L'hotel è nel palazzo della città e è fantastico andare in giro la notte dopo cena quando tutti i turisti sono andati - ci sono guardie ovunque, quindi si sente al sicuro e con la carta dell'hotel si può andare in giro e godere di vista notturna senza nulla di nudo o ostacolo, noi lo amavamo e andammo a camminare ogni notte. "Our stay started off shakily, however, it ended with us feeling completely pampered and satisfied. The property is located in a very beautiful area surrounded by the Aravali hills and completely off the grid. I say this is reality as the mobile network was non existent while we were making our way to the hotel. The property is vast and the approach is quite long. Upon reaching the hotel lobby, we received a warm welcome from Ms. Nishita and her team. We had reached at dusk and we were quickly taken to our two bed room Mementos Villa. The villa was nice and spacious, and the two bedrooms were well appointed. The washrooms were large and very well designed, with ample amount of natural light seeping in from above. The terrace with the small plunge pool was welcoming and boasted wonderful views of the setting sun in the backdrop of the Aravali mountains. The drawing / dining room was also nicely designed, however, ITC needs to do proper maintenance of its rooms. There were signs of seepage on the walls and the paint and wallpaper were coming off in certain places in the living room and powder room. Further, the villa appeared to not have been cleaned and sanitised properly when we checked in. There was sticky food residue on the dining table and the floor in my bedroom too had foot stains. Other small misses at the outset like the absence of any soap in the powder room and single bars of hand soap by the dual sinks in the washroom made me wary of the standards being set by the Mementos brand. It must be said, however, that the housekeeping team did a rather good job during the 3 nights we spent at the property and all our concerns were addressed promptly. Another miss from the housekeeping team stemmed from the fact that they did not replace the used toiletries from the shower area every day, even when the provided soaps and shampoos were empty. This kind of oversight should ideally not take place at a property of this standard. ITC is famous for its culinary offerings and we were not disappointed at this property. Food anywhere in the resort was excellent. The breakfast experience could be improved, however, the quality and taste of the food during our entire stay were exemplary. During my stay, I also took a therapy at the Kaya Kalp spa. My treatment was very relaxing and it was masterfully delivered by Ms. Diki. I had also booked the hotel transportation for a day tour to Chittorgarh and was provided with a nice luxury sedan. I was chauffeured around by Mr. Dinesh and he was extremely professional and courteous. Service during our stay was excellent. I must highlight and applaud the incredible service we received from Ms. Preshkila, who was our dedicated point of contact for anything and everything during our stay. She was like a genie making all our wishes come to fruition and she took really good care of us. Individuals like Ms. Preshkila are true assets in this industry. Overall, I truly enjoyed this property, especially the lush greens an"

Anche la TV nella stanza è molto piccola per la dimensione della camera da letto. La colazione aveva 95% di opzioni locali indiane, ma apparentemente il 95% degli ospiti erano locali anche, quindi tutto bene. Sulle note positive: il personale era grande e le camere erano super spaziose!"
