This is a basic IBIS hotel, one would expected! However, conventionally located in the center of the city. Rooms are small but ok, bath very basic. My room was facing a gas station. Breakfast was good with sufficient choices, I liked the breads and the cakes! Coffee machine takes forever and one have to queue! Therefore, I found it rather surprising that the hotel staff get their coffee during the breakfast hours too and don’t care that this means even longer waiting time for the guests. We had there our lunch, typical Polish dishes once. The food was very yummy! One need to book the lunch in advance! My room was very dusty and bath dirty and floor covered in hair.! I mentioned this at the desk and got a very saucy response that “sometimes the hair do not stick to the mop” - that left me speechless! Another day,I asked a senior staff if my room could be vacuumed (I addressed her in English as most of the staff speaks English well, and my Polish is rather poor]. She snapped at me that I have to speak Polish with her! I got literally scolded for not speaking Polish! That person remained every hostile during my whole stay! I wasn’t even greeted! Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior! Many of the staff members are very friendly (e.g. the young man or the young lady at the desk) but many are super unfriendly and simple give a sh... whether the guests feel welcomed e.g. This is something for the management to look into.

Sono stato a visitare la mia famiglia per qualche giorno, l'hotel è vicino, quindi è perfetto. La colazione è stata molto deliziosa e ben preparata ogni giorno. La stanza era pulita e tranquilla. Non riesco a cucinare.

The staff and the service is incredibly polite and fast. Never had any problems of any kind. The Hotel is quiet and the bathrooms were very clean. The position of the Hotel is mid-way to a park, the center and the train station. It's probably the best position out there. The only problem i had was with the bed. I'm not a person that complains, at all. I sleep in tents and sometimes even on a sheets on the ground because of my outdoors hobbies and i understand this is an economy hotel. But not even in motels i saw stained and dirty matresses being covered up with a slim foam matress and a blanket. I will come back to this place, but i just hope that this gets improved.

Friendly and courteous staff, very well located. A little tricky to find the parking lot the first time, but easy to access afterwards. I had breakfast included in the price of the room and the food was very good.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato collegato a visite di parenti e amici e sono stato in questo hotel per la prossima volta, oltre alle circostanze appena dopo l'apertura al COVID-19. E' molto soddisfatto sia delle strutture che del servizio. Tornerò il prima possibile. L'hotel ha una posizione che ci segue, vicino alle principali città della guerra.Slski e il parco tra Katowice, Chorzów e Siemianowice. Vicino all'unico in questa provincia dello zoo, del Planetarium e della Città felice.

L'hotel ha un buon servizio di accoglienza, ma l'inglese non è sufficiente per aiutarci a conoscere la città e, per esempio, a trovare un ristorante vicino.
