Everything about this property is amazing
Food is good
Service is top notch
Location is excellent
The only thing which I don't understand is at the time of checking in the room they don't tell exactly how many bath towels or face towels are placed in room before or any such amenities but after checking out they will just check the room and tell you very politely that 1 or 2 face towels are missing and you have to pay for it.
My only question to the owner or management team is that how can you or your staff can accuse the guests without even letting us know how many were there before.
We also trust your hotel staff with our luggage while checking in but we don't accuse you for such things.
If the management has made this rule to check the room at the time of checking out then please make sure that guests knows exactly what all amenities are provided by you and the quantity also at the time of checking in.
And if the management has not made any such rule then please take care of these small things as these kind of bad experiences ruins all the good ones.
Hopefully nobody else has to go through this in future.
And yes everyone should do visit this amazing property at least once of they are seeking for relaxing holiday

UUtente ospiteRight in the middle of lake with beautifully decorated rooms with marble. Big lavish bathroom with huge tub and shower. We were upgraded to historical heritage suit with attractive lake facing royal sitting arrangement.common areas were befitting to a palace and the staff was highly trained. At night lobby level verandah as well as terraces just gave extraordinary view of the lake and building of the city.food was just superb.only shortcoming was that the AC was not adjusted enough for low temperature and it is a shame for such beautiful high cost hotel that we were advised to keep the fan on.

UUtente ospiteWe really enjoyed our stay at Zana Lake Resort. The views of Udai Sagar Lake from the room were simply breathtaking. we honestly couldn’t take our eyes off it. The whole property has a very peaceful vibe, beautifully designed and well-maintained.
The restaurant is fully vegetarian. We opted for à la carte and tried Paneer Tikka Masala for lunch and Gutta Curry for dinner — both were average. Breakfast, however, was much better with good options.
The swimming pool is very clean and well-kept, and just like the rooms, it offers stunning views of the lake. Their garden is also very pretty and nicely maintained.
Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with almost all amenities. A hair dryer is available on request. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to relax and soak in the lake views.

MMimiRGIl soggiorno è eccezionalmente confortevole nel resort Fateh Garh . L'aeroporto è a 35 minuti. L'arrivo e le strutture sono state spiegate molto bene da Mriganka, che ha il demo più tranquillo. Le camere sono grandi e spaziose e molto esteticamente piacevoli. Amo il marchio di bagni forniti. Il personale era sempre gentile e attento. Qualsiasi richiesta che avevamo fatto è stata trattata con grazia da Veena. Non c'era nulla di problema, e si accontentarono di tutte le nostre richieste. Abbiamo fatto il giro di giorno con Piyush che ha reso tutto il giorno molto piacevole. Il servizio di spa di Rose era divino dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio. Abbiamo avuto la maggior parte dei nostri pasti in casa e la cucina indiana era deliziosa. La colazione era diffusa con le opzioni adeguate. La piscina era improvvisamente mantenuta. Abbiamo anche provato i cocktail al bar e anche loro erano ben preparati. La nostra esperienza è stata migliorata dai sorridenti volti del personale durante il nostro soggiorno. La proprietà era pulita, lussuosa e abbiamo apprezzato la nostra permanenza. Grazie per il team Fatehgarh.

Una ricezione utile, un delizioso colazione incluso (stavamo ridecorando la sala del colazione, così abbiamo trovato in camera nostra). Il ristorante ordinario (diverso da quello che normalmente serve colazione) non è solo bellissimo, ma il cibo è delizioso e il servizio è grande. La posizione è sul bordo della vecchia città, non troppo lontano dalle principali attrazioni. Altamente raccomandato, anche se un po 'prezzo per le norme indiane

CChandra LatikaUn bellissimo, elegante hotel boutique con vista sul lago.
Non è direttamente sulla spiaggia del lago, ma è separata da una strada e da un pezzo di proprietà di qualcuno in costruzione che rovina la vista, soprattutto quando il vento soffia più forte e solleva la tarpaulina nera.
L'interno dell'hotel è decorato con gusto, in bellissimo pastel, colori calmanti e ha quel Rajasthani, vibe tradizionale.
La mia camera era spaziosa, il letto era grande e comodo, e le foglie erano pulite. La camera era pulita, con accessori da doccia e kit da dentista, e ha anche una finestra, per poter godere della vista mentre si fa una doccia. Non c'è in genere nulla di rumore dalla strada e si può dormire tranquillamente, finché i vostri vicini nelle camere accanto alla vostra camera e sopra la vostra sono attenti alle regole della casa.
Vorrei esprimere la mia gratitudine per Mayan, che mi ha permesso di controllare molto presto, non appena sono arrivato alle 8:00, senza insistere che aspettassi il normale tempo di check-in, e che mi ha fornito quante bottiglie d'acqua che mi avevo chiesto, gratuito.
La vista dal tetto del ristorante è bella a doccia e alla notte.
Se le pareti fossero dipinte stagionale e le camere si rinfrescassero, contribuirebbe ancora più all'esperienza generale, ma anche in questo modo si ottiene un ottimo valore per i soldi.

UUtente ospiteThe Wi-Fi isn’t working, and the bathroom has drainage issues that cause water to accumulate. There are also mosquitoes in the room, but there’s no mosquito repellent. The rooms aren’t soundproof, so I heard fighting from a couple in the room next to mine all night, which disturbed my sleep. The restaurant buffet dinner has very few options, and most of them are non-vegetarian, which is a downside for vegetarians like me. Overall, it’s a very average hotel at the price they’re charging. I would recommend looking for other options at the same price.

2062 points 3 days ago-this is one of the best value for money hotel with in house restaurant. Located at one side of riddhi siddhi complex, at surajpole, udaipur. They have a basement parking facility (limited to 7-8 cars) which is really cool. Also parking is outside on road as well. Well connected with rest of old as well as new city. Places like city palace, lake pichola, lake fateh sagar are nearby (within periphery of around 2-5 kms. Sajjan garh monsoon palace is about 11 kms from here. Veg food is available in house restaurant and price is moderate and of good quality. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Service is bit slow but good. Lift available and disabled friendly. Overall, good experience. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone visiting the city first time. For city tour or arranging cab not sure, please contact manager.

VVikasOverall average stay, hotel exterior is beautiful but interior really need a renovation, life staff is humble and helpful but senior management does not approach you in anyway!!
Check in at 12:30pm but unfortunately does not offer room type which was booked, Arjun duty manager were very helpful and understanding so able to accommodate request on the next day.
Double decker pool which give good options but you should have life guard duty, no control on guest who wear and go inside the pool, no pool kids amenities, pool towel no dropping baskets, no food & beverage menu to showcase on tables.
We were not explained any of the hotel programme or activity at the time of arrival,
Breakfast options were fair enough base on the location, but overall stay paid price does not justify.
I hope management can look into this matter.
