccato che accanto stiano costruendo il Regent Hotel, che blocca molto la vista. ⭐Ambiente: La vista è il punto debole. Solo dal balcone della camera e da un lato del lounge della hall si può vedere direttamente il mare. Non sono andato in spiaggia perché era nuvoloso in quei giorni, ma sembra ci siano alcuni punti fotografici. Dal balcone della nostra camera si vedeva solo una vista laterale del mare; la metà frontale era occupata dal cantiere del Regent Hotel in costruzione. A parte il lato del lounge della hall, da dove si può vedere il mare direttamente, la distanza è troppa, il prato è troppo grande e non ci sono abbastanza piscine. ⭐Strutture: Le piscine sono poche e non a temperatura controllata. Dato che la maggior parte degli ospiti viene con bambini, e dato che c'è molto vento intorno alle piscine, suggerirei di riscaldarle in base alla temperatura effettiva. Anche il paesaggio intorno alle piscine non è molto bello. Non c'è una piscina interna. ⭐Attività ricreative: Onestamente, sono molto deludenti, ed è ciò che mi ha infastidito di più. Se il tempo è brutto, non essendoci una piscina interna e non potendo usare quelle esterne, e con attività ricreative così noiose, l'unica cosa da fare è un bagno caldo in camera. Un'attività dura mezz'ora, ma la parte pratica (ad esempio, la preparazione della marmellata) dura meno di dieci minuti. ⭐Buffet: Vorrei solo dire che il Qingbuliang (una zuppa dolce cinese) del lounge Intercontinental Xin è il migliore. ⭐Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è comunque buono. La cosa più gratificante di soggiornare all'Intercontinental sono il servizio e le immersioni.

Spent four nights during the May Day Holiday with my wife's family. I booked a Luxury Ocean View Junior Suite King Bed room through Trip.com as I couldn't do it on their own website in English. I don't know if its because I booked it through Trip.com or what, but we had no issues with our room at all. My in-laws, though, had to change rooms at least once. Walking into the resort was nice, wide open area as you walk through the main doors and turn right to the front desk. Check-in experience was ok. I mean it took a little while to finish the process, and for some reason they couldn't process my US credit card so I had to pay via Alipay. Staff was friendly, so no complaints there. Room was a little worn yet big enough, though a little small when it comes to my experience with Junior Suites. But I think they exchanged a little bit of the living room for a larger bathroom. Had a gorgeous view of the bay from our 6th floor balcony, and the children's pool was below us on the first floor. Plenty of amenities in the room and you can certainly call room service for items not in the room but available as shown on the room information card. Our refrigerator wasn't working properly so I called the room service, and they changed it within 15 minutes. Breakfast buffet was a nice mixture of Chinese and Western food...definitely no complaints. Lots of fruits that are quickly restocked once its picked clean, plenty of juices to offer too. Just get there before 9am as I have noticed a line forming after then. We ate at the Chinese and Thai restaurants and I loved the food there. In-laws didn't really like the Thai food, which is fine. Price was what you would expect at a vacation resort hotel. Now this resort is definitely family friendly. They have the pool that I mentioned, that has a slide for kids between 4-10 yrs old. A river that runs from one side of the pool, goes in front of rooms on the 1st floor and ends on the other side of the pool. A shallow wading area for our little ankle biters, though any little ones under 1m should use a ring or flotation device in the wading pool. Also has a little park next to this pool that is strictly enforced. I mean there is a sign that says basically no adults can use the swings. Our first day there an adult was just sitting on the swing when a staff asked her to get off, pointing at the sign with the restriction. Did it politely, so that person wasn't offended or anything. Every day there is a clown that puts on two 30 minutes show in the morning...9 and 10 am. Our little one just loved the clown and finally had enough courage to interact with him/her by our last day there. Even now when we returned home she would ask the whereabouts of the clown. So sweet. Beach was really nice, though I wouldn't say the sand is white sand. Light tan for sure, but now white sand. I've seen white sand in Bora Bora so I can say for certain the sand at Yalong Bay is not white sand. Waves were not rough like it was in Haitang Bay, perfect for little kids. Only thing you need to be careful is at the waterline for the first 10-15m the sand contains a lot of shells, rocks and coral. Once you go out further its pure sand...and not too deep in the fenced off area. There is a shopping center within 10 minutes walk from the hotel with restaurants and supermarket. Its actually funny because after 4pm until maybe midnight, its actually faster to walk there than take a taxi or didiche to get there because of traffic. Its a single lane road each way. Overall, I loved our time at the Mangrove Tree Resort at Yalong Bay. It seemed reasonable at roughly $300 per night for the Junior Suite with two breakfast included daily. Its worth giving a shot, specially if you have little ones that are traveling with you.

Clean but no-frills accommodation. Worth it for the price. Plenty of disposable towels and toothbrushes given, including toothbrushes for children. It’s a roughly 800m walk to the main old street

Booked 3 rooms with family and a 10mths old infant. - Great service by reception staff: offered welcome drink and patient to answer our queries and accommodated our request for rooms to be same floor or near each other - Spacious, clean and quiet room which offered full set of basic toiletries along with four complimentary bottles of water and some biscuits. Would be good to offer coffee sachets. - Appreciated the comfortable cot setup for 1 of the room. - Location: not the most ideal as might not be easy to locate for some drivers, 12-15mins drive away from Qilou Old Street.

Nel complesso, per il prezzo, è un buon hotel. Le strutture sono un po' datate, ma la camera è spaziosa. La colazione è buona, non è vicino alla spiaggia, ma sono disponibili navette gratuite. La palestra è carente di attrezzature, la piscina è buona. L'attenzione e il servizio sono cortesi. Anche se siamo vicino a una strada, il rumore non arriva all'edificio.
