Mi piace questo hotel a causa della posizione strategica vicino al negozio e al cibo cielo ❤️ Cosa sta colpendo questa volta, il pacchetto hotel 3 set di colazione per noi quando dovevo controllare presto al mattino alle 6! Sono molto pensanti e amichevoli e apprezzo davvero lo sforzo Il prossimo attrazione è stato il ristorante celeste al livello 20! Il paesaggio era invincibile! E' semplicemente wow Rimarrà in questo hotel?

My stay was very good. GRT Grand has always been the place to go to when in Chennai. The staff there are very professional and pleasant. Lakshmanan, the door *** is so friendly and helpful. Other staff members like, Johnson, Praveen and Lakshmi gave me suggestions on where to shop and what's nice to do in Chennai. Ashish, checked me in diligently. Poulamani, too. She accompanied me to my room and ensured I was comfortable. Abu, Rajan and Selvan in the F&B side, provided excellent service at every meal in the hotel.

Il colazione e l'atmosfera nel ristorante erano fantastici. Bella stanza, anche se il check-in era un po' più lungo a causa della casa completa. Altrimenti il personale era attento e gentile. i

Always a comfortable stay at The Raintree, St Marys! Reservations are always well taken care of and staff always go the extra mile to be of help. Special mention to Rahul, Ritu, Ashton and Uma for making the stay really pleasant and for taking care of every small detail. Truly appreciate their stellar service! Look forward to be back

Fantastic hospitality. Amazing Palace. Check in chek out was very smooth and hustle free. Room is very huge and nice. Food is excellent. Service is outstanding. All the staaf is amazing. Sayantanu and sumit at the reception is very helpful

Hotel discreto, in particolare il personale è molto attento e gentile. La spa è da dimenticare e sinceramente anche la piscina è davvero brutta. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli ed il ristorante ha personale scrupoloso verso i turisti occidentali

Sono rimasto nel parco di Chennai È uno dei migliori posti dove stare Il cibo e l'atmosfera sono molto buoni, signora.kanchana ha servito le mie prenotazioni, davvero apprezzato. L'ho usato a Bangalore e Hyderabad City, all'hotel parco molto piacevole e buona esperienza.

The hotel was great with amenities. Breakfast was good. The staff were great and very helpful. The rooms are spacious enough but the bathroom was a bit cramped. Not enough space to even move around.

We recently stayed at Hotel Halez for 3 nights and 4 days with our family, including our one-year-old child, and had a wonderful experience. We especially enjoyed dining at the Coriander restaurant inside the hotel – the food was delicious and suitable for our baby, which made things so convenient for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, adding to the overall pleasant stay. We had a great time and would highly recommend it for families!

La camera con cortesia ha vista la piscina e la spiaggia e è molto pulita. Grazie! Il primo pasto non era una buona esperienza, ma era ben gestito e il cuoco preparava un bel pasto la notte dopo e il pastore era molto attento. Localizzazione e ubicazione non possono essere mancanti è stato molto rilassante e la spiaggia è stata deserta! Tornerà per un soggiorno più lungo la prossima volta e esplorerà le aree circostanti.

È davvero un buon ristorante nel cuore della città dove si può visitare tutti i famosi siti di patrimonio nelle vicinanze di 3 km Il gusto del cibo è davvero buono nei ristoranti in casa, le strutture spa sono davvero buone I castelli di vista in piscina sono anche molto spaziosi, anche se sono di categoria di base solo fuori dalla stanza c'era una grande piscina e si può godere e rilassarsi proprio fuori In generale, una buona esperienza per tutte le famiglie e le coppie di età

I highly recommend this place for families with children. The location is excellent and the ambience is extraordinary. The resort's theme is Rajasthani and is very well-maintained. The hospitality and food are good, although there are a lot of flies, which can be a bit bothersome. The resort has a swimming pool suitable for children of all ages, but please be cautious as the pool area can get slippery. The resort also offers daily programs which are posted near the reception area to keep everyone entertained. It's not just a place to stay for the night, but a great spot to spend quality time with your family and relax.

This was a 2 night stay over New Year in a 1 Bedroom Villa. This a resort and conference hotel and therefore accommodation is a walk/buggy ride away from main facilities. The hotel is located alongside a busy road that is under construction to become a dual carriageway – traffic noise only occasionally heard outside of the room Easy check-in – taken by buggy to room 616 – set in a unit of 4 – located on first floor - lounge - settee + chair with flatscreen tv with small balcony off it - other end table for 2 - unit with hot drinks and minibar - there is a bathroom with shower off this room - bedroom - large very comfy bed - side tables - desk and chair - separate dressing area with hanging and drawer space - compact bathroom - shower only heated by geyser - not very controllable - never had a hot shower - started scoldingly hot and quickly lost heat - wall mounted hair and body products Within the accommodation there were 2 air conditioning units plus ceiling fans - Wi-Fi ok but not secure - tiled floors - no pictures or other features to break up the monotony of the decoration - very functional - USB point by bed Stayed on breakfast and dinner basis – not great – largely buffet - Indian - food warm to lukewarm - puddings overly sweet - ice cream over chilled - not a great experience I probably made a wrong choice as the purpose of this hotel is in its name – its main purpose appears to be as a conference centre – and the rooms will only be used to sleep and shower in and not for a leisure stay – hence the rooms are functional rather than attractive – the staff were very helpful - but hotel doesn’t feel like Sheraton - too basic - thank you

Over crowded on weekends, waiting 30 min for breakfast. Even the food quality affected due to the crowd . Felt a burnt flavour eating bread, when I looked back it was burnt. No one taking care of the food kept outside in the waiting hall for breakfast.

Il viaggio è stato molto tranquillo, grazie speciali a Geetha, della squadra di vendita, che ha reso il viaggio molto tranquillo. Lei è molto brava nei negoziati e ha concluso l'accordo in modo da vincere la situazione per entrambe le parti. La sua ospitezza, cura e cortesia erano meravigliose. Una persona molto brava con un sorriso sul suo viso. Ha risposto con molta pazienza e sorriso a tutte le nostre domande. È un buon professionista di vendita. La squadra di servizio era anche fantastica e la qualità del cibo era molto buona. Il menu del cuoco era molto buono e tutti i gusti erano molto soddisfatti. Il servizio fornito da Srivasan al team di operazioni è stato fantastico. L'esperienza complessiva di MGM Resorts è stata eccellente e sarà ricordata per molto tempo. MGM Resorts è un valore reale per i soldi.
