Great location for us to travel off from. Good eateries and bakeries around as well. Perfect for my Tokyo stay. Will return if I’m in Tokyo again.

Highlight of the hotel is, the bathroom is relative bigger than other such hotels. I book the bigger room, 24m² not 15m² Alert, kitchen staffs are only come at 7am, it makes the bfast starts later too. So i must skip my paid breakfast, due to need to leave tonairport at 6.30am. They don't provide early take away breakfast / no breakfast box. Everything else is good and clean. Simple modern cozy room.

The hotel location is great. Very near to the train station, you can take the non-stop train to Narrita airport or Haneda Airport. The walk to the famous Tsukiji Market is only about 15mins. And got one of the most famous noodle place, Godaime Hanayama Udon, only 5mins walk away from hotel. In addition, they got convenient stores nearby. Oh ya, the famous shopping streets are literally 3mins walk from hotel also. With a mall nearby. (Looking at the pic that I attached, red dot mark the hotel, and I also drew out the famous shopping streets) The hotel room is consider pretty spacious compare to other hotel in Japan, and the washroom is surprisingly big. The tub is a normal size tub.

Super good location, close to many restaurants, walking distance from the old fish market and very close to central Ginza subway station, and two other. Worth staying there.

Quite disappointing compared to the Solaria hotel in Korea that I stayed. Trash was not properly cleaned upon check in. Service was pretty fast as they quickly changed my room.

Good space to open 2 luggages. Take a bit of a walk from Tokyo station, otherwise, you can take a short train (1 stop) to cut down the walking distance. Great staff with good services. They placed our forwarded luggage in our room before our arrival. The room might be a bit old but good for a simple stay.

I strongly don't recommend this hotel because the condition of room was terribly dirty. and woman staff who can not speak english was rude.

Gave us a smoking room although I booked the room three months ago and when we requested to change, the staff refused. The room reeked of smoke and we had to stay for 5 nights. The worst I stayed in Ginza area.

Enjoyed our stay here for 1 night. Location was nearby both ginza and higashi ginza station. 15mins walk to tsujuki fish market. Hotel staff was helpful in keeping our luggage safe.

My first time to be back at Solaria after Covid pandemic! So nice to see familiar faces offering warm welcome! Due to my room booking for the 4 nights was made separately via different agents, there was a variance in room type. But it was resolved by the helpful Receptionist Ms Hodoki who kindly arranged for me to stay in same room consecutively for 4 nights !
