A wonderful stay for 2 nights. The location, staff and facilities are amazing. The service and friendliness of everyone made our experience extra special. A special mention to the gym and swimming pool staff who were ever so friendly every time we visited. Also Wendy on reception was wonderful and really helpful and accommodating. A would highly recommend this hotel, great location, staff and multiple restaurants on site.

Un po' intorno ai bordi, soprattutto quando si tratta di servizio. Anche se il personale di concierge era molto utile. I ristoranti sono un sacchetto misto, il posto giapponese è grande. Belle viste sul porto, ma un po' di viaggio alla maggior parte delle attrazioni locali. Le camere sono circa ciò che si aspetta da un posto come questo. Totale ...pretty average. Potrebbe probabilmente fare meglio al punto di prezzo, ma potrebbe certamente fare peggio.

We had an amazing layover in Xiamen thanks to Hisilik - perfect location close to international departure, friendly staff - especially Carl who helped us out - good breakfast and rooms with a lot of attention to detail to get us comfortable. Highly recommend and would come again.

Il check-in è stato molto veloce e il ricevitore è stato così gentile e ha cercato di usare l'inglese con noi, anche se possiamo parlare cinese 😍. Tutti i loro staff erano così professionali da l'albergo a Ayi. L'igiene è così grande. La camera era molto spaziosa con fantastica vista sul mare. Non dimenticare il colazione acquatico: così tante varietà di OGM, soprattutto occidentali, ci sono state piazzate più di pascoli. Tutti i servizi sono disponibili qui anche i bambini possono godere 3 ore di gioco gratis, Yuna è la responsabile là e ha fornito un grande servizio ai bambini. Il prezzo è affidabile: si ottiene quello che paga.È consigliato.Grazie Grand svizzero

Molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana. Facile da andare alle attrazioni popolari. Bello hotel e personale amichevole. La stanza è spaziale. Tuttavia, possiamo profumare sigarette anche fumare non è vietato. Abbiamo anche il problema del piombo per il nostro bagno, ma è rapidamente fissato.

Stayed at Conrad Xiamen for 3 nights. The room is superb, spacious, clean and cosy. What impressed me was their service as well— with turn down service for the room and delightful desserts every night (which I really look forward to this little surprises for the three nights) which really sweeten the nights. Having stayed at 42nd floor, the view was amazing. Had really comfortable sleep throughout the stay. Had tried the indoor swimming pool too. - 🙏👏👏👏 The service staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. Special thanks to the service crew Ms Shaheen Zhu and Mr Owen. They made the check in and check out process smooth and seamless. In fact, all the service crew were very friendly. I will really really want to stay in this hotel again. 😍😍😍 Thank you Conrad for the hospitality. May happiness be with everyone of you.

The service go down! Please teach the staff how to use a suitcase with 2 rolls, they can't use it! Please teach the staff of the restaurant to take the people first who come first and not let them wait! Please teach the staff, when they say : yes, I will take a coffee for you. Also to do it and not let the people wait at the breakfast! One point more, the Paulaner restaurant open at 17:30 and not at 17:00 like you write it in your later. I have to wait 30 min for this!

Il hotel è situato nel centro di Xiamen, a pochi giorni e a Xiamen Westin. Il personale è amichevole e le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. Ho avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso e consigliere questo hotel a chiunque cerca un hotel a buon prezzo e ben gestito a Xiamen.

Grande hotel con un servizio eccellente. Hanry si è assicurato che l’iscrizione era veloce e facile, e abbiamo ricevuto una camera molto confortevole con la vista. L’hotel è situato a distanza dall’isola di Xiamen ma con belle aree per camminare intorno, e è economico prendere un taxi.

This hotel was fantastic, especially for the price. We were here in the off-season and I'm not sure what the normal price is, but we paid almost 1/3 of the price for a hotel of equivalent quantity just last week in Shanghai. The breakfast buffet was great, they have lots of options and have chefs preparing noodle and congee bowls on request. I highly recommend the Japanese restaurant here as well, some of the best meals we had were there. The pictures did not show it, but our room also included a large bathtub which was a big plus. We were working while we were here and there were plenty of comfortable places to work. My only complaint is that they allow smoking in the lobby and in rooms close to ours; this seems to be the case in other places we've stayed in China, but was difficult coming from the USA
