Siamo tornati con molta soddisfazione in questo stupendo hotel a Zermatt e siamo stati benissimo. Personale estremamente gentile,ottimo servizio shuttle x la stazione,camere bellissime e spaziose dotate di ogni comfort e splendida vista sul Matterhorn. Colazione abbondante e cena deliziosa nel ristorante dell hotel molto caratteristico in legno e ambiente raffinato. Il punto forte è la nuovissima spa...splendida!!Eravamo stati all hotel 4 anni fa ed era già molto bello con tanto di spa e piscina ma da poco la spa è stata completamente costruita nuova...fantastica con tanto di jacuzzi su terrazza, piscina coperta con acqua a sfioro e vasca idromassaggio, accogliente angolo bbi e reparto sauna e hammam splendido il tutto compreso nel prezzo della camera. Non vediamo l ora di tornare a trovarvi!!!

Goao picked us up from the GBB station and pointed out different restaurants that we might like. Walking into the hotel revealed a scent perfect for the senses, and the decor was fabulous. We were greeted by Marco’s smiling face. He was pleasant and full of information. He answered all of our questions and was very attentive to our needs. We mistakenly took the lift down to the basement but was surprised when Martin, the owner of the hotel, greeted us and inquired about our experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and it had a great layout. Balcony views of the mountains on both sides were an added bonus. We enjoyed the daily complimentary breakfast, the selections were awesome, and the staff were nice and pleasant. Between the three gentleman and the breakfast staff, we felt welcomed and appreciated. We will definitely stay here again if we’re able to return to Zermatt. I highly recommend it.

Grand hotel Don't expect luxury but given the price point you know this already The rooms are small but functional with everything you need for your stay including a great coffee machine that's up daily. Il pranzo è ben oltre quello che mi aspettavo e aveva cereali, carne, yogurt, pane, formaggi, salsicce, uova e probabilmente molto di più! Situato a 5 minuti a piedi dal noleggio di sci Bayard, e un altro minuto per la ferrovia Gornergrat che vi porta sulle tracce Dalla struttura, si può essere sul treno in meno di 10 minuti. Il personale è molto utile e ci ha permesso di tenere le borse lì l'ultimo giorno, anche se abbiamo controllato. Se i vostri piani sono di sciare tutto il giorno, andate fuori in una sera e lo userei come un posto per dormire.

Tannenhof is well located near the Murmeltierbrunnen (groundhog fountain), next to Zermatterhof Hotel. The building is very modern in inside to a high standard. The rooms and beds were superb, with a great shower. The only star I deducted was the sporadic service at breakfast and poor communication. The young lady briefed with restocking breakfast and clearing tables was a little reluctant, but could be persuaded. I had sent a message to the hotel months in advance and asked for one of our rooms to be made up with twin beds. I even had a friendly confirmation back. On arrival however, no notice could be found and both rooms had double beds. Not a major thing, but a hotel in this category and price range should be able to deal with this. Also on our arrival, the restaurant was closed for the day (it was open again the next day). Again, no notice was given to us. Out of the many messages I was sent by Tannenhof to check in online beforehand, none indicated a closed dinner option at the hotel. Again, not a major thing, but something that wasn’t aligned with rest of the luxurious ambience at Tannenhof.

Il check-in è stato senza saldatura, anche se era solo un iPad. Avevamo bisogno di pagare una tassa turistica tramite un collegamento online prima dell'arrivo, ma siamo stati molto attenti, dato il numero di truffe online oggi - forse sarebbe meglio farlo in anticipo?
La stanza era incredibile, pulita, abbastanza grande, con balcone, comoda letto. Uno dei membri del personale (un uomo) ci ha permesso di mettere il nostro bagaglio in camera prima, anche se potevamo solo codificare la nostra carta dopo le 3:00. Ci ha anche aiutato a prenotare a Du Pont, perché non avevamo un numero svizzero, grazie mille!
L'hotel si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria principale, ma ci sono autobus gratuiti che possono abbreviare il viaggio.
Siamo stati in Svizzera per 2 settimane e questo hotel è certamente il miglior alloggio che abbiamo avuto - anche a un prezzo molto buono!

Non pensare che la villa di montagna sia guardare Matt Hungping. La città stessa è circondata dalla montagna. 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Quando ho visto la chiesa passare attraverso il terreno, ho dovuto andare a vedere la città luminosa la notte. Non oso andare. Non c'è trappola, non c'è acqua, e la colazione è molto comune. Se vuoi vedere la porta di Jinshan, la salute e'bene.

We found the hotel to fit our needs. It was quiet, located off the central Zermatt area. This meant that to get to and from the shops you needed to walk for 10-15 minutes (not bad, but still tiring after a day on the slopes). As other reviews noted, it is closer to the Matterhorn Paradise Express Gondola station than to the Sunnegga Bottom Station. Would have wished the hotel offers transfer from the train station at no charge (rather than charging per person), especially due to to their still high prices. The room was spartan with no kettle, cups or glasses. You could pick them from a table on the first floor, but could not understand why they would not simply be placed in the room. Also, no coffee or tea packets. The room was very clean though and the beds soft and comfortable. We appreciated the high quality sheets, blankets, and pillows. Surprisingly, you cannot take a shower at night (at least that was what was written in the room). The curtains were great, blocking all light. Our room had a balcony with a view of the mountains and through some trees could even see even the tip of the Matterhorn!

