Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Versailles

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una sola notte. L'abbiamo scelto per la sua posizione al palazzo, a soli 10-15 minuti a piedi. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera superiore, che era caduta per la cavità del torace quando entrava. Tutti i membri del personale erano molto amichevoli e non potevano fare abbastanza per rendere il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole e non avevamo lamentele sull'hotel o il personale e consigliere l'hotel a chiunque visitasse Versailles.

We visited just for the weekend and what an amazing time it was. The staff on reception were professional and welcoming, speaking a number of different languages, including English, as did all the staff we encountered during our stay. I was so thankful for this as I saw one of the reviews which stated an expectation to speak French, this was simply not the case for us. We had a fabulous spacious 4th floor room on the park side with a small balcony. The bed was by far the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in so far and the slippers provided, a much better quality that those in other hotels and we have been to a fair few. The bathroom was great, but just a word of caution if having a soak in the tub as it’s very prone to slipping due to the shape. A rubber mat for inside the bath is provided for you to use. Breakfast was a buffet only (no menu) and was very limited, although you can order a number of different egg dishes. There was just one chef and a bit of a queue. I don’t think this was unusual as there was a polite notice asking guests to come back once they have placed their order, which I did and maybe I shouldn’t have as it seemed that my order was then put on the back burner. I know this as I saw countless others guest getting their orders in and receiving their dishes before me. It’s only when I approached the station that the chef then went to get my order. The eggs Benedict received was ok but very close to being hard boiled and I prefer a runny yolk. The breakfast experience overall was ok, with staff being very polite when you asked them something, but this could have been better by them checking in to see if we had everything we needed, e.g. more coffee. I always think when it comes to hotels and indeed in life that ‘you don’t know what you don’t know’ and so far this year we’ve had exceptional service at breakfast from the Westin Palace Madrid and a truly amazing buffet with options to order extra dishes at the Ritz Carlton in Vienna, both of which renewed my faith in the hotel breakfast experience, so I know more can be done here at this hotel. We didn’t swim in the pool but it was a good size. The gym was amazing if you like like to keep your exercise up whilst away and the staff were very friendly. A tip for guests wanting to visit Versailles Palace & gardens, get you tickets from the concierge if you haven’t booked in advance. Indeed we hadn’t booked in advance and there were no tickets on the website when looked, so we were so relieved when we asked the concierge about this. One of the highlights of our stay has to be the view from our balcony at night of the Bastille fireworks, this was simply outstanding and totally unexpected, an experience which we aim to replicate next year and will return. Siamo rimasti qui solo una notte per visitare il Palazzo di Versailles. Questo hotel non ci mancava in termini di posizione, servizio, strutture, attrezzature, ecc. Se devo dire una cosa, la tariffa di parcheggio per la notte è stata un po' costosa. Non c'è dubbio che questo hotel sarebbe la migliore scelta nella zona e naturalmente vorrei rimanere qui quando visitamo di nuovo Versailles.

Molto buon servizio, aggiornare la grande suite gratuitamente dopo essere arrivato. L'altro lato è il supermercato. Puoi comprare il cibo da solo e fare il cibo da solo. Le strutture della cucina sono complete. La reception Canille è molto gentile e amichevole. Vivere questo senso di esperienza è ancora molto buono.

Molto ben situato, a pochi metri dal castello e dalla stazione di Versailles Chantiers. Camera pulita e colazione variabile

Hotel collocato in una stradina tranquilla, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla reggia di Versailles e vicinissimo a ristoranti e bar, non è dotato di una reception ma di un piccolo ufficio a sinistra della porta d’ingresso (presidiato saltuariamente non ho compreso se il personale è presente in orari prestabiliti) Noi abbiamo alloggiato in una camera doppia poco spaziosa dove il grande letto (comodo) occupava l’intero spazio, ben arredata in stile minimalista a tinte vivaci (confortevole). Nella stanza è presente una TV a schermo piatto (solo canali francesi), radio, un vassoio di cortesia con tè e caffè, non è dotata di aria condizionata (abbiamo dormito con la finestra del bagno aperta). Il wifi gratuito non era funzionante. Il bagno funzionale di dimensioni medie con una doccia grande e moderna con la presenza di set di cortesia e phon. La colazione non è compresa è a pagamento in struttura al costo di 13 euro cosi come la tassa di soggiorno da pagare in loco. Non dotato di parcheggio. La ragazza al check in estremamente cortese.

La stanza è piccola, ma è molto vicina al Palazzo di Versailles. Non c'è bisogno di dire la posizione, e gli altri sono vivi.Vice sulla posizione geografica.

La posizione è molto buona. C'è un piccolo giardino vicino, un centro di servizio pubblico, e il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta.Il capo è cinese.

Upon arrival the staff were very helpful and friendly. When entering our room the beautiful scent of fresh sheets and air freshener welcomed us into the room. The view of the Versailles chantier station from our window was a good way to start the day. The hotel is walking distance to Versailles palace and nearby stores and the main train station in the area. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food stores in the area which often stay open till later in the night. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is after a clean and conveniently located hotel.

This hotel is perfect in every way. The location , the staff, the breakfast and the bed. We had the most amazing nights at this hotel. I seriously would recommend it. There is no restaurant for supper in the hotel, but just walk out the door and there is a great selection of restaurants. Asian, Indian and traditional French. all of which we great value for money. Thank to all the staff who made this stay so good.
