Grazie mille per il vostro soggiorno e esperienza più sorprendente che abbiate davvero guardato da la rosa petal benvenuto al nostro check questa mattina il nostro anniversario di nozze Tutti i membri del personale sono stati sorprendenti e in particolare Tanuja, Rashmi, Harsh, Caro, Vaibhav, Abhishek Il Palazzo del Lago è incredibile e un luogo di pace e tranquillità La città è un bel posto, piccole, pulite e amichevole Non manca una visita qui! Grazie ancora.

Albergo splendido, immerso nel verde con pavoni che girano liberamente nel parco della struttura. Palazzo in marmo bianco e verde tipico della zona, nuovo e ben tenuto, sempre pulito e ordinato. C’è una splendida piscina con lettini e ombrelloni disponibili e si possono anche fare due passi in zona, ci sono anche negozietti di souvenir appena fuori dall’hotel ma prestare sempre attenzione. Il personale è disponibile e cortese. Cibo ottimo, è l’hotel indiano in cui abbia ***giato meglio poiché oltre ai loro tipici piatti offrono anche cose diverse, un po’ meno speziate per i palati più delicati.

Oberoi Udaivillas- place which has scored 101 out of 100 in terms of hospitality From the time of check in to the time of checkout this place has made my wife and kids stay memorable At check in Mr ***av head of operations met us and made us feel welcomed He made us meet Ankush ji the GM at Udaivilas who was so down to earth and so warm in making us feel welcomed and important The housekeeping staff Ajit and Amit placed a very cute teddy bear for my son who just was on cloud 9 with the teddy bear gift Prachi ensured the room was kept clean always whenever we came back to the room ensuring it was perfect and cosy Now is the best part the good hospitality Chef Avani needs to be praised beyond words She ensured we were well fed but ensured my 3 year old child’s food requirements were well taken care of She is a asset to the oberoi team She even took my son to take a tour of the entire property and really made me son feel as if she was her best friend Same goes with servers Siddharth and Vinayak they served us everything well and ensured the food was perfect and advised us with what we shud try and what their speciality was Chef Alok helped in giving us a recipe for a soup we loved I am definitely visiting this place again to just feel so loved and welcomed I recommend everyone to enjoy this property and their hospitality once

Palazzo incredibile che domina la citta di Udaipur di cui la struttura è una parte integrante Camere standard forse un po’ piccole ma comunque di fascino Zona piscina REGALE! RIstorante provato solo a colazione ma sala stupenda (fate colazione sul balconcino veranda!) e lo staff di Kuldeip Rattor Lalu and Sohon sono stupendamente a disposizione per farti provare un esperienza meravigliosa! Consigliato!

Leela palace Udaipur was fabulous to say the least . My girls and our family had a memorable stay . We came from canada to visit Leela Palace . The staff is beyond awesome . They go over and above . The hospitality shown by staff was unmatched abd the property is so beautiful . It was so dreamy the view with mountains and the lake around the property . Special mention to our staff that were so awesome including Divyansh (pool side and gym trainer ) , Kyle ( our food and beverage ), Shivani , Nitika our assigned butler . Nitika and Shivani made us a personal card with my daughters picture .. Divyansh from the gym gave me complimentary massage and was so so sweet and hospitable . Leela are coming back

Probabilmente il peggiore hotel che ho visitato in India. Sotto apparenze di 5 stelle, si trova in un hotel senza manutenzione. Tutto è sprecato, rotto, spazzatura. La lampada di testa non si accendeva*** ho cercato di trovare il filo della lampada, i fili erano stati rasiati, nudi sulla tavola di testa, molto pericoloso. Il climatizzazione? Dimentica rapidamente, i moduli di com***de sono completamente distrutti e inutilizzabili. Ho chiesto di cambiare camera, il ricevitore non voleva e voleva chiamare un tecnico alle 23:00.... Confesso di essere stato arrabbiato, ma alla fine ho avuto un'altra camera. Certamente la peggiore dell'hotel... nessuna vita, le finestre davano su un muro di corte interna, proprio dove si trovano i grandi ventilatori dell'aria condizionata. In breve, 1 punto forte, le finestre ben isolate mi impediva di sentire il rumore di reattore di 747 dei ventilatori Servizio al ristorante completamente caotico, ma è la regola in tutti gli hotel in India

We had a late checkin on 31March 24, we were very tired…Initially the room they gave us had the fridge, phone, kettle & safe not in working condition so the shifted us within an hr to another room.. there the safe was not working , else everything was fine. Safe was fixed. The house keeping boy Ajay was very understanding & polite. The next morning onwards it was all smooth. The last day there was no hot water for shower in the entire premises. But that was some issue which could happen anywhere. We had breakfast included & that was really good. We would step out for sightseeing & return only after dinner. Cleanliness was very good in the entire resort. It was our wedding anniversary so they did a little decoration in the room, picture uploaded😊 The staff was alert & at their best.
