Anche se è un po' lontano dalla stazione (15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Kojima Nitta), il prezzo è perfetto vicino all'aeroporto di Haneda e l'hotel stesso dispone di un bus navetta per l'aeroporto e la stazione, il che lo rende molto adatto per pernottare la notte prima prendere un volo. L'ambiente dell'hotel è impeccabile, si affaccia sul fiume Tama, è possibile noleggiare scooter e passeggiare lungo il fiume, la camera ha solo il bagno con doccia e non la vasca, ma al secondo piano c'è una grande vasca da bagno. Anche il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Sono disponibili detergenti per il viso, struccanti e prodotti per la cura della pelle. Nel complesso, è molto confortevole ~

Hotel meraviglioso in una posizione notevolmente buona.
Gotanda non è spesso sulla lista per i visitatori a Tokyo, ma è sia sulla Yamamote Line che sulla Toei Asakusa Line (con servizi di treno diretto all'aeroporto di Narita!). Super conveniente - 15 minuti a Shinjuku o Ginza, 25 minuti a Ikebukuro o Akihbara.
L'hotel è dotato di bagni in tetto liberi - un altro raro trova a Tokyo.
Molte attrazioni e persone molto utili per la ricezione.
La mia madre è stata colpita dalla dimensione, anche come un viaggiatore di esperienza in Giappone.

La posizione è ottima se vuoi giocare a Odaiba!
La stazione Yurikamome e la stazione della linea Rinkai sono entrambe visibili dall'hotel, quindi è comodo utilizzarle entrambe.
Davanti alla stazione c'è un ampio parcheggio bus, che ritengo estremamente comodo per chi utilizza l'autobus.
Ariake Washington è un hotel grande e molto pulito e il personale è stato gentile e disponibile.
Ariake Washington è consigliato se si paga una somma di denaro simile in quanto ci sono molte camere a un prezzo migliore rispetto agli hotel vicini e anche le camere sono pulite.

I booked twin room non smoking. On picture the room was looking nice. In reality we didn't get a room which was on picture. Our room was very small, very congested, instead of 2nd bed there was a sofa bed. it's good it was only for 1 night. I was very tied after long travel, that's why I didn't check straight away, but I had a feeling that it wasn't a room I booked. On next day when we were checking out, I spoke to front clerk Akihiro Sasaki about this matter. He told me, that they can’t see a picture of room I booked, they just followed instructions from Trip.com. I will let Trip.com know what happened. I feel we were cheated and I think we deserve a compensation, because the room we got is definitely cheaper than the room I booked.I am providing photos of original room and room we got. I am very disappointed.

I due letti singoli sono molto comodi e silenziosi, lo spazio è ok, c'è una vasca da bagno e la colazione è un pasto fisso che non è male. Viaggiando con gli amici, ho scelto lo Shinjuku Washington Hotel, che ha buone recensioni online. Ne sono davvero soddisfatto. La posizione è eccellente. Puoi effettivamente raggiungere a piedi la metropolitana dalla stazione di Shinjuku (ricordati di cercare le indicazioni in direzione sud, uscire dopo essere usciti dalla stazione, e poi proseguire fino alla fine e girare a sinistra per raggiungere l'hotel B1). Sul lato destro dell'ingresso c'è un grande Lawson, e ci sono molti ristoranti in B1, sia giapponese che cinese Ci sono molte scelte, ma non ho trovato il *****tore, me lo sono perso, ahah;
La camera d'albergo è davvero molto piccola e non è possibile distribuire due valigie. Tuttavia, l'efficienza del check-in alla reception è molto veloce e l'intero processo avviene tramite touch screen, il che è una sorpresa, e il deposito bagagli. è anche self-service, il che è ottimo;

The hotel is very well located and you have the subway station in less than 5 min by foot. Many convenient stores are near it.
The receptionists were very kind. If we are going back to Tokyo, we would definitely come back. They all explained us very well how to get to Mt Fuji easily! We recommend.

Yyqzhong9La stanza non è grande, appena sufficiente spazio per due scatole.
La posizione dell'hotel è ottima e il trasporto è comodo. Tuttavia, quando sono arrivato ho preso una deviazione un po', puoi andare direttamente alla stazione ferroviaria e alla metropolitana leggera dal secondo piano.
Shinjuku è molto vivace e comodo per andare ovunque. Ci tornerò in futuro.

