Hotel a Udaipur con piscina

Il soggiorno è eccezionalmente confortevole nel resort Fateh Garh . L'aeroporto è a 35 minuti. L'arrivo e le strutture sono state spiegate molto bene da Mriganka, che ha il demo più tranquillo. Le camere sono grandi e spaziose e molto esteticamente piacevoli. Amo il marchio di bagni forniti. Il personale era sempre gentile e attento. Qualsiasi richiesta che avevamo fatto è stata trattata con grazia da Veena. Non c'era nulla di problema, e si accontentarono di tutte le nostre richieste. Abbiamo fatto il giro di giorno con Piyush che ha reso tutto il giorno molto piacevole. Il servizio di spa di Rose era divino dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio. Abbiamo avuto la maggior parte dei nostri pasti in casa e la cucina indiana era deliziosa. La colazione era diffusa con le opzioni adeguate. La piscina era improvvisamente mantenuta. Abbiamo anche provato i cocktail al bar e anche loro erano ben preparati. La nostra esperienza è stata migliorata dai sorridenti volti del personale durante il nostro soggiorno. La proprietà era pulita, lussuosa e abbiamo apprezzato la nostra permanenza. Grazie per il team Fatehgarh.

Good and bad experience Everything about this property is amazing Food is good Service is top notch Location is excellent The only thing which I don't understand is at the time of checking in the room they don't tell exactly how many bath towels or face towels are placed in room before or any such amenities but after checking out they will just check the room and tell you very politely that 1 or 2 face towels are missing and you have to pay for it. My only question to the owner or management team is that how can you or your staff can accuse the guests without even letting us know how many were there before. We also trust your hotel staff with our luggage while checking in but we don't accuse you for such things. If the management has made this rule to check the room at the time of checking out then please make sure that guests knows exactly what all amenities are provided by you and the quantity also at the time of checking in. And if the management has not made any such rule then please take care of these small things as these kind of bad experiences ruins all the good ones. Hopefully nobody else has to go through this in future. And yes everyone should do visit this amazing property at least once of they are seeking for relaxing holiday

In the first day the bedsheets were dirty but that was quickly resolved. If you're expecting a decent gym like I was you need to know it's really not well equipped, very few dumbells. Also the TV in the room is very small for the size of the bedroom. Breakfast had 95% Indian local options but apparently 95% of the guests were locals too, so all good. On the positive notes: staff was great and the bedrooms were super spacious!

Beautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (can’t remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said it’s for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didn’t fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.  I just want the hotel to refund this cost because it’s not our mistake.

Fantastic property as it opened in 2025, slightly away from the lake but really amazing property to stay in. Welcomed with a Tilak on forehead (Indian ritual) and a welcome drink - shots of orange juice. Amazing staff members, very helpful but felt something was missing. Due to the wedding season, it took a bit longer but it was worth it. Rooms are spacious and beautifully done, but our room was dirty and the bed linen had to be changed as it was not clean - had marks of make up and hair on the bed. Breakfast was amazing, restaurant on the topfloor had an amazing service and starters were great, Biryani chicken was not well done and had to be sent back. Pool is tiny but on the rooftop, so worth it. Can totally recommend it.

Our stay at the Ramada Udaipur was exceptional! The hotel boasts a perfect location that strikes a great balance between calm surroundings and easy accessibility; all the main attractions are just a short taxi ride away. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast choices which offered a massive, high-quality spread to start our days. The rooftop pool area was the ultimate place to unwind, providing stunning, picturesque views of Udaipur's landscape. Exceptional service and a beautiful property!

We really enjoyed our stay at Zana Lake Resort. The views of Udai Sagar Lake from the room were simply breathtaking. we honestly couldn’t take our eyes off it. The whole property has a very peaceful vibe, beautifully designed and well-maintained. The restaurant is fully vegetarian. We opted for à la carte and tried Paneer Tikka Masala for lunch and Gutta Curry for dinner — both were average. Breakfast, however, was much better with good options. The swimming pool is very clean and well-kept, and just like the rooms, it offers stunning views of the lake. Their garden is also very pretty and nicely maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with almost all amenities. A hair dryer is available on request. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to relax and soak in the lake views.

The AC and WiFi didn’t work on the first whole day at the end day, in the middle of the night had ask someone to visit which took ages to come and later we had ask to change the room as ac and WiFi wasn’t working at. In the second room AC and WiFi works however the minibar didn’t even cool the water at the basic minibar temp we were thirsty dying to drink the cold water, tired of mentioning about things from AC to WiFi and now minibar. Paying such an amount to get this service unexpected. The rooftop restaurant service people doesn’t pay attention, doesn’t matter how many time you call them. The breakfast area neither have AC nor a cold water(you ask for ice cubes), not even sealing fan only two fans in the corner. I don’t think so will again here. The garden is very beautiful.

We enjoyed our trip at Radisson Udaipur, great location and will recommend this place to friend's and family. We had couple of issues: 1. On numerous occasions the hotel didn't answer their phone, or will answer and hung up with saying anything. 2. Our stay was prepaid but the hotel claimed it wasn't and was asked to pay again. Ongoing dispute to claim this back.

Overall average stay, hotel exterior is beautiful but interior really need a renovation, life staff is humble and helpful but senior management does not approach you in anyway!! Check in at 12:30pm but unfortunately does not offer room type which was booked, Arjun duty manager were very helpful and understanding so able to accommodate request on the next day. Double decker pool which give good options but you should have life guard duty, no control on guest who wear and go inside the pool, no pool kids amenities, pool towel no dropping baskets, no food & beverage menu to showcase on tables. We were not explained any of the hotel programme or activity at the time of arrival, Breakfast options were fair enough base on the location, but overall stay paid price does not justify. I hope management can look into this matter.