Situazione fantastica vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e una grande stanza moderna che è molto spaziosa e confortevole. Letto, sedia e tavolo, grande bagno moderno con grande bagno e riscaldamento sotterraneo, carichi di spazio di magazzinaggio per vestiti e casse, e un grande balcone che guarda le montagne. Non si possono sentire treni con porte al balcone chiuse così un grande sonno notturno. Il buffet non era aperto durante il nostro soggiorno, ma ci sono molte opzioni a Tasch e Zermatt e due bellissimi piccoli supermercati locali lungo la strada che si trovano tutti i principali oggetti.

Arrivati con gli sci da Valtournache, abbiamo trascorso una notte in questo posto fantastico. Avevamo una camera vista Cervino e godersi sia il tramonto che l’alba dalla finestra vale la maggiorazione che viene chiesta . Certo che anche la vista sul monte rosa sia cosa da nulla! Hotel perfetto in tutto e per tutto, cena, colazione, servizio, pulizia simpatia dei gestori. E quando alla sera la “folla” torna con il treno a Zermatt e si resta “soli” ad ammirare i paesaggi , sembra di essere in paradiso ! Lo slogan del comprensorio sciistico “wake up!you’re in paradise” è azzeccatissimo. Consigliamo al 100%

UUtente ospiteIl Matterhornlodge si trova a circa 5-10 min a piedi dalla stazione Zermatt.
Siamo arrivati alle 1:00 e siamo stati informati che il check-in era solo alle 2:00, quindi siamo andati a pranzo e siamo tornati alle 2.30pm. Ci siamo salutati da Ruth, la proprietaria dell'hotel, che ci ha fornito un'ampia informazione sulle regole e sulle politiche della casa. Ruth era molto calda, amichevole e affascinante; era molto inclinata a visitare e era felice di scoprire di più dove siamo venuti e di cosa avevamo intenzione di fare. Ruth ci ha anche dato delle raccomandazioni per Bern quando le abbiamo detto che andavamo lì lì prossimo.
Anche se l'hotel è stato dichiarato di essere 4 stelle, siamo stati molto impressionati dalla stanza e dalle strutture. Il bagno è stato dotato di un bidet e le toilette fornite erano di buona qualità. La stanza era anche molto spaziosa con abbastanza spazio per aprire 2 bagagli. Le tute e i vestiti erano spesso, caldi e fluffosi.
Il colazione fornito al mattino era anche molto buono con una selezione decente di pane, tagli freddi, formaggio e uova.
Al checkout, Ruth ci ha anche dato un viaggio complimentare alla stazione ferroviaria nel suo veicolo elettrico.
In generale, abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno al Matterhornlodge e siamo stati molto impressionati dall’ospitalità di Ruth.

However, need to take note that their reception will only be there till 10pm. It’s actually stated but I didn’t read it so when I arrived Zermatt train station at 11pm, I panicked a little. We flag down the taxi at my own cost, 18chf for 3 people and luggages, they dont provide free taxi after 10pm. Also, the entrance door will be closed/locked after 10pm, we rang the bell and the door opened and they left the key with a letter on the counter for the check in.
The breakfast place is also overlooking the Matterhorn and it’s so pretty. Stayed for only 1 night but really enjoyed my stay there!

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in agosto. Posizione eccellente, gradevole giardino dove bere un aperitivo. Personale altamente professionale e nello stesso tempo alla mano fa sentire l'ospite a proprio agio. Ottima colazione con possibilità di ordinare piatti preparati al momento, i pancakes sono favolosi. Abbiamo cenato due sere al ristorante dell'hotel Stokhorn, ambiente tipico e raffinato, carne eccellente, piatti ben presentati.Era un piacere vedere lo chef che preparava il tutto a vista. Ottima carta vini. Prezzi adeguati alla qualità e ...a Zermatt. La camera 22 spaziosa con un comodo terrazzino con splendido affaccio sul Cervino, alba stupenda! Biancheria da letto molto bella e morbida. Pulizia impeccabile. Tuttavia non posso evitare alcune osservazioni all'architetto che ha curato la ristrutturazione delle camere: - ha messo le luci nell'armadio ma in tutta la stanza manca uno specchio intero e per una donna è un dramma - il lavabo praticamente di fianco al letto non consente la giusta privacy e con tutti i flaconi asciugamani ecc. non è certo bello da vedere - lo specchio d'ingrandimento è stranamente in basso ad altezza bambino, inutilizzabile - non ci sono i porta asciugamani - la doccia sebbene di comode dimensioni è però aperta sulla camera e senza porta, rumore, schizzi e zero privacy - la ventola di aspirazione è rumorosa e non essendoci porta disturba chi sta riposando - lo sgabello che dovrebbe essere un comodino è ridicolo, non si riesce ad appoggiarvi quasi nulla, impensabile mettere un bicchiere d'acqua per la notte - il.divanetto a lato della finestra è troppo basso e scomodo - mi chiedo come fanno due ospiti in inverno ad utilizzare l'armadio, troppo piccolo. Bello.il design minimal ma con tutto quello spazio si poteva fare di meglio. Comunque siamo stati bene e ci torneremmo volentieri.

