The good: Wi-Fi good and fast. Room size big. Room has high quality furniture. Front desk service good. Breakfast coffee is pretty good. The bad: Location not so convenient for downtown, 30 min walk. Breakfast has cheapest cereal, cheapest butter, cheapest bacon, cheapest milk. Park View? What view? What park? :-) seems miles away and you can't see it. 😀

Clean and comfortable room, very nice stay, breakfast is OK, but breakfast restaurant a bit too cold. Will stay again if travelling to Zhangjiakoy

房間內裝品質在線，玻璃磚圍成的洗手間風格獨特。暖氣很熱，冬天也來完全不會冷。早飯也不錯，現煮麪條餛燉可以選番茄或牛肉兩種鹵，自助餐部分還有特色炒傀儡。停車方便，樓下地面車位+酒店B3地下車位。電梯直達距離近。

酒店位於張家口老城區附近，酒店邊上就有一個大超市超市發，交通也比較方便。酒店設施和服務也中規中矩，對客人的響應也比較及時。由於張家口還沒有集中供暖，擔心晚上氣温低，還特意送來了一個取暖器。早餐品類還比較齊全，能比較好地滿足早餐需求。

我們一般出來玩差不多都是住智選假日酒店的，昨晚住宿真實感受房間太暗了，全部燈打開了還是不行。可能是這酒店開業時間有點長，有些設施老化了。早餐食物很多，但是收盤子阿姨拖着碗筷拖車到桌子旁收拾，這聲音真的是影響了我們的就餐，這個是我們住智選假日第一次碰到的，這服務質量與這個品牌是不相符的。但是前台服務還是不錯的，送了水果盤，還推薦了當地美食店，怕我們冷還安排小暖風機用。水果盤還有個桔子🍊

第一個房間，一開始發現床單有不明污漬，溝通説沒保潔上班了，要自己換，想着算了自己換吧。換了時候發現枕頭套也沒換，臟死了，枕頭上還有頭髮和發黃的污漬，床單也是不知道啥東西，感覺這個房間都沒打掃，電話擺設一樣前台電話打不通，一趟趟下樓跑，一開始還不願意給我換房間，看我態度很強硬，給我説有個房間沒水壺，我説我用不到你水壺，給我換了個更奇葩的房間，這窗簾你是和我開玩笑吧，這是什麼鬼東西，我**看外面看的一清二楚，外面看裏面也是一樣，假日酒店現在怎麼回事？真的有史以來住的最差的一次。

從草原天路下來，住到了這裏，樓下有個超市，購物比較方便。離博物館不遠。工作人員服務態度很好，對換房間等態度很好，還積極給出建議。我原以為這家酒店是holiday inn，結果是express，😓。我住的那個房間，淋浴間下水有點堵，下水很慢。電視可以升級下，現在大屏幕電視都跟不要錢似的，還用10幾年前的小電視有點説不過去，分辨率也跟不上時代了。這是攜程積分兑換的一晚，總體還不錯。床品比較乾淨衞生。浴巾可以整大點，厚點。

親子房是兩個房間相連接的設計，有兩個衞生間，用起來非常方便。桌子也長，能擺放很多東西。帶着家裡長者和孩子的，可以選擇這樣的房間，一個大床，和兩個單人床。早餐供應的還可以，晚去會也有吃的。如果開車來的話，要停到地下三層，車位不是很多，免費停車。如果是SUV車，進入口時一定要小心，入口有點窄，每一層的入口和出口都是窄的。
