It's a great hotel, service and dining were top-notch. The best part was being able to walk right out to the chairlift. All the staff were great, even though it was during CNY and busy. The rooms are nice but had some off quirks - really nowhere to sit (one chair in a family suite) and we never really figured out which light switches controlled what.

5/5 stars! Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service from Jason Wen and Tom - their warm hospitality made us feel right at home! We were even treated to a complimentary room upgrade, complete with a stunning balcony view! The hotel's convenient location, just a 10-minute drive from the town center, made exploring a breeze. While shopping options nearby are limited, the HU WA restaurant on the hotel's first floor is a must-try, serving delicious dishes at affordable prices! Breakfast at the hotel was impressive, with a wide variety of options and top-notch service. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, comfortable stay, and great location! A special tip for snow ski/board beginners: this resort is an excellent place to start! However, consider renting equipment in town, as prices are nearly half compared to other ski resorts. Although the rental fees are higher here, the equipment and clothing are relatively new, less than a year old.

Very good value place to stay

It was great stay, starting from check in, staff Tiffany is especially detailed in her explanation and even brought us to the ski rental and instructor area to answer our queries. Throughout the stay, we added her in WeChat and she replied promptly when we encountered any issues. My room is facing the slope and the ski resort is accessible at the basement level which makes it convenient. Breakfast spread is good too with international spread. The Chinese restaurant that located at the basement has very nice food too. This hotel is highly recommended for the service and location to the ski resort.

Stayed 3 days 2 nights and our room was ready upon arrival the morning. We had a up graded room which the balcony faces the ski mountain! Excellent service by Jason Wen from the start of our stay to the end. He make sure that our family were well taken care of during the 3 days. One of the best service here and I will never hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends. On our last day, Jason drove us to the railway station as we had 4 luggages & 2 kids in toll. Everything here in this hotel was great. Once again, I would like to thank Jason Wen for going extra miles for us.

這次來崇禮真是有幸選擇住在了張家口雲瑧金陵翠雲山酒店，客房銷售部的王艷梅經理和9層中餐廳的趙曉霞經理對客人的照顧真的是無微不至！使我們感覺像是在家一樣地舒適。 王艷梅經理親自到親子房查看房間保暖問題，説如果電暖器不夠熱，可以再送一床被子來。礦泉水喝完了，立刻安排送水到房間。 酒店9層中餐廳的趙曉霞經理，為了給寶寶提供可口的飯菜，單獨安排餐廳做了適合寶寶吃的雞蛋蔬菜薄餅，疙瘩湯還有蔬菜。水果有點涼就給加温到不冰送到餐桌，提前問我們下一頓想吃什麼好提前做好準備。以前住過那麼多酒店，這是第一次感覺到賓至如歸，酒店的服務絕對是一流的，以後再到崇禮，我們還會選擇雲瑧金陵翠雲山酒店。

酒店地址非常便捷 下了高速直達 這個季節入住的人不多 是因為崇禮真的還很冷啊！我們第一次來都忽略了 建議6月後再過來 酒店後門出來就是纜車可以直達山頂 B線是小滑車 但由於季節原因沒有開。真的很可惜呀 選這個酒店是因為人不多 我們全家都不喜歡扎堆兒 入住前有專門的經理聯繫我們 李倩嵐 還主動幫我們辦了延遲退房手續 還蠻貼心的 酒店離縣城和富龍小鎮都不遠 開車7—8分鐘吧 吃飯特別方便 選擇也多 想暑期再來

這家酒店是我們一直我很想入住的酒店，雪季的時候因為都在寒假實在不捨得，這次趁非雪季終於住上了。先説房間，定的普通家庭房，免費升級了高級家庭房（好像是這個名字），房間足夠大，一家四口住起來非常寬敞，給孩子足夠的活動空間。洗手池一大一小，小洗手池出水口還有卡通玩具，很適合小朋友（牙刷等用具也都是小童款），房間有圓形浴缸，多虧帶了一次性泡澡袋，孩子在裏面泡的很開心，不過我們這個季節剛好停暖天氣又不熱，所以泡的時間比較短。房間我家體感不冷，沒開空調。這個房間雪季是雪景房，現在是山景房，視野很好，夏天的話能看見高山滑車（就是初級道）。下面説説早餐，崇禮這幾家滑進滑出的酒店，這家早餐還是非常不錯的，品種比較豐富，味道也不錯，中西兼顧，南北皆具，居然還有羊雜湯哦。最後，酒店的服務很好，還有歡迎水果，雖然衹有香蕉，橙子和香梨各一衹，但是品相很好。夏天有機會帶孩子過來還想入住這家。

這次入住體驗超棒！房間寬敞整潔，配套設施齊全，床品柔軟舒適，最讓人驚喜的是早餐種類豐富多樣，中西式美食應有盡有，完全能滿足不同口味需求。尤其要表揚早餐服務員曉敏，她熱情周到，幫忙找到靠窗的位置，還貼心照顧孩子的用餐感受，整個早餐過程都充滿温暖。酒店後門就是翠雲山景區，周圍有親子樂園等遊樂設施，環境宜人，下次來崇禮，一定還選雲臻酒店！

五一，什麼設施都沒開，不能游泳，沒有空調，住宿整體環境很好，視野很好，直接能看到滑雪場，硬件不錯。不足之處，洗浴用品小瓶擰蓋的一次性不太方便，還是喜歡大酒店直接按壓的大瓶裝。吹風機不到兩分鐘就過因為過熱停止，等五到十分鐘才能用非常不方便，好在服務還可以