李李家的木Everything was good at this hotel except the automatic lights sensor which has a very annoying sound throughout our stay.
Other than this, all’s well when it comes to the location, wifi was stable, room design and scenic views from the balcony were as reflected on the website and not forgetting, the complimentary shuttle to train station.

UUtente ospiteWe could not fault our stay at the Matthiol! We stayed for a week for our winter Honeymoon and to ski, and it was absolutely perfect! The rooms are beautifully appointed and spacious. The views are gorgeous and the location is just a short walk from one of the free bus stops. The breakfast buffet was THE BEST we have ever had, and the restaurant, Filet et Fils, was brilliant (the fondue huts were also a delicious and cool experience). The staff and service were absolute stand-outs. They were so helpful, providing recommendations and helping to coordinate ski hire etc. We will definitely come back next time we're in Zermatt, and we can't wait to stay again. Thank you to the Matthiol for making our Honeymoon so special!

we stayed 3 nights and were luckily blessed with 1 day of clear whether at the top of the mountains.
2 ways to walk to the hotel from train station, the shorter one that google will tell u includes a steep climb (difficult if you have luggages in tow).
the easier and better walk will just be to keep going straight, turn left at the matterhon musuem / church junction, and from there just a short gradual stretch to reach the hotel. very doable even with kids and luggage .

La proprietà non menzionava che l'autobus non andava più al fermo di luchre. La proprietà è abbastanza alta in montagna. L'autobus mi ha lasciato un posto in basso al fermo. quindi è stato molto difficile prendere il bagaglio alla proprietà. Inoltre, la distanza tra la fermata di Luchre e la proprietà è anche un po' lunga. considerando la rigidità. Secondo, la proprietà non ha sollevamento! Era davvero difficile andare al terzo piano con bagagli. Per me, un certo personale romeno mi ha aiutato a portare la valigia al terzo piano. Anche io trovo la stanza (probabilmente 138 o 134) che mi era stata data all'ultimo angolo del corridoio, che è buono, ma al contrario di quella stanza, C'è un'altra proprietà che ha una camera da letto o una sala da letto che si trova davanti alla mia stanza, la stanza non ha una cortina. L'albero di gioventù interlaken ha la cortina. non tutte le camere hanno bisogno di cortina, ma alcune camere che si trovano di fronte ad altre proprietà, consiglio fortemente questo piccolo supplemento. quando ho detto alla signora, disse, andare in un hotel, questo è ostello. Risposi: Interlaken ha una cortina, lei non ha risposto. UUtente ospiteGreat hotel with great friendly staff. Was here with 40+ people and it was an amazing experience. Wait staff at breakfast and dinners were just wonderful, so friendly. Front desk people were knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend Albana Real hotel for anyone. Breakfast food was great and we had three meals here, one in each of three different specialities. Location was also very good, but in Zurmatt no location is poor

Tuttavia, mi ci sono voluta circa due ore e ho risolto questo con la ricezione dei servizi alpini, ma non c'è nessuna ricezione principale in questo lobby, ma i prestatori di servizi sono stati eccellenti. La stanza è molto spaziosa e pulita e è stata un piacevole soggiorno grazie al grande servizio e conforto della stanza.

GGuest user123Inizialmente ero un po' preoccupante su questo hotel basato su recensioni, ma è stato un buon soggiorno!! Grande valore per Zermatt! Camminare circa 10 minuti dalla stazione Zermatt, sulla strada shopping. Igiene e scale su un po' piccolo ma ok per noi. Fortunatamente siamo stati situati al primo piano, quindi non abbiamo dovuto salire troppo le scale con il nostro bagaglio. Cosa notare: non ha visto un bin (solo un piccolo in bagno) per portare il tuo sacchetto di plastica per un bin, così come le mutandine in camera.
Il posto era pulito! Tuttavia, ci sono alcune musica forte che giocano anche nelle ore di notte disgustose come le 3:00, quindi se siete un sonno leggero, potreste dover mettere su alcuni cluci per mufflare il rumore. Tuttavia, Grazie mille per il vostro soggiorno. Il pranzo era fantastico, semplicemente diffuso, ma molto caldo e il caffè era il più delizioso che abbia mai avuto. Era il fine settimana di Pasqua, quindi ci sono anche belle uova di Pasqua per colazione! La signora era bella, e il check-in e check-out era molto facile e senza saldatura.
