Our hotel is an Eco friendly hotel as we explained you during your check in. Bed making is in every 4 days as a stay cleaning however if you require fresh bed **** daily we can handle you for free at the front desk so you can replace it by yourself. Besides free daily cleaning, for stay or full cleaning every day, there is an extra charge. Your comments are very valuable and help us improve our services. We will address the issue with our housekeeping staff to ensure better communication and consistency in service.We appreciate your mention of the positive aspects, such as our convenient location near several train lines and the in-room microwave oven. In your case, there are 5 guests and is over-capacity of the room. As our hotel policy, we usually ask our guest to upgrade to the room for 6 guests with an extra charge or to book another room to accommodate all the members.However, we were fully booked on the day you checked in and we offered you as a special case. We also explained that you can cancel the reservation for free in case you do not want to pay extra charge. You signed on the Accommodation Pledge For Excess Capacity not to share about the case on SNS and reservation sites.