1) It's 5 mins ride from Ginza , taxi is about 880 to 12xx yen depends on timing so if you have a few people travelling , taking taxi is a good option.
2)It has 2 metro stations nearby with very short walk. I tried to google actual view for the walk before ibarrived japan and it felt like much longer than it actually is. Both stations are just around the cornor. Daimon station is on Asakusa line, and Onarimon station on Toei Mita line.
3) Many convenience stores nearby and 2 are particularly almost just next to the building with less than a hubdred steps walk i bet.
4) Many eatery around the area too, if ypu are willing to walk down for 10 to 15mins to shinbashi direction, it's a full street of resturants and drinking places run until late.
5) We rented a car for a few days for our driving trip. The hotel offers 24 hrs parking (no hourly rate option although they have the price, guess that hourly price is for dine in customers) for arpund 2500 yen but there are a few open public carpark just outside the hotel where you can park your car for just 500 yen as maximum between 1900 to 0800 ( its perfect for us as we go back late n go out early everyday)
The premise:
1) Not the newest but very well maintained, clean and neat
2) It's extremely close to Tokyo tower, you can take close shot of it when you walk back to hotel. We stayed in even number room which is not facing Tokyo tower side so i bet the Odd number rooms would be able to see it from their window😉
3) There's free nespresso coffee machine at check in lobby, we fueled ourselves with it every morning before we start our joruney of the day
4) Rooms are small but very well design with good utilisation of spaces
5) We booked a 3 bedder room with bunk beds , my kid loves it and got very excited running up and down every night. The bed is with mostly round cornors which is a nice detail that a mom who travel with kid wpuld appriciate
6) Although the rooms are small but they have a reading room on each floor where you can have some private quiet time for yourself if you need so, and the lobby has plenty of comfortable setting where you can bring your computer to work or i think its a great idea when we saw a group of friends drinking there too.
Improvement recommendation:
1) There are 3 shelves in the bathroom , top is for brushing cups, it's better to add something at the edge or a tray to avoid falling of cup as when it's wet , it's easy to slide down. I broke one 😅 as im not tall and the cups were one next to each other, so it's quite easy to have accident breaking it
2) The hotel website can add transportation to and from the 2 airports and other popular destinations as the location is really not bad. It's very helpful for those who are looking at the hotel to make up their mind.
3) The website can also show some reference for taxi cost going to nearby popular tourist destinations for reference of distance , that makes the hotel a more tourist friendly option.
Conclusion: I would recommend the hotel and stay there again.

DDannyHo soggiornato recentemente all'Hotel Jr Kyushu Blossom Shinjuku e ho avuto una fantastica esperienza. La posizione dell'hotel è assolutamente invincibile, ricevendo un punteggio perfetto di 5/5. Situato vicino alla stazione Shinjuku Jr e al centro commerciale Lumines 1 e Lumines 2, offre una comodità non paragonabile per esplorare Tokyo e passare ad altre parti della città e semplici esigenze commerciali. La pulizia e il servizio sono stati anche di prima qualità, entrambi meritano una solida valutazione 5/5. Il personale è andato sopra e oltre per assicurare un soggiorno confortevole, e le camere sono state mantenute impeccabilmente pulite durante la mia visita.
Le strutture erano mediocre, guadagnando una valutazione media di 3/5. Anche se erano sicuramente funzionali e soddisfacenti, non c'era alcun fattore di wow per loro. Tuttavia, data la posizione principale e il servizio eccezionale dell'hotel, questo può essere facilmente ignorato. SShinogawaIl personale della reception era molto attento ai dettagli e il servizio di campana era di prim'ordine. Il bus navetta per l'aeroporto era molto comodo. La posizione è in realtà molto vicina a Shinjuku se si cammina attraverso l'area stradale di Nishi-shinjuku anziché seguire le mappe di Google dalla stazione di Shinjuku. C'è anche una linea ferroviaria locale proprio dietro l'ingresso laterale dell'hotel che è facile da scambiare in direzione dell'area di Ginza/Ueno/Asakusa. L'hotel dispone anche di una combinazione aperta fino alle 2 del mattino. C'è anche una lavanderia aperta 24 ore su 24 per lavare i vestiti. Anche il WiFi era molto buono nella camera d'albergo. I canali TV possono essere migliorati avendo più canali inglesi. Anche la lavanderia ha un'eccellente vista del Monte Fuji! Se la tua camera ha questa vista, sei fortunato! Questo hotel è inoltre situato nella parte più tranquilla di Shinjuku, accanto all'edificio degli uffici governativi.

Ppraty-pp👍 good. And recommended. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the Akihabara Station. 🚉 the location is great not just for the connectivity but also shopping - Yodibashi Akiba for all electronics. There’s UniQlo, GU, and a lot of restaurants nearby.
Typical of Japanese hotels, the room sizes are quite small. It’s difficult to open two luggage at the same time. 😢
The room was clean, bathroom good as well. Bathtub 🛁 is good 👍.

YyongdanielIt’s just wonderful to stay in ascott. It is just opposite to otemachi station (find exit C9). Best of all, it has a 24 hour gym, suitable for gym goers / and more importantly business travel.
The room is bigger than most ordinary rooms in Tokyo, with art of state facilities. The staff here are attention, and helpful.
Do consider if you have the extra budget 😊

UUtente anonimoSi consiglia molto chiunque vuole rimanere a Ginza e vuole un po' di merda all'interno dell'hotel. Non può spiegare la gioia di tornare dopo un lungo giorno di 25k passi e soffocare in un po' di merda. L'hotel dispone di un bagno e di mutandine all'aperto (non per la stanza) per poterlo usare per muoversi intorno all'hotel. Il naso ha anche gel da doccia, shampoo e condizionatore, quindi tutto quello che dovete fare è portare un asciugamano che l'hotel offre anche. Per chiunque si chieda, l'hotel ha anche una moneta operata lavatrice e asciugatrice. Non ricordo il costo esatto, ma un ciclo di lavaggio e asciugatura probabilmente ammonta a circa 300 yen! Vale la pena evitare lavanderia a casa.
Per la stanza stessa, anche se è piccola, con qualche manovra di esperti, siamo riusciti a aprire 1 grande e 1 piccolo bagaglio per imballare le cose. È una tipica camera giapponese di dimensioni piccole, ma è piuttosto funzionale, quindi funziona se stai cercando di chiudere gli occhi. In generale, consiglio questo hotel!

La stanza è delle giuste dimensioni e puoi spingere dentro la valigia dopo aver tirato fuori la sedia sotto il letto.
