Personale ineducato e incompetente. Abbiamo prenotato una camera per 2 adulti e 2 bambini e ci hanno dato una camera con tre letti sostenendo che i due bambini avrebbero potuto dormire in un lettino . Abbiamo chiesto un cuscino , inesistente . Volevano farci pagare un altro prezzo invece di quello confermato , orrendo

Hotel is a bit a face off experience: while it seems pretty modern when entering the building your booked room and the breakfast room, the public toilet on the ground floor and the hallway reflect a touch of the 80s... while the restrooms on the ground floor clearly need a makeover, this was just bad. Receptionist was really not caring, I mean you could feel she had to do her job, not an inch more. We had a 2 night stay with two rooms for a couple with two kids and a single person, the algorithm of Ibis budget booked us a three person room and a standard double room. OK, our fault, but there it started: First room for three had no third bed, was a standard double room. While telling the reception and getting a second room we got into and realized: room was already used and not cleaned, bed was used, toilet and shower also. Third room was "ok". Third bed for our son had to be made by us. Single room also had it's problems: no light in the shower, toilet was dirty. Second one was "ok". Family room smelled badly of smoke, had to be a smoker room before. Asking for a second comforter for the queen size parents bed was denied with "we carry only the exact amount of comforter as of beds we have" which we were not able to believe, but what could we do.... Everything felt a bit musty, unclean and just not on a Ibis budget standard we are used to. We booked the breakfast, was ok, had a bit of everything for everyone. Parking space was available, narrow but ok. Nice to have your car in a building and not outside. Finally, we booked two nights but felt that uncomfortable we left after one night. We think this says it all... In total we clearly would not come back nor recommend this hotel to anyone.

Always seems odd reviewing a hotel like this, it's basic but okay. I couldn't review the service because I checked myself in and out and had breakfast elsewhere. The cleaning regime seemed inconsistent though. Some were struggling with the self check in that comes in after 10 pm.

It is a great hotel for the price. Has codes for the door, breakfast was included and location was right in the center. Easy access to public transport and walking distance to lots of stores. Would recommend.

We decided to stay at a cheap and cheerful hotel, as we was just in ulm for one night. Easy check in through a machine, and easy to enter our room with a code (from machine). We did not expect much in the room as the price was very good. However, there was duat everywhere and dirt on the floor. The bathroom was the worse, which had stains on the walls all over. We was not sure if this was coffee stains or something else... felt a little bit like being at a festival to put it nicely. The double bed only had one cushion to share, which i thought was bizzare. But overall, if you are okay with going cheap and the room being a bit unclean, then you should be good.

What does one expect from a "budget" hotel? Cheap room price, low amount of amenities come to mind. However, I think in order to be a good option for travelers, a hotel needs to be clean. Who wants to sleep in a dirty hotel room? With questionable spots on the shower wall, lint and other dirt under the bed, and spots on the sheets? Plus a bus station right in front of the window of your first floor room with all night noise included? Not me. The TV also didn't work properly. Travelers beware.

I visit this Hotel often and observed always issue with Houskeeping and Maintanance. Sometime Shower is not working, Shower Gel is empty or Light in room no started with button. Also the Breakfast time is started after 7:30pm which is for working person too late. The Hotel staff some time very unprofessional as they don't concern about Guest and not able to make sure if the reserved room are Perfect for the Guest.

The dirtiest hotel I ever stayed. Probably the most disgusting hotel I ever stayed. Full of dust and hair everywhere. The rooms smell like cigarettes' even in the rooms that are supposed to be “non smoking". I do not recommend this place not even for one night.

Ich hatte 4 Übernachtungen hier um in der Nähe meiner Frau und Tochter in der Uniklinik zu sein. Ich hätte eigentlich sofort wieder auschecken und mein Geld zurück verlangen sollen. In diesem Hotel wird nicht geputzt. Beim Einchecken habe ich das Zimmer kurz inspiziert und sofort die Empfangsdame gerufen. Das Bett war voller Haare und Krümel, die Böden stark verdreckt. Dass sei normal, dass in frischer Bettwäsche Haare und Krümel seien und am dritten Tag des Aufenthalt würde jemand den Boden saugen (gar nix wurde gesaugt). Ich habe mir darauf im Waschraum frische Laken geholt und das Bett selbst neu und sauber überzogen. Die Schuhe habe ich in dem Zimmer nicht mehr ausgezogen. Im weiteren Aufenthalt habe ich Staubablagerungen auf dem Bettkorpus (muss wochenlang nicht abgewischt worden sein) und angetrockneten Urin an der Toilettenwand gefunden. Der Duschvorleger war nach dem ersten Mal benutzen auf der Unterseite braun vom dreckigen Boden. Einfach nur wiederwertig. S. Photos.

Sehr schmutzig, umgemachte Betten, sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit Mitarbeiter. Wirklich enttäuschend! Das Bad sah aus wie in einem Krankenhaus und ein Fön musste man gg Kaution holen. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt! Nie wieder.
