Very charming hotel filled with history. It felt like I was sent back in time when i stepped in. Good place to rest and recharge after a day’s hike in the blue mountains. Hot showers and basic amenities provided for the stay

We love the deco all around the hotel. There are plenty of spots to take Instagram worthy photos. The room is small, but that was to be expected. However, there was no place to hang our clothes in the room and the also none in the bathroom. That's a little inconvenience. One of the bedsheet is stained, unfortunately. The beds are too soft for my liking. But overall, the hotel ihas great character.

The staff was very accommodating. We arrived early for check-in, and the receptionist kindly allowed us to use the vacant room I had booked. Since I was with my family, this made things much easier—we were able to explore the area without carrying all our bags around. The room was clean, and the location was perfect—close to everything and very accessible. We had a great day and would definitely stay here again!

This guesthouse is so close to the train station. It is a walking distance to all the shops and tourism information. Public transport is accessible. It is actually centrally located in Katoomba city central.

Clean at good location but hotel is old

The Metropole is well located, just around the corner from the main tourist drag. Almost all restaurants and shops are within a 10 minute walk. The mattress was very comfortable and the linens and towels excellent. The place overall has some charm but is run down and the carpeting is well worn and not so clean. We had one of the worst breakfasts there so I would avoid that.

Location is great! Right next to the train station so you can walk to it. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. This hotel is near most of the restaurants in the area. There is a bus stop nearby that will take you to the tourist areas. The hotel was recently remodeled and they are still remodeling some. The remodels are very nice and the beds were comfy. The breakfast is a must have and the staff there is very friendly as well.

有些年代的老房子，火車站對面，交通便利，周邊生活設施完善，每一層都有公共休息區。

酒店就在卡通巴火車站隔離，即使大風大雨都冇問題。到步日非常寒冷及大風，酒店好切心，比我們提早入住，房間的暖氣亦提早設定，很貼心。

키툼에 역 바로 앞이에요 이게 최고! 입구가 계단인거말곤 안에 엘레베이터 있어서 캐리어 들기 괜찮아요 근데 체크인이 5시까지라해서 4시반에 갔는데 직원없어서 호주 사는 친구가 직접 전화해줘서 겨우 체크인 했어요.. 친구 없었으면 어쩔뻔 ㅠㅠ 안에 시설로 다 너무 좋았어요 ㅎㅎㅎ 위치랑 시설은 굳!!
