Australia: hotel con internet nella provincia di Queensland

Siamo arrivati prima del check in tempo e la signora al dipartimento ci ha permesso di controllare in tempo, che era grande perché questa era la nostra prima visita alla città di Townsville.

hotel faced an unexpected black out that we all had to evacuate out for a night. things were a little messy and the beginning but they managed to do some proper service recovery thereafter. certain things in the room was a little dusty (eg. hangers and some cables), otherwise the room and location were great.

I was in Brisbane for business and chose to stay at Voco Brisbane because it was near the conference I was required to attend. I had a great stay - staff were friendly and the rooms were a decent size. The view of the Brisbane river was also nice, particularly at sunrise. The hotel was conveniently located although the street was a little too secluded at night. But that is a personal preference. I will try other Voco hotels across Australia during my next work trip.

Il letto non pulito ha la polvere rossa, il telaio e il pavimento incollato, l’insecto morto sul bordo del divano, tutto ciò che ho scoperto nella mia prima notte. Non ho chiesto di cambiare la stanza perché ero molto tardi per scoprire a notte più meno stanco dopo il volo di giorno intero. Non è stata la peggiore parte, dopo aver fatto la lavatrice, d la macchina di asciugatura non funzionava correttamente. Ho provato tre volte, si fermerà da sola dopo aver lavorato per 10 minuti o per un massimo di 20 minuti. Questa è la prima volta che noleggio un appartamento in Australia. Se vuoi pulire la tua stanza.Non consiglio molto l'appartamento e andare a cercare appartamenti o hotel serviti.

This resort is located in a quiet and green golf area so it’s very comfortable. It takes about 15 to 20 mins to anywhere by driving in the Gold Coast area. The resort has literally everything you need (pool, golf course, tennis court and free breakfast for us). It’s not new premise though and needs some renovations soon. But things are kept generally clean and tidy. At the price I paid, it’s great value for money. My kids love this place. Will come again.

C'è un parcheggio, la lobby è relativamente grande e climatizzata. Ci sono due ristoranti vicino alla lobby. La camera ha un ampio balcone, e si può vedere il verde e le colline fuori dal balcone, che ha una buona vista. Il letto è moderatamente morbido.

Located fairly close to the domestic terminal and very convenient for international travelers arriving into Brisbane staying overnight and catching a domestic flight next day. Since domestic terminal is joined to the airport walkway, all basic services or facilities such as dinner place and convenience store are accessible within walking distance. If you have enough time you can also catch train from domestic terminal and visit City. Overall very nice clean place.

I thought the staff was amazing and environment too. Very disappointing that there total focus is making money. They charged for $60 for late check out even though no-one going into the room. I arrived 9pm on first night and informed them of this so. I do understand people take advantage but work with the honest ones. The cleaning was there still too. Now days it's all about making extra money. The bathroom shower overflowing into the centre room floor waste. It is a child friendly hotel which means alot of banging running etc. Wish the room was more noise proof.you can here upstairs alot. Also neibouring rooms.

Had an overall great stay. Disappointed they couldn’t move our friends room closer to us despite booking together. Food was expensive for average quality. Breakfast was good however. Would stay again

Room was clean and surrounding was quiet. Hubby was not happy I booked in a ”pub” not a hotel 😆 however, at the end of a tiring day in Surfers Paradise, hubby was happy claiming our free drink in the pub. He got beer, I and another friend got wine and enjoyed a nice time in the bar before going up our room.
