Che soggiorno fantastico! Quando sono arrivato non sono riuscito a trovare la strada, la signora alla reception mi ha aiutato a indicarmi la strada, ho portato molte cose e ho chiesto a qualcuno di aiutarmi a spostarle. Il bambino ha bagnato il letto di notte, il personale di servizio è venuto a cambiarci le lenzuola senza dire una parola e ha preparato con cura giocattoli per bambini per farci addormentare, così premuroso! La stanza è ampia e spaziosa e puoi vedere le montagne a colpo d'occhio, il che può farti rilassare. Temo di non poter stare qui quando esco per giocare, ma è davvero pulito e igienico. Sceglierò questo hotel la prossima volta che verrò a giocare🥰

UUtente ospite喜歡國際，情由心生，是“盡吸西江,細斟北斗，萬象為賓客”的氣象，是“茫然不悟身，何處，水色天光共蔚藍”的悵惘，是“晝短苦夜長，何不秉燭遊”的鬆快，是”客亦之夫水與月乎”的空闊。酷熱難耐的夏日，身心俱疲，來到國際大酒店，一聲“您好”，一個微笑，彬彬有禮，親善親和，服務熟練且規範，熱切的詢問自己對於房間的要求和喜好，同時介紹附近的交通及商超情況。因為來時比較匆忙，打車的路上車輛出現了狀況又換了一輛車，隨身帶的鼻炎葯噴劑不知道遺落在哪裡了，來到酒店才發現，焦急萬分的我趕快和平台聯繫問詢司機的聯繫方式。張喻主管知道後一邊安撫我，一邊關切的瞭解具體情況交談中得知自己經常咳嗽和睡眠不好，馬上送來了乳膠枕和梨湯，蜂蜜水，體貼入微，關心備至。同時還問詢自己所用鼻炎葯噴劑的名稱，一 一做了記錄。我以為，這就是走馬觀燈式的服務而已，到此為止了。沒想到，一個小時以後，張主管氣喘吁吁，汗流浹背敲響了房間，畢恭畢敬遞上買來的外用噴劑和消毒濕巾，提示我再次核對，叮囑我用葯時間。一瞬間，温暖了我急躁的心，眼睛裏有了柔軟晶瑩的淚光，在熠熠閃動。深深的折服於這種專業，專注，專心的工作態度和盡心盡力，盡職盡責的敬業精神之中。早餐廳的陳富萍主管，也是盡心盡力，盡職盡責，熱情而詳盡的介紹早餐的中式，西式和粵式品種，如同久違的朋友和至親的家人一樣噓寒問暖，關懷備至。贈人玫瑰，手留餘香，更讓我悟徹到張家口國際大酒店的服務理念——誠信贏天下，質優贏客心！

Special mention to the Executive chef Scott Zhang who made sure we got our meals as how we wanted .The front office Paul Zhang and Joseph were really helpful.
The restaurant staff are really spot on too.
Breakfast was amazing ...a buffet with all sorts of food for the three days we stayed the food items were different. There's alacarte service for the rest of the day which is ok.
Very clean rooms and despite the temperature dip the room was heated well.
Enjoyed the skiing that's close to the hotel .Lots of activities to do.We couldn't ask for a better Christmas.
Will definitely recommend people with families to enjoy the hot tubs on the 10th floor after a day of skiing you can relax at the Steam and Sauna .
Great service and overall the Staff are well motivated.

Sono arrivato presto, il tema dell'auto non era ancora libero, ho cambiato un tema Kitty. Non importa se non ho portato i bambini questa volta, è davvero sorpresa. La luce del sole è così bella che è arrivata fuori verso il sentiero di Shaolong.

I am from Medan ,Indonesia .I can't resist writing a review of this hotel.The service at this hotel is very good that I feel comfortable like at home. So you don't feel lonely even if you stay 20 days at this hotel. Breakfast and lunch suit my tongue. And when I encountered difficulties I was greatly helped by 姚主管 . When package from another city is sent to me that is sent to the wrong address. I was also helped by the hotel vice president directly to pick it up. Also helped with food delivery by Xiao Chen Supervisor.When I checked out I was given ride by the hotel to the railway station.
It really a very good experience , meeting very kind people at this hotel.
Will stay at this hotel when I come back.

UUtente ospite這次很意外，碰上孩子家長大人動手大小孩的事情，大聲喊服務員，保安，最後服務員經理來了，就是看不到保安。
大人不剋制，都快打起來都不見保安。
我想報警又覺得來了時間太長，也覺得還沒有必要。
建議加強安全管理，酒店真的沒有保安維護秩序之類，衹有門口指揮停車的保安。
謝謝，總體酒店還可以，價格很實在，就是檔次上不來。適合小孩來玩。

The shuttle schedule can be found at the counter in the reception. The breakfast in the basement is pretty good. Chinese food but no coffee so this time I brought my own.
