"All'arrivo siamo stati accolti in modo scortese. Dovevamo ancora pagare qualcosa e volevamo farlo in contanti. La macchinetta non ha accettato la banconota appena prelevata, dopodiché ci è stato ordinato di pagare con la carta. Bene. Abbiamo portato le cose in camera e sono andata a portare a spasso i cani. Immediatamente è comparso l'uomo scortese e mi ha chiesto, ancora scortesemente, se avessi pagato per loro. Pensavo di sì, ma dopo aver controllato ho scoperto che non era così. Dovevo tornare più tardi per pagare. Dato che l'intero trattamento era stato pessimo, ho deciso di pagare solo alla partenza. Mio marito è malato e ha bisogno di riposare, quindi ho appeso il cartello "non disturbare" alla porta. Due ore dopo hanno bussato. Non ho aperto la porta... Altre due ore dopo, di nuovo. Se volessi pagare per i cani. Sì, domani mattina! Non mi era mai capitato prima!!!! Alla partenza ho chiesto perché bussare fosse necessario visto che l'etichetta era appesa alla porta. Aveva così tanta paura che non pagassimo? La cassa aveva sbagliato, è stata la risposta. Viaggiamo molto, ma qui non torneremo mai più!!!!!!!"

"We stayed in this lovely, rustic style hotel for two nights. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, with plenty of storage space, comfy bed, mini-bar and lovely wood features. Free parking. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. It was in a good location for hiking, cycling or taking a bus into Ulm. Good restaurants near by too. We would be happy to stay here again."

"Stayed overnight in May 2025, 2 adults and 2 children. Check in process was seamless, the staff were helpful and it was easy to check in rather late (after 8PM). The room was modern with complementary chocolates, coffee and toiletries. Bedding was really comfortable. We paid extra to prearrange a cot. The towel heating was great, but we didn’t use any other heating as the room was quite warm - liked that we could let in fresh air and use a fan for circulation too. The Dyson hair dryer was fantastic! There was a lift (helpful for all our bags). Location was central with a lot to walk and see. We thoroughly enjoyed the great coffee downstairs at the cafe. We would’ve happily extended another night here, but they were booked out - can tell why, our stay was wonderful."

"I booked a double room for one night. I contacted the hotel and asked them for an early check in, agreeing for the 18 Euro fee. I informed them that I would be arriving in Ulm at 12:00. When I arrived the receptionist collected the fee, but the room was not ready. She went upstairs, leaving me in the lobby for about 10 minutes, and then returned. She gave me the key to room 34. During our interaction, she repeatedly asked me if I wanted to pay for the breakfast buffet for the following morning, I repeatedly told her (four times) that I would be leaving early, and would not be needing breakfast. She was very aggressive. I felt she was just trying to get more money. I went to my room and immediately notices that the floors were wet. I also noticed the room was small. My first thought was, "I wouldn't stay here again." As I was in a hurry to meet friends that I had not seen in over 40 years (I am in my 60s), it did not register to me that the room they put me in was not the room I paid for. They put me in a single room, when I had paid for a double. I wanted a double because I have had lower back surgery and single beds can be uncomfortable for me. As it would turn out - very uncomfortable. I attempted communication after returning later in the evening, but was ignored. As I was laving very early in the morning, and there was no one in reception, I contacted the hotel afterwards to ask for a reimbursement in the costs of the room. They refused. They then proceeded to suggest I had made a booking error. I had not. I am a single traveler in my 60s. They made a mistake (or did it on purpose?) and then refused to correct the problem - all for a few dollars. The lamp was cracked. The fan was broken. The refuse to communicate, and, when someone pays for a room, and is given a lesser room - without compensation, then that is stealing. Stealing from a senior foreign traveler - shame on them."

"Bellissimo hotel moderno in zona decentrata, con ampio parcheggio gratuito. Con il tram si raggiunge il centro in breve tempo. Camera comoda. Ottima colazione sia salata che dolce: salumi, formaggi, dolci e brioche. Fino alle 22 a disposizione degli ospiti acqua, frutta, succhi e bevande calde. Personale attento e gentile. L'unica pecca è che il wifi prendeva bene nella hall, ma in camera il segnale era scarso."

"A reasonably priced hotel, clean and uncomplicated. Parking is free, check-in was extremely easy via a machine. There is even a lounge with snack machines and toiletries. The location is in an industrial area, so good for an overnight stop, but probably not for a vacation."
