Che bel hotel, siamo arrivati alla stazione di Zermatt il domenica 4 febbraio, e sono stati raccolti da Annett proprietario dell'hotel, in un bug elettrico come Zermatt è gratuito per l'auto. L'hotel è a circa cinque minuti a piedi dal centro della città, ed è in una posizione fantastica. All'arrivo all'hotel ci fu offerto un bicchiere di prosecco nella zona della reception\ bar. La zona del soggiorno è molto accogliente con un bel fuoco aperto. La nostra camera aveva una vista meravigliosa sul Matterhorn, abbiamo prenotato una sala di vista Matterhorn in anticipo. La stanza aveva tutto quello che voleva, ed era bella e confortevole. Il balcone aveva sedie con lancia, così potresti sedersi e prendere in vista del Matterhorn. Il colazione era davvero bello con una vasta selezione di cibo caldo e freddo, tutto quello che volevi. Il personale dell'hotel è tutto molto amichevole e utile. Vorremmo tornare lì di nuovo. Così felice abbiamo scelto questo hotel, perché ha reso perfetto il nostro soggiorno a Zermatt. Avremmo certamente raccomandato questo hotel a chiunque andasse a Zermatt, la amarrà.

Chelmat è un hotel molto sorprendente, molto progettato, la reception è molto entusiasta e ha iniziato a portarti nella stanza per presentare tutte le strutture.C'era un po'di guaio quel giorno, non ho visto la cima della montagna, ma la neve che si svegliava il giorno dopo ha reso suo figlio molto felice. La colazione è molto buona, e si può ordinare uova singole e waffle.Le strutture della stanza sono anche molto buone, ci sono anche un piccolo bacino, e l'inverno è molto caldo.C'è una piscina all'aperto in un piano dell'hotel, e il freddo è ancora molto eccitante per due giorni. C'è un campo di hockey alla porta. I bambini di mattina praticano l'hockey. È anche divertente guardare accanto.

Beyond Expectations. The Phone-call for Shuttle service Back and Forth pick up from the Station was quick precise and done with a smile by the porters,the receptionist in the check in was so fast,informative,professional and welcoming aswell as the others staff of the whole hotel. we would highly recommend the place to others, specially the room we got from the receptionist that is 803, The room itself was so huge with some free coffes and tea and that the Comfort room downstairs was so huge it literally was double the size of my other hotel rooms in Switzerland, For this 2023 trip. The amenities is awesome specially after a long hike on the hills and you only wanted to relax your body Then The spa and pool Are there for you. The breakfast was cool and have different varieties that you may choose from, for cold or warm food. and a minor adjustment maybe in arrangement of the food and making sure that the expose area around the food plates is always cleaned and maintained for the next batch of breakfast eater.. I’ll post some videos or picture when i get my computer up and running. But Zermatt budget rooms.. see ya in the future..

the quad room is perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. breakfast is superb and staffs friendly we stayed 3 nights and were luckily blessed with 1 day of clear whether at the top of the mountains. 2 ways to walk to the hotel from train station, the shorter one that google will tell u includes a steep climb (difficult if you have luggages in tow). the easier and better walk will just be to keep going straight, turn left at the matterhon musuem / church junction, and from there just a short gradual stretch to reach the hotel. very doable even with kids and luggage .

soggiornato con amici per una notte, vicino alla stazione, praticamente sul viale principale, staff cordiale, pulizia impeccabile, colazione buona varia ed abbondante, dolce e salato, deposito bagagli, consigliato

Siamo tornati con molta soddisfazione in questo stupendo hotel a Zermatt e siamo stati benissimo. Personale estremamente gentile,ottimo servizio shuttle x la stazione,camere bellissime e spaziose dotate di ogni comfort e splendida vista sul Matterhorn. Colazione abbondante e cena deliziosa nel ristorante dell hotel molto caratteristico in legno e ambiente raffinato. Il punto forte è la nuovissima spa...splendida!!Eravamo stati all hotel 4 anni fa ed era già molto bello con tanto di spa e piscina ma da poco la spa è stata completamente costruita nuova...fantastica con tanto di jacuzzi su terrazza, piscina coperta con acqua a sfioro e vasca idromassaggio, accogliente angolo bbi e reparto sauna e hammam splendido il tutto compreso nel prezzo della camera. Non vediamo l ora di tornare a trovarvi!!!

Everything was good at this hotel except the automatic lights sensor which has a very annoying sound throughout our stay. Other than this, all’s well when it comes to the location, wifi was stable, room design and scenic views from the balcony were as reflected on the website and not forgetting, the complimentary shuttle to train station. Thanks for the great service, strongly recommended.

Goao picked us up from the GBB station and pointed out different restaurants that we might like. Walking into the hotel revealed a scent perfect for the senses, and the decor was fabulous. We were greeted by Marco’s smiling face. He was pleasant and full of information. He answered all of our questions and was very attentive to our needs. We mistakenly took the lift down to the basement but was surprised when Martin, the owner of the hotel, greeted us and inquired about our experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and it had a great layout. Balcony views of the mountains on both sides were an added bonus. We enjoyed the daily complimentary breakfast, the selections were awesome, and the staff were nice and pleasant. Between the three gentleman and the breakfast staff, we felt welcomed and appreciated. We will definitely stay here again if we’re able to return to Zermatt. I highly recommend it.

Che dire, di posti ne ho girati, di strutture ed hotel vari anche, ma il The Omnia è stato davvero a dir poco MERAVIGLIOSO! Parto dal personale GENTILISSIMO e CORDIALISSIMO, ognuno esperto del settore e soprattutto precisi nei minimi dettagli. La struttura si trova nella zona centrale di Zermatt con una splendida veduta sul Monte Cervino. Una Spa pulitissima con acqua bollente in vasca idromassaggio esterna. Le camere tutte molto curate, pulite, bagno confortevole. Kit Spa compreso! Frigo Bar, cioccolattini squisiti. Letto comodissimo! Colazione buonissima ed esaustiva. Il ristorante gourmet, da veri esperti! Il The Omnia oltre ad essere un Hotel, è un esperienza di Vita! Lo Consiglio vivamente Grazie a tutti, Grazie The Omnia, Grazie ZERMATT!

Lovely stay! Got the matterhorn view suite and it was so beautiful! The receptionist was also very helpful with guiding us with what we can do at Zermatt! However, need to take note that their reception will only be there till 10pm. It’s actually stated but I didn’t read it so when I arrived Zermatt train station at 11pm, I panicked a little. We flag down the taxi at my own cost, 18chf for 3 people and luggages, they dont provide free taxi after 10pm. Also, the entrance door will be closed/locked after 10pm, we rang the bell and the door opened and they left the key with a letter on the counter for the check in. The breakfast place is also overlooking the Matterhorn and it’s so pretty. Stayed for only 1 night but really enjoyed my stay there!
