Lovely stay in Zermatt and spacious rooms! Nice heated pool during spring!

Comfortable stay

完美的酒店，感謝拉吉納貝爾為我們提供了完美的服務，還為我們升級了能看到馬特洪峯的大公寓房型。下面總結一下酒店特點： 1、酒店離采爾馬特車站和View point都很近，拖着行李箱走過去很方便，5分鐘左右。而且酒店還提供免費短泊巴士（采爾馬特特有的電瓶車）。 2、酒店本身設施一流，特別是這次入住的3號樓是新樓，景色也是完美，在酒店陽台就能看到view point的景色。水療設施也是全新的有兩個室外泳池一個水温高一點，一個略低。都帶沖浪和按摩功能。 3、酒店服務一流，入住時前台小姐姐還親自帶我們去房間給我們做了Rome tour。早餐也是本次旅行中最豐盛的，有新鮮的煙燻三文魚刺身，和各類火腿、冷盤、水果和蔬菜都是新鮮的，還有homelet。 4、酒店門口就是采爾馬特小鎮免費巴士站，可以去任何地方，包括冰川天堂、五湖纜車站和內格拉特線火車站。

酒店房間和服務都非常棒，前台服務很好，入住前會帶你去看不同設施在哪兒，行李也有專人送到房間內，入住和退房都有免費電瓶車接送到策馬特火車站喔~

真的工作人員很好嗚嗚嗚 關鍵是離車站也很近哦 還有游泳池超級好看 視野絕了嗚嗚 那個無邊泳池去早餐也很精緻 有個老爺爺在煎omelet！就是擦爾馬特那些小巴士一定要問清楚 要不然就吃虧了 我沒清楚就被收了12瑞郎😂吃了個教訓

Bell hotel, ha una buona posizione perché si e’ in centro in pochi minuti a piedi e anche a una risalita per sciare (5 min a piedi) L hotel ha diverse saune. Noi avevamo due camere comunicanti molto grandi con due bagni che ci sono piaciute molto. Il cibo non era un gran che, buon servizio e buono ma non tantissima scelta.

Relax in mezzo alle montagne. Struttura molto bella con tutti confort. Belle le piscine e la SPA Servizio buono. Stanze pulite. A 5 minuti dalla stazione. A 1 minuti dalla fermata del BUS linea verde che ti porta direttamente fin sotto agli impianti di risalita Personale molto cordiale e attento. Abbiamo cenato una sola volta nella struttura ed é stata un'esperienza buona.

My 10 year old son and I travelled through Switzerland by train on all the scenic routes: Bernina Express, Glacier Express and Golden Pass Route. We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights (we booked direct) and it was the best hotel of our trip. Our room was in the new annexe and was large and modern with a balcony with Matterhorn views. The room was amazing, so comfy, clean and well equipped. All the little touches really made it. The swimming pools and spa at this hotel were fantastic (though we did have to work out timings and when/where children were allowed but staff helped us out). Breakfast was good though it wasn’t clear that you had allocated tables, we were shown to a table the 1st day but someone else was sat there the 2nd day and couldn’t see any staff so just sat at another empty table nearby but halfway through breakfast was told off! However, generally the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We got a tour of the hotel when we arrived. They also sorted our transport to/from the train station and took our luggage to our room. Would definitely recommend this hotel for the comfort, amenities, the staff, and to feel relaxed and pampered. The only minor thing missing was an iron/ironing board. On the last morning I wanted to iron my shirt before travelling and went to reception to ask for an iron but the hotel doesn’t have them for guests, just a payable ironing service. This surprised me as it has every other amenity in the room. However, one small detail did not detract from our stay and I would still wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful location. We went for a spring trip, no skiing, just vacation and some hiking. The pools and spa were wonderful for relaxing at the end of the day. The sauna area was a little small and secluded but was similar to other hotels I have seen. It was very well-maintained and felt new. The breakfast was incredibly good. We were given a room upgrade when we arrived, and it was very nice. There was a free afternoon snack with some sandwiches and charcuterie. We did not eat at any of the restaurants for dinner. Would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Resort La Ginabelle!! The location is great, just a short walk from the train station. Our room was very clean and pretty. Great view of the Matterhorn right out the front door of the hotel. Also, the included breakfast was amazing! Plenty of options and in such a nice dining area. I will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at La Ginabelle. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When we first arrived one of the staff gave us a tour of the hotel. Our ski bags were taken to the locker room and unpacked into the lockers. Our rooms were clean and had a nice view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The hotel is only a couple minute walk to the Sunegga lift. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had lots of options, including freshly made omelets. Diyan at the bar made very good drinks and was extremely helpful (including getting ice bags for my wife after she hurt her knee skiing).

I wanted to leave this review because of the wonderful experience we had staying here for 2 nights in August. Even though the resort had been damaged from the flooding in June, our stay was nothing short of amazing. The staff was very attentive, our room was beyond beautiful (take a look at the view we had from our balcony), and the spa, pool area and breakfast was more than we had expected! Wish we had stayed a couple more days as this was our favorite hotel and location during our 10 day vacation through Switzerland.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Looks nothing like the photos online. At check in, I was asked to pay an additional $100 USD because in my reservation I didn’t mention that we were a part of two (that was probably my fault) but the $more was excessive. The stay was mostly average- again nothing 4 star about it. The lobby is really average, so are the other areas and rooms. During checkout, we had them hold our luggage for a few hours while we explored Zermatt. They LOST one of my bags and refused to acknowledge it. No one apologized or looked bothered. The staff was rude - unaccomodating and downright disrespectful. Please go elsewhere - this place is very expensive, and just not worth your money. We also stayed at Hotel Zermama and it was amazing.

The worst customer service! They were flooded - not their fault. The way they are handling however is very poor customer service. Not only did they not communicate quickly (I found out the hotel was flooded and they were canceling by a facebook post from someone else) after that however (even though I had weeks to decide before I can cancel for free) they emailed and called me again rushing me to make a decision. They called me the wrong name on the phone and clearly they don't communicate because the people on the phone were not the people I emailed so no one knew what was already discussed. They denied any reduction of my rate or compensation for all the missed amenities due to the flooding. They're going to have loud repairs the WHOLE DAY and many of their pools are not in service plus no offered massages guaranteed. That's not the same stay! Then when I canceled and they refunded me they did it in a different currency than I was charged. So I lost money on trying to stay there! AWFUL BUSINESS!
