Svezia: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Contea di Östergötland

Charming Boutique Hotel! The only reason I have rated Service as Good is because our experience at the Lamp Hotel started off on the wrong foot, thanks to Cecelia behind the front desk. Our initial conversation with her was so awkward and rude, we just looked at each other shocked that she was so unprofessional:( She was so rude to us upon entering the hotel. We politely asked if we could try to check in early. She looked us up and down head to toe with such an off putting attitude and did not even reciprocate in conversation when we asked other questions. Another couple came into the lobby right after us, and she immediately shifted her conversation to them, leaving us standing there speechless, as she began a conversation with them in Swedish. We had arrived so tired, but so excited, as my friend had already stayed at The Lamp Hotel, and had filled me in on how great the hotel was. Cecelia was not warm or friendly to us from the get go, nor accommodating to even offer to take our luggage to store until check in. We had to ask her to do this for us, and my friend literally had to ask her her name about 2 times, before she would acknowledge her question or look in our direction as we asked her questions. We had just traveled 9 hours by flight from the US, and her attitude and personality was not welcoming in any way. We thought we had made a huge mistake booking at the Lamp because of her. We were so glad we did not have to see her again during our whole stay. She was terrible and needs training on empathy, people skills, and basic hospitality. She may not be the best option for behind the front desk as the first point of contact for your hotel. Now once we got past this terrible welcome, we enjoyed our stay so much. The hotel and rooms were gorgeous. The rest of the staff were lovely. The entire hotel is clean, sexy and wonderful! The location is wonderful, the lobby is so chic. The spa is GREAT. The bathrooms are spacious and lovely. I enjoyed my picture window, the tasteful decor and all little details. Housekeeping is PERFECTION. I did breakfast each morning and the kitchen and staff there are INCREDIBLE. They all deserve raises. They were hustling, serving, cleaning, and just a vision of unity and of how to run a kitchen:) The way they all worked and got on so well with each other, was so nice to see. Overall, besides our rude welcome thanks to Cecelia, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and WOULD stay again. I plan to go back and stay with my husband when we visit Sweden later this year.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city and 1-2 minutes walk to countless restaurants and cafes. The building is old and has its own charm and atmosphere. The breakfast is amazing. The food is high quality and the restaurant is stunning. Parking costs 130 kroner per night and is located next to the hotel. And the gym (opposite of hotel)has 24 hours access . The room is small but the window view to the square is nice. I lost one of my earbuds in the room and the hotel staff found it for me after i called.

Nöjd med bra service och god frukost. Det enda jag var missnöjd med var det höga ljudet från ventilationen under natten.

Everything was generally in place and clean. Shared bathroom and toilet was surprisingly decent. Reception was not the nicest person though. Called to ask for door lock keypad code and the reception was rude andblamed me for not checking my emails and SMS which I checked multiple times and over a period of 2hours did not receive any new emails. Up till leaving Norrkoping, I did not receive any new emails with keypad code through emails or SMS. Suggest to provide better training for receptions.

I booked a room at the Comfort Hotel Linkoping City for my daughter, who will attend Linkoping University. To make sure the online ooking was processed correctly, I also cotacted the hotel directly and the lady answering the phone was incredibly helpful and friendly. She followed up with an email to verify the room was reserved and they ” were looking forward to welcome my daughter'. She had a great stay and awesome breakfast. Perfect.

Non siamo stati in grado di entrare all'hotel quando siamo arrivati domenica dopo le 6:00, quindi abbiamo dovuto chiamare l'hotel per ottenere il codice di accesso per entrare e controllare il proprio ingresso. Oltre a questo, è stata una casa di vivere per 7 notti, con il suo design unico e misterioso sentimento. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare il suo gratis 24/7 caffè/tea e mini croissants e l'accessibilità al bus e al terminal ferroviario.

Stayed 5 nights at stadshotel. Hotel staff is polite and friendly. Hotel room is also clean and spacious. There are supermarkets and eateries nearby the hotel. The hotel itself also have great buffet lunch and dinner at reasonable cost. Recommended to stay at the hotel

餐廳氣氛好，佈置溫馨，有音樂陪伴。 唯一缺點就是距離火車站太遠。

L'ambiente è grande. C'è un grande aereo abbandonato accanto a lui. Puoi andare a visitare. È molto vicino all'aeroporto. Ci sono centinaia di metri di distanza diretta. L'hotel ha un autobus per 24 ore. Ogni 15 minuti c'è un autobus per l'aeroporto. È molto adatto per il viaggio.

Hotel molto bello con personale molto amichevole. Parcheggio gratuito sul campo privato e a meno di 10 minuti di auto situato a norkoping centro. ho mancato di poter fare un frigorifero da tavola e un cuoco d'acqua/ caffè e tè nella stanza stessa.
