Trip.com did not state the linen fee charges per person on their website. When I arrived I was shocked that a 4CHF per person per night has turned in a 78 CHF payment which is a huge discrepancy. However, it took me about 2 hours and I resolved this with the service reception of Alpen. There is no main reception in this lobby but the service providers were superb. The room is amazingly spacious and clean and it was an overall lovely stay thanks to the great service and comfort of the room.

Location is not too far from train station in zermatt. Large apartment & nice look out roof windows. Price reasonable for large area.

This was abit of a bummer as it was quite far from the main station. And Zermatt largely we had to walk around. We found out that it was a sister hotel to the main hotel at the Alpine spa. So it was not a great experience also as this was more like an apartment styled place. It was freezing cold and the heater was not working that well. But some positives were the space and the size of the room. Really good on that front!

位置非常遠， trip.com的圖片，和文字誤導客人。圖片的水療和泳池根本是在一間姊妹高級Alpen Resort酒店裏面. 而且每人需付費40瑞郎才能夠享用，但這個酒店距離路程要10分鐘以上，請問如何能享受完水療在冷冰冰的街道滾回公寓呢？ Check-in當日騰節萬分。我明白是4:00才能，只是想着行李寄存 拖着重的行李行上山路到達才發現這是一個完全沒有人看管的公寓。按鈴有一個女人說可以開門給我們把行李放在地面，但是不保證有沒有人偷走，我們已經沒有能力拖着行李跑回姊妹酒店check-in，門口可以信用卡check-in但是訂這個酒店是我用老公的信用卡，我沒有帶在身因此也不能用機器 只好把行李放下隻身跑到靚酒店check-in，慶幸店員能夠在三點給房，於是我們以奔跑的速度返回公寓，行李沒有被拿走否則不知道怎樣完成以下的行情，但已經到擔心了 打開睡房竟給我們最低樓層面對石的牆壁，說好了的馬特洪峰景觀是在一個很難看的小角度看到。房間都是很大，有廚房煮食但他的隔音非常差唔撚樓上樓下隔離說話你會聽得一清二楚而且廁所裏面的抽氣扇發出噪音呢排都關上以後就算隔籬房打開抽濕通過牆壁的震動，你都會有地震的聲浪 ，睡床非常之院友一件事塌陷的枕頭有時空氣一樣完全沒有𠄘力說完一晚頸痛 我明白策馬特的房租很貴，而且一間公寓是我整個瑞士行程裏面最貴的房間但是服務衛生各方面都很失望最重要是你網站的圖片不停誤導客人我以為苦了高昂的房間可以享受水療請你們立即把這些相片取消｜也請大家注意一下在廚房貼咗一個告示很多罰款都很高昂請大家注意好清潔垃圾我不想來開之後他會在信用卡收取你罰款。

環境還不錯 一點都不吵 可以睡個好覺

スタッフの方達が親切です。 部屋からはマッターホルンを見ることができ、ベランダで過ごし時間はとても幸せでした。

Sono stato a Zermatt pochissimo e con poco preavviso, mia figlia che lavora li mi ha trovato questo residence, molto conveniente e vicino a lei, a parte il primo shock di non trovare nessuno con cui interagire alla reception, devo dire che il metodo per le poche operazioni di ceck in è stato facile ed "intuitivo" perché in lingua italiana non c'erano le istruzioni quindi abbiamo usato intuito (tanto) e quel poco che si conosce di inglese. La camera era molto meglio delle aspettative, pulita, molto bella e tanto riscaldata, tanto spazio e luce, ma istruzioni o regole d'uso in italiano manco a parlarne però la TV aveva un sacco di canali italiani. Il bagno con vasca e schermo in vetro per fare la doccia poco pratica. Unica pecca il forno della cucina sporco e il vialetto d'ingresso molto sconnesso e nessuno ha spalato dalla neve in due giorni. Alla fine siamo stati benissimo, lo raccomando.

