L'hotel era comodo e ben posizionato. Il ristorante cinese è molto buono e non costoso, ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La colazione è discreta.

The hotel is ideally situated in a prime location, making it easy to reach and navigate. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its stunning beauty and elegant decor. The check-in process was very smooth. They even offer self check-in. After we arrived to our room we received a welcome plate of fruit and yogurt. The room we stayed in was a masterpiece of design, meticulously decorated with a keen eye for detail, and the cleanliness maintained by the staff was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an impressive variety of dishes, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The area surrounding the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the river, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. The other amenities are very nice.

Absolutely horrible experience. The hotel's manager and the reception staff do not welcome foreigners. We have filed a formal complaint and expect that the manager will be sanctioned. In the meantime, save yourselves the humiliation and ill treatment and find a different hotel.

房間寬敞，設施完善新穎高檔，衞生很棒，早餐和晚餐自助都很棒，停車位充足！每個房間準備六瓶純凈水，還可以隨時補充。為客户着想。工作人員熱情，前台的小王和客房部的小劉，服務熱情，不厭其煩，解決客人的問題，直到滿意為止，給兩位女士點贊

2024 年的端午節因為“威尼斯大酒店”而格外温暖，入住酒店竟然收到了好多貼心禮物，在這裏感受到了家一般的温暖和關懷，真心感謝酒店的用心與關懷，讓我有了如此美好的體驗！非常值得推薦的一家酒店！！！

酒店地理位置非常好。高速下去2公里多一點就到了。在清水河邊，房間大，乾淨。床大軟件非常好， 早餐特棒！！ 推薦給朋友，下次還會再來！

遇到的每個服務人員都會笑着打招呼。第一天我沒提要求，第二天打掃時通過屋裡物品發現我們帶孩子，主動放了小童拖鞋和牙具。衞生方面我感覺沒有死角，尤其衞生間我仔細看過。抽屜裏還有餐墊，吃外賣時可以鋪。窗簾和衞生間的簾子是電動的。自助餐的水果裏，沃柑特別甜，我看大家都不知道拿😂第一天還付費吃了一次自助晚餐（主題是俄羅斯燒烤節），我看當地人去的也不少，價格對比北京來説太便宜了，肉和紅酒不錯，不過啤酒不太行。 缺點是這個時間段房間裏有點熱，和屋外温差略大 PS:孩子對這兩面牆印象深刻，一個是貝殼牆，一個是瑪瑙片牆

超級棒的酒店，性價比極高，早餐在五星酒店算是中上等，酒店給升級的房型，能看見河和對面的山，酒店服務超級棒，沒的説，以後再來張家口繼續首選

超級贊。房間很大，訂的商務標準間，免費升級了房型。酒店免費停車，交通也很方便。早餐很棒！自助晚餐性價比也很高……總之一切都棒棒噠。
