Fantastic stay! The hotel has a wonderful environment, and the surroundings made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. Combined with friendly staff and great service, it was an absolutely memorable experience. Highly recommended!

La nostra prenotazione era originariamente presso l'Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls, ma a causa di un problema di manutenzione della camera, ci hanno gentilmente trovato una sistemazione alternativa, che ha superato ogni aspettativa! Ci è stata assegnata una camera all'Hilton con un letto matrimoniale king-size, una vista mozzafiato sia sul lato statunitense che su quello canadese delle Cascate del Niagara e persino una rilassante vasca idromassaggio, perfetta per rilassarsi a fine giornata. La posizione dell'Hilton era eccellente, la camera era super spaziosa e pulitissima e il personale è stato incredibilmente cordiale e disponibile in ogni momento. Un grande ringraziamento all'Oakes per averci trovato rapidamente un'altra sistemazione e all'Hilton per averci offerto un servizio di prim'ordine durante tutto il nostro soggiorno!

PROS: New, clean, secluded, decent enough gym, quiet, boring, no chemical cleaner scents other than the towels and sheets that will stay on your skin 100%... I always bring my own due to this. Free floride water lol...🙄 Don't drink it. CONS: The heavy room doors slam insanely hard, fast and would chop fingers off, blow out eardrums and shake the walls. I woke up every door slam, hard to not. Mind blowing to spend money building a Hotel and not consider to have quality safe quiet doors. SOLUTION! I had to use some ”white noise” to drown out the crazy door slams. ****** is a lifeless end of the line in purgatory vibe, but I'm not into that activity and wasn't there for that. If you want a clean, new, mostly quiet nice hotel, this is a good choice if you find a good deal. Service I never ordered food but the complementary tea and coffee are ok if stocked, NO Milk Alternatives and boring list of food to over pay for.

La camera era un po' datata, ma non era un grosso problema; era comunque abbastanza pulita. Tuttavia, l'accento indiano al telefono mi ha reso difficile capire dove si trovasse la navetta per l'aeroporto. La navetta è condivisa con un altro hotel, il Garden Hotel, quindi sul bus sono riportati i nomi di due hotel. Di seguito trovate le informazioni sulla posizione per consultare facilmente gli orari della navetta dell'hotel. Al momento del check-in, è necessario richiedere pantofole, spazzolino e dentifricio alla reception; il dentifricio non viene fornito a meno che non lo si richieda. Raggiungere l'aeroporto è molto comodo; la navetta si trova proprio di fronte all'hotel.

The room was spacious, amenities where good except for the coffee maker in the room that made horrible tasting coffee although the coffee machine in the dining room is available 24 hours and has terrific coffee, I just like having a cup as I wake up. The hotel staff, grounds and cleanliness is above quality and the location is quiet, not a lot of traffic and close the restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to people.

Molto bel hotel. Fornisce spa & Kids Playhouse. Passiamo giorni interi per camminare e godere della bella notte. Si consiglia di rimanere per almeno 2 notti.

We enjoyed our stay up until the day of our checkout. We were running a bit late so I phoned reception to request a later checkout around 12. The receptionist informed me that they were not allowing any late checkouts. So we hurried around and managed to checkout on time. We then loaded our vehicle and sat down to have a coffee. While having a coffee we noticed many people checking out after 11am. Also I have not received my receipt yet. Would you please check into this for me. The picture is of sunset from our room. Very good value for money. The staff were very friendly and accommodating of our late arrival. The room was in good condition and very clean. Only thing to note is that the hotel is quite a bit away from Pearson Airports, so take into account driving time if flying out of the airport.
