Anybody in that hostel has been friendly, from workers to volunteers, going often off duty to fulfill our needs.

UUtente ospiteBeautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (can’t remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said it’s for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didn’t fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.
I just want the hotel to refund this cost because it’s not our mistake.

UUtente ospiteIl check-in precoce non consentito con me 4 clienti sono stati problemi in questa situazione raggiungo alla proprietà 5am ma la mia assegnazione una stanza 11am così quasi 5 ore mi aspettavo solo sul divano il mio corpo è iniziato a panico. Ma alla fine, la prossima volta non mi sono fermato questa proprietà per il mio lato e la mia azienda questa proprietà e il personale non erano buoni grazie

2062 points 3 days ago-this is one of the best value for money hotel with in house restaurant. Located at one side of riddhi siddhi complex, at surajpole, udaipur. They have a basement parking facility (limited to 7-8 cars) which is really cool. Also parking is outside on road as well. Well connected with rest of old as well as new city. Places like city palace, lake pichola, lake fateh sagar are nearby (within periphery of around 2-5 kms. Sajjan garh monsoon palace is about 11 kms from here. Veg food is available in house restaurant and price is moderate and of good quality. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Service is bit slow but good. Lift available and disabled friendly. Overall, good experience. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone visiting the city first time. For city tour or arranging cab not sure, please contact manager.

SSukhArriving at the hotel was alittle challenging as the inner roads towards Lake Pichola hotel were small & narrow. We had to transfer from our car to an auto to reach the hotel. But on the whole our experience at Lake Pichola was a wonderful one. The staff and front desk were all very warm & welcoming. They were helpful & attended to our enquiries quickly. Loved the evening boat ride on the lake viewing the sunset.

UUtente ospiteA mixed review. Staff were very helpful in arranging flowers for my wife and the location is perfect, right on the lake with a lovely view of the ghat and sunrise. But this also means that things can get noisy at night, especially during a festival.
The room was tired and smelt. Shower wasn't very clean. Breakfast was okay but staff tried to insist on guests eating breakfast inside which was very strange given that there was an outside dining area with a beautiful (world class) view of sunrise.
The hotel restaurant was overpriced, chaotic and very loud. Priority on tables was given to groups who didn't order food or drinks, took insta pictures and then left. At the same time, several families were turned away. Tried to order a diet coke, was told that we couldn't have one despite them being in the fridge. Kingfisher was 600 a bottle which is a 240% mark up from the wine shops.
Overall, great location let down by some tired rooms and poor service.

Потому что все равно получите драную в пятнах постель, заср*й голубями балкон и вероятно орнитоз, желающий проникнуть через открытое утром окно. Полночи будут гудеть поезда и полночи бибиканье автотранспорта. Если неповезет, то еще и строительные ночные работы.
Все необходимое есть: чай, сахар, растворимыйкофе и сухие сливки, куллер с горячей и холодной водой, 1 полотенце, гель, фен под запрос, ну и главное - горячая вода. Рядом жд вокзал и дорога в аэропорт...и трущебы. Поесть рядом только в их ресторане. Вполне вкусно. Завтраки хорошие: рис, омлет, какие-то жижи, сок и йогурт. На Uber недорого съездить в историческую часть.

EEllie JayneThe rooms were very clean and well kept. It has a nice modern interior and atmosphere is really nice.
Service on the whole was good. On the rooftop, it was a little slow at times but very friendly and welcoming.
The location wasn’t too great for tourists. The main sights were quite a few kilometres away and it wasn’t particularly easy to get a rickshaw that didn’t want to overcharge you. Had to pay higher Uber prices to get around without hassle.
