Hotel is very clean. Room is very large. Hotel has shutter bus between hotel and chongli raiway station. It has a plenty of food near the hotel.

I stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry. I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced. One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English. At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

A very convenient place to move your snowboard and ski around. Great location. Top quality in the area.

Value for money, for the room size and location.

I happened to get a free upgrade. The room has a bathtub and a dehumidifier. You can see partial of the snow track. Very nice bfast spread. Comfortable bed, generous with bottles mineral water supply. They Clean room daily.

Not bad. Not great. Not actually ski in and ski out. Its a bit of a walk to the resort. No in room dining. Breakfast wasn’t great. The room was fine. Just dont look at the floor corners too hard. Would recommend the crown plaza for the breakfast and in room dining. Although its a 5 minute taxi away definitely worth the comfort perks.

Very nice hotel with huge rooms and a prefect location close to the Fulong Ski area. Only negative is the high temperature in the room (27degrees) during the night which was not adjustable and what made us hard to sleep.

The Holiday Inn Resort Zhangjiakou is a great hotel with only 5min walking distance from the Forlong Ski/snowboard area. We stayed in a family room with bunk bed and our kids loved it. Breakfast is very good as well with choice between Western and Asien food. If your Chinese is not so good, a few employees can speak English as well. We definitely would come again.

A very nice hotel. Warm service, spacious room, delicious foods. Special thanks to Kitty at the restaurant, Kerry and Sunny at reception. You gals are professional with a touch of warmth which made me feel at home.

Awesome hotel with great staff. Reception personnel super helpful and friendly. Will definitely book in next year for 2 weeks.

the service was great and the location was perfect. but the food options were limited and no room service after 10 pm. night ski ends at 9:30pm and would be great if there are midnight snack options or at least fill the minibar with some amenities or etc.