We were very satisfied with our stay. It was perfect for us. If you are looking for a place that has a ton of amenities, this is not the place for you. But if you are just looking for a very clean, comfortable, roomy, and convenient place to stay in Zermatt, this place is perfect. We have been to Zermatt several times and have stayed in several different places. This place was very clean and had a fabulous view of the Matterhorn from just sitting on the sofa (We had the one-bedroom mountain view room on the second floor). But, there is construction and a big parking garage right in front of the building (Which does not bother us at all, but if you're looking for that beautiful unobstructed views, then this is not the place for you!) We loved sitting on the super large balcony after skiing every evening! The walk from the train station is a flat walk, so you could roll your luggage on your own. Just when you get to the turn to go up to the apartment building, there are two slopes you will have to go up, but this was no big deal to us. We loved the convenience of not having to pay 17 CHF for a taxi. The apartment was well equipped with a fridge, microwave, stovetop, oven and coffee maker (which we never figured out which pods to use -- Nespresso did not seem to work for us) Our biggest complaint is the bedding. The bed was super hard. They only give you two king size FLAT pillows. The two down duvets were super nice, however. It would have been nice to have extra pillows and an extra couple of blankets to snuggle up with on the sofa or on the balcony. We never did ask for more pillows because we had no idea who to ask. I'm assuming we could have probably asked at the Alpen Resort, which is a short walk from the building and I think the company who own these apartments. We just never asked, so possibly they would have given us extra pillows? The bathroom was super nice and updated with heated floors. The shower was roomy and with fantastic water pressure. As far as the self-check in, we had zero problems with it. Super easy as long as you have the check-in code, which they send you an email with the day before you check in. Very simple. There's a small kiosk right outside the doors to the building. We got off the train, rolled our luggage to the apartment building (Took us around 10 minutes to walk there); walked up the ramps and stopped at the kiosk in front of the front doors, selected English option and then followed the steps and it spit out two room keys for us. Very easy. But if you have issues, there's an intercom right there where you can call for help. We walked to the ski shop (Banyard) right next to the Gornergrot train station and rented out skis there, walked across the street to the train station and then went up to the Matterhorn to ski everyday. Banyard has ski lockers right there so you can walk in your street shoes to the shop, go to your locker and put your ski boots on there, grab your skis and catch

The apartment was good however no wood for the fire and it was a bit cold. Good ski room with heated boot storage, good bathrooms and beds and very good location for the bus. The only downside was the front desk staff at the Alpen resort who managed the apartments were not very helpful almost unpleasant. Apart from that tha apartment was spacious and we had a good trip

We booked & paid for a one bed apartment (with Matterhorn view) for 2 nights by almost 11 months before we travelled in 2023. Unfortunately, 4 months before we travelled, they cancelled our booking without giving any reason, ******* just said they couldn't honour our booking. Yes, we had our refund back from ******* but it created such a panic for us to find the next hotel & created such a big disappointment. We are going back to Zermatt in this May 24 but we aren't brave enough to take the risk with Residence Patricia again.

We have a great time at Residence Patricia. The apartment is spacious with all the things we needed. We can see the Matterhorn from the windows of the apartment as well as from the balcony. The only issue is there is no reception at the building. We need to check in via a machine, or do it at the sister hotel's reception (Alpen Resort & Spa) which is around 5 mins walk away.

i made 2 stay at patricia. this was my first apartment stay for trip. in short, apartment was much more expectation. clean room with good cooking equipment including salt, pepper & oil. perfect view of matterholn from good space of veranda with table where we enjoyed breakfast, lunch & dinner. 15minutes walk fm zermatt station to apartment. lovely apartments, hotel, shops around Patricia. i would recommend you should go to viewpoint, to which it would take 20 minutes fm apartment. both daytime and night time were splendid with cute houses&matterholn! p.s. paragliding by flybypara was also splendid. i would recommend it as welas Patricia :)

We stayed here for 2 nites, and had a very enjoyable stay. The room was large, comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, and well-equipped. And we particularly enjoyed the balcony with great view of the Matterhorn. We would definitely stay here again.
